My fiancé went recently prior to this trip and mentioned that it was better than the last time we went together. So I gave it another shot. I was pleasantly surprised. I firmly believe that this may be the worst Chipotle in our entire solar system. My online mobile order consisted of a bowl of brown rice, steak, double scoops of queso, corn, and pico. What I received instead was dry rice, hockey puck steak, absent pico, .053 micrograms worth of corn, and enough queso to feed a single black garden ant. The blame, in my opinion, could be placed on myself for even thinking a mobile order, such as the one above, would be equal in quality or quantity to an in person order. good service, clean place. however ingredients subpar. The white rice was just that, it didn't not have any seasoning or cilantro, the corn salsa was just corn that taste like it came out of a can. The regular salsa was missing the cilantro and seasons. maybe they ran out. went in around 4. also the vinaigrette was only 1/3 filled and did not taste like the other vinaigrettes I've had from other chipotles. read more

This review is directed at management and owner shop, not the employees. They're nice but you can tell they have been given chicken shit and asked to make chicken salad. The last 5 times I've stopped here to get food they are out of something- sour cream, salad dressing, lettuce, steak. It's always several ingredients too, not just one. The staff doesn't even know what to say about it. They look defeated. Management/ownership- stop being lazy, treat your employees better and give them the tools needed to do the job right. First off... it wasn't very busy and every table was filthy. But at least 6 employees working. I cleaned our table with hand sanitizer and napkins, drink station was a mess, literally food in the fork bin and the food was terrible. Chicken was dry and fatty, and everything tasted old. I love Chipotle. It's literally one of my favorite places to eat but this location was the worst I've ever had. We were here to do back to school shopping and I won't be back. I should've grabbed some pics of how dirty this place was. The DM needs to do some surprise visit and maybe spend some time in this store fixing the issues. I'm a HUGE Chipotle fan and was super excited when a restaurant came to Washington, PA. However, it has been absolutely awful. I've ordered multiple times to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it never fails - my order is always messed up. It seems it is poorly run. Their rice (whether white or brown) is always under cooked - its actually been hard and crunchy before and not even edible. I've thrown away many meals over this. In addition, they are constantly running out of ingredients. Really sad and disappointing and wouldn't recommend to anyone. We have gotten food poisoning here 3 times in the past two years. We took a long break then tried again. Haven't been sick for 6 months and eaten here 3 times The crappy thing is that they don't make iced tea anymore. They don't have guacamole 99% of the time except for carry out and THEY REFUSE to use that guacamole for anyone in line, They run out of fresh salsa a ton and don't make more. We like to eat at the place because carry out they ALWAYS forget items or they short you with the amount (half spoonful of meat or only a tablespoon of guac) Here's a tip. If you are like our family with tons of allergies and can't do dairy...and guacamole is what pulls your meal together to make it taste good...then order the guacamole on line by carry out, go in and order bowl in line then get container of guac from the pick up part and sit down to enjoy your meal Today we did just that. The lady said no to getting guac from the carry out line because "those people already paid" .....ok. So I'm line we ordered a massive large guac and sat down five min later the scowling employee put the massive guac on the carry out shelves and begrudgingly went back to make more because we cleaned her out.....on purpose. read more

I live right next to this place and it is absolutely disgusting. over time they have gotten worse and worse. This establishment does not have enough employees to produce the orders sooner than 30 minutes late. On top that the food is usually completely wrong and absolutely disgusting just like their work stations . I have gone to this place many times and i will not be returning because i fear that i will get sick based on the conditions of the restaurant. for the health and safety of everyone one who goes there get better management or shut down because it is out of hand. read more

My husband was in a hurry on his lunch break. He got there and they kept ignoring him. Two people in back not working, while there were many people waiting. His order should have been done before he was there, it was 30 mins late! He went up to say something and they supposedly lost his order. Then when he got it, it was half the size it usually is at other locations, and they didn't have all the ingredients that were ordered! I'm done with this place. I've been here too many times and should've learned by now. I love Chipotle food in general, but do not like this location at all! They constantly DO NOT have certain ingredients because they only keep a limited supply when other Chipotle's I have been to do not do this or have this problem, the employees are clueless or no help, I ask for double meat on the side because I want to take it home and reheat it, but I get 1 scoop total and charged for double meat... when asking the employees they will sweat up and down that it's the same as 2 normal, full scoops when it visibly and obviously is not, and too top it all off... every time I have ever known someone to place an online order or make one myself, it's always late. I've been to multiple Chipotle's and this is the ONLY one I ever have problems with. This location it very poorly managed and I will not be returning. read more
