The office manager kept me informed and did an excellent job of navigating the ever changing insurance rules and procedures to keep me on schedule. The PT staff listened to my concerns and put together a plan to fit my needs. The results were WAY better than expected. Four years later the knee is still operating exceptionally well. Recently I've had major surgery on both shoulders (2 months apart). The office manager is doing a fantastic job of handling insurance. Once again Jen listened to my concerns and developed a plan to recover both shoulders. Results so far are promising. Dr. Dan walked me through all of the pregnancy discomforts better than my midwives were able to, and he did his best ease any discomfort I had, such as round ligament pain. Weeks before my water broke, my daughter was in birthing position and I credit Dr. Dan for it. At the time, I lived in Arlington and made the 30-minute drive each way once a week. I've since moved further away from Sterling and the drive is now 45-minutes each way, so I had to find a new chiropractor nearby. After trying someone new (and not getting the same quality care I was used to), I miss Dr. Dan and Dr. Ryan even more. They didn't accept my insurance, but their fees are reasonable and affordable for weekly visits.

The physical therapy staff is great. The office staff is completely incompetent and will screw you…read moreover. They do not keep track of how many visits you are at, so expect to have to keep track of that yourself (even though the standard at every other place I've gone is that the office staff do this). They notified me that I was over my limit after I had already gone several visits past my limit and instead of charging me the self-pay rate for the non-covered visits, they are charging me the full rate they send to my insurance company. Note, NOT the lower amount they actually accept my insurance company, but the amount that is about 3 times higher. I would not be at all surprised if they intentionally let patients go over the limit so they can make money back by charging them these outrageous prices they can't get from insurance companies. I switched to a much more organized and professionally run clinic and I only regret that I didn't switch sooner after the office staff messed up 3 appointment times.
