My wife and I frequent this Chipotle location when we make trips to Warwick to go to Trader Joes. While this location isn't the largest, we have never had a long wait or trouble with seating. The staff is nice, and the restaurant is always clean. I always get the barbacoa which never disappoints and my wife gets a salad with chicken. The kids meals are also an excellent option as we have a two year old boy. He loves the quesadilla and the chips. I have been visiting this chipotle location for over 5 years and I'm sorry to it has gone downhill over the past year. At any given time when you walk in there are at least six or more young people working there though I I'm not sure what half of them do. Asked for more and she reluctantly walked in to the back, turned around and said "we're out of cheese." Again I am a Chipotle connoisseur so I have seen all sorts of Chipotles from busy ones to dead ones. This one gets its share of traffic, but what sets it apart is the staff. I have never seen a Chipotle this friendly. I saw the manager on duty bending over backwards to serve this fairly rude lady's order. He could have easily just shoved her along down the line but he made sure to get everything she needed and then some. Also, a little hint too is that this Chipotle has a liquor license (only a few of them here and there have them) so it is a nice option if you need a margarita with that burrito. read more

I've never seen a place skimp on the meat so much! I ask for extra meat and they literally gave me an extra 3 pieces. The behavior I witnessed from the chipotle employees was downright disrespectful. Never in my life have I been put through such torture of watching one assault my burrito with sour cream. Then proceed to smear it all over the tinfoil and proceed to not even seal the burrito properly. Additionally, the whole meal was 15 dollars. I stupidly spent that money, it went down the drain never to be seen again. Sour cream is smeared all over the seats of my car. This is the second chipotle I've visited in RI/MA and I just started eating at a chipotle about 2months ago and I'm hooked lol. This particular chipotle isn't bad, never really all that busy so line and ordering goes fast. I do like the one in Seekonk better only because the rice is cooked through where this spot is a little harder, maybe a few more min cooking would do wonders. Staff seems cool always smiling sometimes a little flustered as I usually order like 4 tacos and 2 bowls at a time but they always seem to get my order right or miss one thing. Food is always on point pipping hot, fresh with great heat wise and I love the grill taste on the chicken and steak. I like the steak best but chicken comes in close second. Also don't forget the chips and med heat salsa. The hot one is for sure hot and has your face turn a bit red I'm a med heat girl. The mild is literally just tomato chunks with seasoning but still good. Good flavor salsa too. All 3 salsas have just enough chunk where is not a watery mess. Price I believe is cheap here! 2 huge bowls packed to the nine and chips/salsa only $18. Good deal! read more

I love chipotle!!! Everything is always fresh and generally the people working are pleasant. We tried this one instead of bald hill and the workers were very polite. I never get a drink and they offered me a cup of water something the other one has never done. My only drawback is there was a little too much line salt mixture on the chips but overall, excellent. I live just 3 minutes down the road. My husband loves getting meals from here because he is a vegetarian and it is GMO free. I like it as well because it is different from the standard "fast food" choices in the area. If you have been to Chipotle then you know what is on the menu. You can't really go wrong. What is outsanding however is the servers. I have been to this location 4 times in the past two months. I had Chipotle twice in one week, and I wish I could eat it every day. Fresh, delicious ingredients, friendly staff and highly addictive tortilla chips and guac. Seriously, just writing this review is making my mouth water. Last time I got a chicken burrito with brown rice, black beans, guacamole, etc. and was not disappointed. Even though the price is a little steep, you ARE getting a fantastic, fast, filling and nutritious meal which is more than you'd get at McD's or wherever else is around here. I only give one star because out of the 5 meals we ordered on line - only one was correct. We ordered 4 burrito bowls and one childs meal. One of the bowls was a veggie bowl and did not contain any veggies but, did have a few pieces of chicken. The vegetarian was not pleased. The other two had requested fajita veggies and they were not added. The childs plate although not a big deal was supposed to have a fruit side and that was missing as well. We also were not able to request a side order of chips (found out at pick up that their fryer was out of order). The resolution from Pepper (the on-line customer support) was 1 free burrito bowl, 2 BOGO offers and a free childs plate to all be used within 30 days. So I literally have to pay to get my credit for the Grill messing up 4 out of 5 items in our order and I have to do this order on-line again. Because I trust them completely if I'm not there babysitting while they prepare my order in front of them. read more

