Then good luck getting in contact with anyone - just google US Acute Care reviews and go read Reddit, they're the predatory health care company you hear about in the news. I had to contact my insurance to contact them to actually submit their charges. We can also ignore the after hours fee they charge for going (it's an ER, you'd think that would've a part of the charge, but it's a way to fleece more money out of you). Bottom line - unless you're dying, and even then can you make it 20 minutes further, go anywhere else.

I was able to speak with Dr. Goodwin and he was so nice, professional, and really listened to my concerns. After my appointment I was advised to receive physical therapy. I sat down with a physical therapist who took the time to book me some appointments and really work with fitting me in given my strict work schedule. It was so refreshing to not feel rushed or blown off because the dates they had available and the hours I worked were opposite. The physical therapist was able to work around my schedule and get me a few starting sessions on file. Overall my first impression of this office was nothing but positive from beginning to end. The staff are welcoming, accommodating, and make you feel comfortable. The facility is clean, inviting, and upmost welcoming. I have my first physical therapy appointment next week and am looking forward to coming back here. My child has also utilized the facility for their sports performance program to build stabilizing muscles and bulk muscle safely so that he will reduce his chances for injury as he grows.
