I've been to a number of Chipotle restaurants and for us, this one was really good. There was a line of 10 people when we walked in, it moved along quickly. I had a bowl with sofritas, brown rice, black beans, hot salsa, guacamole and lettuce. Everything was fresh & delicious. My son had a similar bowl but had the chicken Pasteur instead. The restaurant was clean and appeared well managed. We were in and out in about 15 minutes with happy bellies! As Arnold said, 'I'll be back!' read more

There was only one person at noon, making burritos, bowls, etc. none of the product was hot, the Barbacoa was fatty, and the restaurant was messy. The service was incredibly slow. We have not been to chipotle for probably five years and now I remember why. I don't get the hype. read more

First off, the food was fine. It was the lady who served me. The older lady with tattoos gave absolutely no food and when I asked for slightly more food, she asked if I want double. Then, she decides to go to the next person and talk under her breath badly about me. Will not be coming back as she was awful and shouldn't be having a mid life crisis and working at Chipotle. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - The half of the bowl that I was given... counted 9 total pieces of steak - Mexican Near Me - Springfield, Ohio

If I could give 0 stars I would literally always out of everything we always try and go to the other location because of it. Today we tried and yet again were disappointed. I wish it was even sometimes different but it's always terrible. read more

My wife and I enjoyed a relaxing lunch here today. The young lady putting our food together was fast, friendly, and portioned the food perfectly. I had steak tacos that were fresh and filling. My wife enjoyed her perfectly prepared bowl topped with extra sour cream. We also got the chips with queso to round out the meal. The store was clean and comfortable. We definitely recommend enjoying a meal here! read more

Placed an order online but could not get my birthday reward for a free guacamole to add so I asked once I got to the store. The young girl asked me to scan the birthday reward from my phone but then told me I couldn't use the reward because it didn't meet the minimum purchase requirement. I had placed a $25 online order. She said it didn't matter because that was an online order and if I wanted the free guacamole I would have to go back through the line and spend at least $5 to get my reward. Needless to say, I handed the guacamole back and said you can keep it. Once I returned home and checked my rewards the free guacamole was gone so I ended up losing the reward all together. Sad she couldn't just use her brain and give me the $2.95 guacamole. I won't be returning to Chipotle for a long time if ever. read more

This is the worst Chipotle location I've ever personally experienced. It is worth your time and energy to just avoid it entirely and go to another location. The staff is clueless, I can't imagine how horrible management is. They are not keeping up with quantities and stocking at all, using the app is pointless. You will essentially just be given some random order, then they will refuse to refund you. The aggressive ignorance is the worst part. To actively do a poor job. I've been refused a refund numerous times, when I was not able to obtain what I was paying for. Usually I try to side with service workers, but this group is from some bizarro universe. When/if the food is actually available, it's of standard quality. But that is a rare occurrence. It's mind blowing how someone can be reading from a sheet of paper inches from their face and still somehow not be able to put the correct 6 or 7 ingredients into a bowl. Again, do not go here. Go anywhere else. Go to speedway and get an old hotdog. At least it won't cost you $15 to get a tortilla filled with scraps. You've been warned! read more

piss poor selection my wife went and got 2 bowls and one burrito they said they was out of beans at 630 pm and was scimky as could be on the meat smallest burrito ive ever seen from them wont be going back trash! read more

Gave this location another chance since I got a gift card for my birthday and yet again, I am disappointed and angry at this point. I got two bowls, both with double meat. One looks like half of it was scooped out! When trying to call the location to rectify the situation, it rings twice and goes to voicemail. Total was $27.50 for two bowls. That's it. Never again. Edit: my husband took the food back for a refund and they said corporate wouldn't allow them to give my money back BECAUSE THEYVE HAD TOO MANY REFUNDS. Imagine that! They did remake our food with appropriate portions. You shouldn't have to drive back and complain to get your moneys worth. read more

It's just sad how bad they got in the year of 2023... The food isn't enjoyable! I will the customer service is consistent, no issues. But the food... it's just disappointing. DO NOT DOORDASH FROM HERE If you want good chipotle, go to the S. limestone location off of Exit 54. read more

Had the bad experience of choosing Chipotle 4 days ago. It has taken me this long to decide to post but the food was just so bad. My husband & I met for dine in dinner. My bowl was practically uneatable. First, the pinto beans were a large glob of dry overcooked beans. I asked if they had anymore in the back and was told no. The chicken was clearly not cooked over any kind of charred heat. It appeared to be boiled first and slapped on a flat top. Moving along the guacamole was a very thick dark forest green and although edible and the chips could not scoop it. Then the sour cream was runny like water had been added to stretch it but the worst was it had an off putting tang like not fresh. We have Hot Head here also but Chipotle was always superior...not anymore. Taco Bell here we come. read more

If I could give these rodeo clowns minus 5 stars I would, walked in at 5:30pm uses the restroom, walks out waits for 5 minutes to glasses behind the counter acknowledges me, says oh hey we close in 10ish minutes we can't take any more orders sorry, meanwhile they're open to 11pm,listen I don't enjoy work either but not my fault you chose fast food as a career, shame on the employees and whoever runs this operation every bad review you read about this location is true. read more

Worst lunch experience in decades for our family. We stopped in after church today, we will not return! There was no sour cream, fajita veggies, or corn. Did they not know anyone would be stopping in for lunch? The chicken was so over cooked it was nearly unrecognizable. Our order of chips consisted a few whole chips...mostly greasy crumbs (see photo...that was the exact portion, we didn't even eat one). The atmosphere/actions of the employees was as if they were a group of children who were acting up when the teacher stepped out of the room. They were loud, rude, using their phones, laughing amongst themselves as if the customers weren't there & a priority. They had no shame in making an announcement to the patrons waiting in line that there was no corn or sour cream. Some people left...we should have too! I created this Yelp account because the experience was so deplorable...spend your $$$ elsewhere! read more

Service was good but lady shook up my food. Ambiance was mid. Overall٫ it was okay but could have been way better.