Chipotle, as a chain, is pretty run of the mill no matter where you go. This Chipotle is a very good location and one of my favorites. Customer service is in point and service is also quick. Even at 5 PM on a weeknight there does not seem to be a line. The food is good and the take out option and large portions rock. I love getting a burrito bowl and saving some for lunch for work tomorrow... kills two birds with one stone and they definitely give you enough! Coming from California, the unofficial home of actual mexican food, I have to say this was my worst experience out of mediocre decent ones. The staff was quick and friendly, and correct with my order, the establishment itself was clean and tidy, all things in their order. My distaste with the restaurant comes in the form of its food, the beef chunks to be specific. I ordered a steak bowl with all my usual fixings, but the protein part of the meal made more like a fatty chunk bowl instead. I made it halfway through the bowl before opting it would be best to throw it out after having had to spit out 5 wads of fat. I find the meat to be of inferior quality, and the cuts of it to be mostly undesirable since chunks of chewy fat was what I mostly got. Review your meat sources. Your beef is bad. read more

Went into the chipotle by the airport today. I have been here before and it's a really nice chipotle but I noticed something that threw me off. Chipotle worker asked me what can I get for you even before I was able to speak. I think chipotle should ask you how are you before you order especially when their isn't a line. If you have the chance to communicate with your customers take it and it will make them happy. I was a little taken back by this. The rest of my burrito process was wonderful though. I ordered a bag of chips and I got a free water cup with my order without even asking for one. That's pretty nice. And chipotle is great cuz they have yummy burritos and great prices and you only need one burrito and a bag of chips to have a delicious lunch break. So thank you chipotle for filling my tummy with a yummy burrito but I think you should take the time to talk to your customers when the chance presents itself. read more

I usually go to the one on route 2, bald hill road. This time I was closer to the post road location so I went in to get what I usually get. The next morning, Monday 10/7, I had work at 6am and was throwing up my chipotle dinner from the night before by 7am. My friend that was visiting from out of town had gotten food from the same location on Saturday night and was sick all Sunday as well. I would not recommend this location unless you can take time out of work and don't mind throwing up or spending your day in the bathroom. They caused me to leave work early and lose a day's worth of work. Would DEFINITELY NOT recommend. read more

Each visit has gotten more disappointing. The food isn't consistent, the amount of food is not consistent, the taste is gone. Placed a Web order and it was all wrong not once but twice. The sofritas were dried out, my burrito was wrapped carelessly and had many tears, there was the top part of an avocado in my guac, and there was a really strange worker who harassed one of the customers and asked my friend if she was "having a lazy day" because of her appearance. I think this is an indictment on Chipotle than this particular location. We almost never eat at fast food locations. The rare time is usually a situation like this where we are flying from one location to another on a timetable. We think airport food is generally bad and a rip-off for those who are held captive by the situation, so we hardly ever eat at an airport. In this case we realized PVD had minimal choices of food being a smaller airport. We checked the local area and the best we found (unfortunately, later we found a brewpub) was a Sub place or Chipotle. We did not want to go a full day without food so we opted for Chipotle. Now, I don't blame the employees but the assembly line mentality might be advantageous on a busy day but here with no one around, it was just irritating as we felt rushed despite no one behind us. We both opted for the flavorless bowls and small, did I say small, order of chips & salsa. Neither of us finished the food and later paid the price for a poor decision, with indigestion and a never-ending aftertaste. The price of the food should have alone should have been a foreshadowing. We have a very small local Tex-Mex place (with a few stores so I hesitate to call it a chain) that puts Chipotle to shame and for what we paid we would have gotten a good size portion of fresh flavorful food for about the same price. Chipotle was just bad poor quality and in this case, despite having few options, the best option would have been to skip Chipotle and not eaten at all. read more
