Called around & no one could see for over a week away. Luckly, Dr Mason had a cancellation & he could see me right away. I explained the pain source & he verified that my hip was locked up. He proceeded with an adjustment & some physical stretches. Over the next few visits, Dr Mason was able to slowly reduce the pain. Turns out it was quite a stubborn pinch. He was able to get some relief right away then getting back too 100% came in stages, a few adjustment visits then a big step forward & repeated the process until it was fully resolved. Dr Mason was thorough in his explanations, more than willing to answer questions & show me stretches to do at home. He was quite booked up one day but took me during his lunch to be able to get me in. He's really a nice & friendly person and concerned about his patients. The office is nice, quiet & check-in is automated. I was always seen on time. Liz, the receptionist/scheduler/insurance handler, is friendly & professional. When I asked if I should get another adjustment the answer, again, was "Well, I don't know". I would highly recommend finding another Chiropractor if you are a first timer. The bedside manner and pompous attitude are a huge turn off and not something a patient should have to deal with.
