After seeing him I left feeling worse than I did when I first went in. Since it was my first time, I gave it a week. I could hardly turn my neck. On my second visit a week later I asked why this was the case and the answer was "I don't know". The arrogant and bothered attitude was extremely off putting. When I asked if I should get another adjustment the answer, again, was "Well, I don't know". I would highly recommend finding another Chiropractor if you are a first timer. The bedside manner and pompous attitude are a huge turn off and not something a patient should have to deal with.

Due to DR. in their title, it is consider Malpractice - however, physical elder abuse in CALIF. over age 60 includes - any other treatment causing pain, mental stress, etc - so, I am in that category - both categories! Their lawyers do not want to give me a FAIR settlement. Dr. Barker was NOT a baby doctor, but Dr. Wilkes now claims to be a baby doctor as she wanted when Dr. Barker died & she took over the practice.

When I was on my way for my 4th appt, I called to say I was on my way and the person who answered told me I had no appt, I stated I made the appt for that day and because I was off. I was told they will work it out. When I arrived, I was told, "there was no mistake, the appt was yesterday." Make sure if you go there you get a business card with your time and date, to not have your appt cancelled in the last minute.
