Nicest staff. Busy as hell and they still took care of me like I was the only customer. Came in during school bogo and the staff was excellent read more

I've been to this chipotle a few times, it was really bad about a month ago then they got some new staff and things were much better. Up until yesterday.. the 19th, the old manager i believe he is, was back. They said to us something happened and they had to call the ambulance for a coworker earlier and they were only taking online orders. All of the staff were just standing around. Clearly it did not need to be online order only, the situation was already over there was no ambulance. Just another excuse for them to not do their job and whenever there's a problem it's always with that guy being there. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. After about 45 min of waiting I still haven't gotten served. The guy behind the line took 15 min to get through one person. He had only been through 3 people in the 45 min I had been there. Came to the conclusion that it would take him forever to get through 7 people and I left. Went to cava nextdoor and had my food within 5 min. One of the worse chipotles I have ever been to. Will never be returning. read more

This is genuinely one of the worst chipotles I've ever been to they have the slowest service I've ever seen and terrible customer service

Worst customer service I have had at any chipotle. Employees looked unwelcoming and unwilling to offer any type of customer service. Really disappointed with the cleanliness of the tables in the surrounding areas . Will not be returning. Food was cold. read more

Worst chipotle around. Avoid at all costs. I regret coming here each time. Zero management or care from the employees. 1 star is too much

Dear god this is genuinely the worst chipotle I have ever been to. I'm not even sure why it's open because the reviews on Google are insane. Because it's horrible. They will really just not make your online order. They just stand around and talk. read more

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this restaurant has pushed my patience to the limit. Every time I've visited, they neverhave any food ready. It doesn't matter what you order--somehow it's always "not ready yet," "out," or "going to take a long time." On top of that, everything feels like an inconvenience to the staff. Simple requests are met with sighs or looks like you're asking for the impossible. There's zero urgency, zero preparation, and zero customer care. If you're hungry, in a hurry, or just expecting basic service, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is consistently disappointing. read more

Worst Chipotle in the U.S. a horrible management, employees yelling at each other, poor service.

I went there today to get a Sofrito burrito for my wife and I to share. We got in line and ordered and at the end, I asked the person behind the counter to cut the burrito in half so my wife and I could split it. She said no, that she couldn't cut it. I couldn't understand the reason they couldn't accommodate this simple request. When I got to my table, I cut it in half very simply with a plastic knife. My other complaint about this place is the music. It was 1:00 in the afternoon and you would have thought we walked into a nightclub. The music was blaring so much I could hardly hear the person at the counter. When we got our food, we had to sit outside in the cold to avoid listening to the blaring music. This place is in bad need of management supervision. Chipotle usually has good food and are good places to go. This location should be avoided. read more

Im sick of being treated like a second class citizen at this resturaunt because i opt to eat inside instead of order online. Multiple times I go through the line, and something is missing, whether it's black.Beans or usually guacamole, I watch them put it on the online orderline yet I can't get it my plate. It is the stupidest most ignorant rule a company could possibly put together that you can't serve your customers what they want, even though they're looking at it and you're serving other customers that very same thing. read more

Absolutely disgusting in there. None of the ingredients looked fresh. 1 worker making orders while the rest stood around. Big guy in the back was vaping while cooking food. read more

My order was very wrong. I ordered via grubhub and the delivery came at the time it said--the order was just very wrong. Missing several toppings including guacamole on two items which is $7, my kids' meals were missing the fruit and chocolate milk I ordered and the crispy tacos I ordered turned out to be 3 indiscernible wadded together soft tacos without the guacamole and most of the toppings I also ordered. We also clearly received someone else's order in our bag because it had someone else's name entirely (sorry Connor E). The fact that I cannot speak to a person is absolutely ridiculous, this is why people keep saying good service and retail is going down the toilet because no one cares about actual customer service. Even their text/chat doesn't work because it kept saying it can't/didnt deliver the message. All in all this chipotle was terrible at doing the order and chipotle and general is awful at customer. read more

AVOID THIS TRASH!!! Order promised at 9:30. Show up at 9:59. Look at the pickup self. Not there. Tell the woman behind the counter my name. She looks around. Says we'll have it out. They then running rice TWICE. Workers were just standing around. One guy was even smoking a vape behind the counter. Loud music playing in the kitchen. They ask me what the name was as I've been standing in line for THIRTY minutes. I tell them again. They find it above the togo prep area, literally dripping. I had to ask them to make it again as it was obviously cold and soggy and not good anymore. They gave me a hard time. They run out of rice and steak. They make everyone else's order, about 30 people, and make mine literally the last thing as an after thought, and it wasn't what ordered as they ran out of steak. I was this place (not a restaurant) for two very an hour...AND THEY STILL MESSED IT UP! No apology. No nothing. This is easily the worst experience I've had EVER eating out. I will never go to any chipotle ever again. read more

I just got a bowl and it tasted only like salt. So I tried to call the restaurant to let them know someone lost the salt shaker into one of the bowl items and can not get through to a human for love or money...hope no one has high blood pressure because the chipotle on victory is serving salt blocks. read more

I should've reviewed this particular Chipotle's and ran the other way but I wanted a burrito, they were the closest location and their corn and guacamole was on my mind. The order was missing items, the bowl and burrito were both skimp and just thrown together. What I get always fills the bowl up and I received a half of a bowl. No chips in the bag, the food was cold and it didn't take that long to get to me so I know that it was probably old. I definitely won't be coming back to this location unless I physically go in and watch them make my food. It's sad when you have to babysit employees who are paid to represent a brand with integrity!! read more

