still no settlement for tears in both shoulders & lower back vertebrae fracture - been to 2 depositions & they were a mess as not all reported actual due to their lawyer. I am now 83 yrs old USA born citizen & disable with daily pain. Due to DR. in their title, it is consider Malpractice - however, physical elder abuse in CALIF. over age 60 includes - any other treatment causing pain, mental stress, etc - so, I am in that category - both categories! Their lawyers do not want to give me a FAIR settlement. Dr. Barker was NOT a baby doctor, but Dr. Wilkes now claims to be a baby doctor as she wanted when Dr. Barker died & she took over the practice. read more

I called in at 9:30am to schedule an appointment for a readjustment after getting hit by another vehicle on the road which gave me whiplash and reaggrivated previous lower back disc herniations, my torn rotator cuff and impinged my neck. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and assured me I could be seen the next day so long as there was no insurance claim filed. There was no insurance claim filed for my accident so the receptionist took all my intake information and informed me that they would call back shortly to schedule me in. 6 hours go by so I call back to follow up after not receiving a call back. I am now then told I can't be seen by the doctor until 6 months after the car accident. It is now too late to call another practice to schedule an appointment and I was lied to and basically told to go elsewhere or suffer for 6 months. Horrible negligence and dishonest incompetent service. Seek elsewhere. read more

Dr. Sarah takes the time to know what's going on and what area is bothering you and treats you and really talks to you about what have help. She has also treated my son (17 years old). He super active in sports and after games he really gets beat up. I called and let them know that I could barely get out of bed that morning in fact I laid on the floor for 20 minutes before I could muster up The courage to work through the pain to stand on my feet. About 2 months ago I became a patient of Dr.Sarah's. I have been suffering for years from back pain including some numbness as well as achy feet. My problems stem from my previous job duties and other poor habits throughout my life. Dr. Sarah's is very kind and takes the time to explain her practice and what she can help resolve and what I as a patient can do to help myself feel better with her help. She belives its very important for her patients to trust her and so she takes it slow and explains procedures and supplements thoroughly. Dr Barker was the best Chiropractor I've ever been too. I miss him, but fortunately he mentored Dr. Sarah who took over. She is thorough, it's not just for your back, but your overall health. They deal with the whole body including nutrition. I've gone to so many chiropractors and while I live very far from here, I would rather make the trip here than go anywhere else. I've had some injuries, and I have to say getting regular adjustments here has really helped. She is also really great with kids. Dr Sarah has adjusted my niece and she felt very comfortable. 5 stars isn't enough. I first starting seeing Dr.Sarah after having a car accident about 2 years ago. Not only did she work wonders with my back after the accident but she has gotten rid of my migraines that I have suffered from for at least 25 years. I used to suffer from headaches at least 2-3 times a week and migraines at least 2-3 a month. Since seeing Dr.Sarah I can count on one hand how many migraines I have had in the last 2 years. I have only been seeing Dr. Sarah for about 3 weeks now, but I am already noticing a big difference in certain problems I was having as well as my overall health! I originally decided to see Dr. Sarah because I was getting daily headaches that seemed to come on all of a sudden. After about 3 months of constantly not feeling well, I made an appointment and after 1 adjustment I already was having improvements from headaches! I couldn't believe it! I was also having back pains from working out and lifting heavy weights frequently, and am already feeling improvements with my back as well. As a supplement fanatic, I have taken vitamins and supplements my whole life, but did not know there was a difference in ones you buy at the Walmarts and Targets versus whole food supplements.
