He also lied on my medical report. They both lied and said I discharged the practice when I did not Nurses and office manager (Cindy) were routinely rude and disrespectful over the phone. The front desk constantly screws up paperwork and appointments. Avoid this practice at all cost. Do not trust the care of you or your loved ones to this practice. Dr. Firestone really takes the time to explain things so that they make sense to someone who is not well-schooled in hematology. She also has this magic way of making the patient feel really at ease with her, even if you're doing things like sticking your tongue out or letting her feel around your throat (checking the thyroid, maybe?). Dr. Firestone is also a really good listener and takes care to address the patient's concerns. I've only encountered a handful of healthcare providers in my 32 years that I thought were likable as well as being good at what they do, so I'm just a little excited...