Incapable of fulfilling a simple afternoon delivery order (kids meal and burrito bowl). Two Doordashers waited a total of an hour in shifts before giving up, which I understand. I shouldn't have given this location another chance. They really should just close. It's the worst Chipotle I've encountered having lived in 3 cities. read more

extremely rude staff. food subpar at best. I would avoid this restaurant at all cost. A one is being very gracious. Corporate should investigate this location and shut them down. read more

This restaurant is disgusting. I will never eat at a Chipotle ever again, and I can't wait for this location to close down so that something worthwhile can take its place. How can you have 15 people working and only 2 of them know what they're doing? And be out of menu items like vegetables and steak at 6:30 during dinner rush? And then charge $25 for two sub par burrito bowls? Are you kidding? The restaurant itself is so disgusting I should have walked out. Dirty in the dining area, dirty behind the counter, dirty where you pay. I'm embarrassed I spent my money here. Never again. EDIT- no chipotle, I will not jump through your corporate hoops to report my experience on your website. This review is my feedback. read more

I'm done with this location. Place was filthy, employees were indifferent and food options were missing. This time it was lettuce, cheese and guacamole that were missing. I thought things could not get any worse at this place. But the shady under handed tactics run by the business to by pass measures by online orders. Instead of notifying the dasher they don't have the meat you requested they will simply write it on the package and send it with out resolution. They even had the balls to give me fucking cooperates number on the same damn note because they knew they fucked up. You have fallen far. And the food is the same rat slop as the last time I thought to give them another chance. It's no wonder you guys have a bad reputation. I was just at this place and was charged for a side of fucking salsa because I didn't want the salsa mixed in with the bowl. No where on their menu does it say that they charge for a side of salsa. Not on their store menu, not their website menu. However, instead of rectifying their mistake the person at the register and the person managing the line, doubled down on their made up price hike. Every time I come to this place there is an issue with poor customer service, food preparation, and overall management. read more

Been giving them the benefit of the doubt but finally giving up today. Not once in the 7+ times I've been there have they had veggies. Figured it may be a busy day for them at first but not had them once since my first time going. Clearly the fault of whoever is ordering the food. I can even get over that but the workers are rude, lazy and put in minimal effort. Take the extra ten minutes to go to any other chipotle in Savannah , this one is a joke. read more

Out of the locations in savannah this is the worst! Today I was rewarded a free guacamole offer for my Birthday from Chipotle so I thought why not. I proceeded to order a El pastor chicken burrito bowl with my free guacamole offer with a side of chips and queso at 4:10pm. As I arrived I retrieved my order and looked inside my bag to verify my items were in my bag, which they were. Once I got home I read the alleged ingredients that were on the label of my burrito bowl which was correct but, once I removed the lid I noticed I didn't receive my guacamole and a smaller than normal portion of chicken. Very disappointing and I will never order from here again read more

This is by far the worst chipotle I've ever been to. There is always something!!!! Went in today and it was online orders only? Last time I ordered online it was 45 min past est time. They are sloppy there is no structure and poorly managed. Octavius (service leader) was rude and argumentative. I'm on a low carb diet, I asked for extra vegetables since I don't eat rice or beans. He refused saying he needs to leave some for other people. The pan was full of vegetables. It got pretty uncomfortable with his arguing over a simple request. It's frightful to think a person like this is in a customer service or leadership role. Chipotle needs to up their game when it comes to hiring and training the right people. read more

I've been going to Chipotle Mexican Grill for years. Ive visited this location a few times. This time I Ordered food to Go. The service was fast and the servers friendly. The dining area was clean. They have a large outside patio area. I always order the same thing, A sofritas bowl. I order it to go even if I'm going to eat at the restaurant. The sofritas bowl is much too large to eat in one sitting and this way I can just put the lid on and take it with me. I love that chipotle uses paper bowls and aluminum lids, no plastic! Sofritas (vegan meat alternative), black beans, rice, pico, corn, guacamole, and lettuce. Yum! read more

Honestly this chipotle is fine and usually good before the sun goes down, then this place get evil. Every time I've come here past 7 oclock the rice is undercooked, they give you like random items in place of what you order on the app, and forget like extremely simple things like chips. I LOVE CHIPOTLE. But my recent trips have been very disappointing. For a Friday night treat, my daughter and I visited this location and waited in line to find out- they were out of chicken- and not cooking anymore (at 8pm) and they had no grilled vegetables and No tomato salsa . Wtf! Isn't this a Mexican grill? Yesterday, I tried again to give them the benefit of my patronage and there were signs posted that read- online ordering only. So no humans can take my order. While waiting for food, a male crew member who had the only card to check customers out went outside for 10 minutes (im guessing on an unauthorized break.) After returning, he started yelling a a woman behind the line serving customers for asking where he was at. The line was backed up 3/4ths way to the door. In addition, they were out of chicken and steak due to this same man who makes the protein not working. He was loudly yelling profanity towards his coworker. I definitely witnessed all other workers trying hard to pick up his slack. It made me uncomfortable to hear him yelling even with his yelling, he will "still have a job". There is definite bullying and verbal abuse going on at this location. Giving 1 star because this is absolutely unacceptable behavior. read more

I was first irritated at the fact that when my burrito wouldn't wrap neatly, the employee added a second wrap that still wouldn't fit the ingredients. I asked for it to be remade and they proceeded to have another associate re wrap it for a third time, once he was done with the order he was working on. So while I waited, my burrito just sat, open and getting cold with all the original Ingredients mixed together. While i was in the restaurant, I also noticed the woman bringing food from the back, not wearing any gloves. I got home and was eating my tasteless and cold burrito and bit into a CHICKEN BONE!!! I can't even believe it. I am so disgusted and so turned off by the customer service that I really don't think I'll be back at chipotle for while.