The manager of this Chipotle is definitely in over their head. Plenty of people working on the shift, but none interested in keeping the front counter stocked. Line to the door, but only enough meat to serve a few people, and no-one cooking more, so each serving was just a few pieces, 1/2 spoon-full. Just gave them one final chance, this time ordered ahead. Two of the three orders were wrong, not even close, someone else's order. Beyond disappointed. read more

Stood in line just for them to yell out no chicken or steak. I decided to switch my order to another meat. By the time I got to the front of the line there was no meat at all. I ordered ahead of time and they didn't have it until 40 minutes after the time and I would understand if it were busy or short staffed but the line was short and there was plenty of employees just standing around. Placed an online order to be ready at 11:10. Arrived at 11:10. Asked about my order at 11:21. Was told they were working on it. Finally received my order at 11:25. Frustrating part is I could have walked in, ordered, received my food and finished most of it by the time I actually received it. It was prior to lunch rush. There was plenty of staff, 3 working the front line and at least 5 in the back that I saw. Get it together. Don't offer mobile ordering if you can't deliver in a timely manner. I should add this was not a large order. It was ONE salad!! And glad I took the time inside to grab a fork because they didn't include that or napkins either. read more

Bro, this chipotle is possibly the worst managed chipotle I've ever personally been to. It's not the workers, it's the management of them. They're always out of ingredients, disagreements and melodramatics going on behind the counter. It's a wild place. As a customer, it's kind of a crazy experience read more

This by far is one of my favorite Chipotle locations to pick up lunch. They are fairly consistent with the food-making and the service is friendly and prompt. My fave go-to Chipotle meal option is the Steak Bowl. I have it loaded up with fresh ingredients and TADA... my tummy is instantly happy. I will warn you that this location gets rather busy during the lunch hour rush, but they will get you through the line in no-time. If you're really short on time or have a large order, consider the ordering online and head right to the register to pay once you get there. Until next time, Cheers! -C.Rich read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - I ordered no sour cream, it's swimming in it. Disgusting. - Mexican Near Me - Springfield, Ohio

Ordered salad with guacamole and a burrito bowl for delivery. Bowl was cold, and the guac was so salty that two bites in and I couldn't handle it. Called and was told they'd deliver a replacement. An hour later, it didn't arrive, and my phone call was sent to voicemail. I drove to the store, which only had two customers and employees were standing around. The person I spoke with on the phone about my order refused to come out to answer my question about where my meals were...she sent an underling to do so. He seemed apologetic about it, but was unable to answer any questions about where my meals were. They made new dishes for me, and I drove back the 3 miles to my place. Pulled out the meals...and the meat was again cold in the bowl and salad. Tried calling again, only to have it go to voice mail one more time. I'm tired of dealing with them. Will not order from there again. Heck...Taco Bell, while not real Mexican, is at least hot and uses much less salt. I have CHF and HBP...the salt has my BP increased at the moment, and I know my feet are going to swell so bad that I'll have issues walking tomorrow Again...save your money and eat elsewhere. So when I entered the building, there was no music playing, which typically there is. Also when I got my order finished, they told me there were no chips, and I literally saw them with the biggest pile of chips in the back. The same guy that touched my food used the same hand to handle someone's money. Imagine all the germs on that guys hand. The floor looked like it hadn't been swept in AGES. The tables still had food on them. Overall, it just a not good day here. It was giving ghost town and abandoned. Hopefully next time I come in I will see some changes.:) read more

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!! It is faster to go in and wait during lunch rush than wait for your order. Will NEVER order online again from here. read more

Service was fast but the portions are unbelievably small for how much they charge. "Double meat" seems to mean that you'll only get 3-4 ounces of whatever protein you want at their up charge. Would come back if I was in the area but would end up being "that guy" causing a scene and demanding a proper portion of double meat for the price (funny how generous they are with the lettuce though). read more

Gone here several times and always had okay service, however the last time was one of the worst experiences we've had at a chipotle and will probably not return to this location. They were sold out of half of their proteins, which I understand due to current shortages, but also the rest of the items available tasted off and the rice was hard and dry. Both my husband and I threw our food away barely eaten because of how bad it tasted. Sad that their quality is so hit or miss because this is the closest one to us but don't want to waste our money here anymore. read more

very disappointed, out of chips out of corn salsa out of fajitas. Lady at the cash register was very rude when I ask about the chips.

If I could give a zero star I would. The lack of work ethic in this store has declined so very much. It's pretty sad when customers who want to come in and order food can never get what they want to eat but watch the line cooks make what you want and are telling you it's for door dash only. Just horrible customer service and all around crappy service. Will never be coming to this location again!!!! read more

I have been to this Chipotle twice, and today was my 3rd and last visit. There was 7 people in line to order their entrees, 1 guy running the line making these entrees, 1 cashier and about 3 people chit chatting in the back (visible to customers)! The same guy making the entrees was also filling the empty food on the line! There was a stack of about 10-12 empty food bins from the line stacked on the counter behind the food line ... visible to customers. 3 more employees clocked in while I was waiting in line t order, now 6 people in the back. When it was my turn to order, I noticed the fajita vegetable bin empty, (had dried veggies stuck to the sides) so I asked if there were more. I was told "we are out!". Every time I've been to this location they've NEVER had veggies or "we're out!". Sounds like management needs to order more! Unfortunately I won't give this location another thought being you can have 6 people in the back, not helping the long line, plus the now 6-8 more people behind me still needing to order! Not good customer service!! read more
