I just had the best experience with Keda! She was working the drive-thru and helped me get the Chick-fil-A app set up. She was so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you so much, Keda, for making my day! read more

the drive thru was entirely insufficient. the line wraps around the building, there is no one taking payments in the line, instead they have payments taken at the pickup window, which makes literally so sense. should implement the mobile thru instead of having this outdated ridiculous mess. read more

Chick-fil-A - Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries- - Fast Food Near Me - Savannah, Georgia

So happy to see they have the Egg White Grill breakfast sandwich (290 calories and 26 grams of protein) at this location! It's one of my breakfast favorites! There's always! a line at this location! Ive been coming to this spot ever since they opened it. I was excited to get a Chick-fil-A close to my neighborhood. In the subsequent years I have come here hundreds of times to get a quick and tasty meal. The business this place pulls is insane and they manage to keep it all together and still serve with a smile. In all my years of coming here Ive never had my order wrong or wait longer than 20 minutes in a PACKED drive thru line. Thank you Chik-fil-A victory drive. You are magical. read more

This chic fil a is amazing and the team member Brett should be a manager..dare I say even the owner of the establishment. He took my order awhile ago and was very fast and I'm writing this because now I go to the chic fil a and the service is horrible and slow compared to when he was there. He NEEDS to be a manager or at least a shift leader NOW. He never gets my order wrong but he hasn't been there in a month. WHERE IS HE??? read more

Dear Chik fil a, Please for the love of God or whoever you might serve, please remember to put straws in the bag. To wait 20+ minutes in line and then to have to go inside and wait another 10 minutes for a straw really sucks. I feel like I should fill out a W-4 form for the amount of time I'm giving waiting in line and having to go back inside for the simple mistakes. Thank you. read more

the food is always amazing but I am always sitting in line for over 20 minutes when the line isn't even long. this is the slowest chick-fil-a I've ever been too and it just gets worse everytime I come. read more

It's chickenflea always good service, clean, good food, and closed on sunday. Never go wrong!

This is the most poorly run Chick-fil-A in Savannah, and maybe all of Georgia. We only live a mile from this location and we NEVER go here anymore. It takes so long to get your food (30-45 minutes on average is normal) and then you usually are missing something or the food is cold after all of that time. read more

My family loves Chick-fil-A! It's always so convenient and their mobile app makes the process even faster! We tend to stick to their original chicken sandwich or nuggets! At this particular location whether we choose the drive-thur or to go in and pick up the employees are always very accommodating. read more

So not worth it to be in line for 20 minutes getting a chicken sandwich that has been in the steamer for an hour.

This is probably the worst Chick-fil-A I have been to. Huge wait time. The food didn't taste like the other restaurants. The food I received was cold, and to top it off, I found a hair on my sandwich. This place is gross and will never come back again. read more

So sad that you've changed the chicken. It's just not the same. I don't know if it's the batter, oil or chicken quality but it has lost flavor. Taste flat. read more

basically... i asked for 3 cherries and when we got up to the window, they said they were out. instead of just giving up and giving me a cherry-less drink, they ran to get some to replenish their stock. 10/10 would recommend. i love them they are so kind and caring. thank you good night. read more

Completely inept and unprofessional staff. I deliver through uber eats. I went today to pick up a delivery. I told the lady the name of the customer. She checked the computer and said it wasn't up yet. 30 minutes i waited and nothing. I go back up and ask her to check on it. She checked and then told me it's already been picked up and appeared as a duplicate. So that's why it didn't come out. I told her it would have been nice if she told me that 30 minutes ago when i first asked her. She proceeded to ignore me and move on to the next person. Complete lack of care for the time and money she costed me by not fully checking the first time. This is actually the second time this Chic fil a has done this to me. But the first time, the staff was apologetic about what happened. So I just let it go. Chic fil a has officially made my blacklist of companies i will never do business with again. I will do no more deliveries for them. And i will no longer spend money on their mediocre food. read more

It is brutally hot in the summer sun in Georgia. Everyone taking orders from the cars on line is provided shade except one poor fellow broiling in the middle of the road The thought of standing out there is frankly nauseating and abusive enough to make my meal a lot less pleasant. Shame read more

Just a short update on my review. Well we got our refund today for 50 dollar order. It was for 30 dollars. They changed us for the food we couldn't eat and threw in the trash. You can't make this stuff up. Thankfully there plenty of other restaurants in Savannah that want our money. read more

This chick-fil-a has people running around with iPads... in the cold. And registers set up to take payment. Tents, to cover the employees during the rain... and All before you even get to the order board. They are fast, and diligent. I've read these complaints about them... and it honestly makes me want to inform people of how hard customer service is, during this pandemic. And it makes me angry that people can be so incredibly ignorant and impatient. Be grateful that businesses like this are still staying open to SERVE YOU. Thank you, Victory Drive Chick-Fil-A in Savannah. Your restaurant and your team, are doing an awesome job!!! And your wait time is less than HALF of that, at other places. read more

I'm a CFA fanatic. I'd do a lot of things I can not say on here, for the company and for the food to be my last meal. This CFA is not like usual. Horrible fries. Horrible service. My "go to" location. Don't be in a hurry because this location is ALWAYS packed, the parking lot isn't the easiest to maneuver but the food makes it all worth it, right? What can I say, I love this place, I've tried almost every single item on the menu, guilt free! read more

I live right down the street from this location which is so awful! There's always a line here if you go during peak hours like breakfast or lunch and I mean a long wait like 20+ minutes in the drive-through. The staff is always friendly just like most every other Chick-fil-A out there. I can't say that I've ever had bad experience here but I can say this is the only Chick-fil-A I've ever had an issue with. I ordered a Keylime shake the other day and it was melted by the time I got to the window to pick it up which was really annoying but still tasted pretty delicious. The second occurrence was during breakfast and the biscuit was extremely hard. Overall I'll definitely come back to this location because it's extremely convenient. But maybe the next time I go I would go into the store versus through the drive-through so I get my food right away and can address them if there's an issue. read more

The service in the drive through line is extremely slow. There is no reason to sit in the drive through for 20+ minutes waiting on food at a FAST FOOD restaurant, especially one that is supposed to be considered the best fast food chain in the world. Even ordering on the app does not speed up the process. This is the slowest, most inconsistent and inconvenient Chif Fil A I have ever been to. Please get better. read more

Went through the drive-in line on a saturday am to buy our family breakfast[ for 15 minutes we waited in line] placed our orders for breakfasts and then got to the receiving window and was told that they had no eggs and they had no hash Browns. We asked to speak to a manager and the manager told us that the they did have a enough food brought in and she didn't want to make any reconciliation with me as a customer or take any constructive criticism regarding the poor service. She walked away from the window while I was still talking to her. I called 4 × to the store to speak to the store owner/ operator and to suggest better management procedures and never once got a callback... worst Chick-fil-A in Savannah. This is very unusual because typically chick fil a service ,especially customer service is excellent. This place a huge disappointment. read more
