Normally I would not rate Chipotle that low of stars but my boyfriend went there after work to get us some lunch and bring home. I wanted to try one of there 'lifestyle bowls', the 'wholesome bowl', and the worker looks at him and says "i have no idea what that is, you tell me what you want and i make it". The video attached is the online menu but I know I've seen it on the Salisbury restaurant location menu as well. If it's not on menu at that location then maybe the online menu needs to be changed as well. Do better at teaching your employees the full menu!!! read more

Terrible location!! I walked in at 6:49pm into an empty chipotle and they're out of steak. Like they've literally just standing around doing nothing all day!! Terrible customer service and location I don't recommend to anyone!! read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Out of steak in an empty restaurant!! Sooooo bad!! - Fast Food Near Me - Salisbury, Maryland

I have been to at least 10 times and they are consistently rude. The worst one is the heavy set lady that is usually the cashier with the beads in her hair. She's so rude even to my children, She was rude. she just has a nasty attitude, they should really put her in the back and not deal with customers. I went earlier today and the female doing the online orders mumbled something under her breath when I inquired about if my food was ready because it was 10 minutes late at this point. Perhaps the manager needs to be more present and hire better people!! read more

The food was fresh and good, the customer service was rude and the worst I've ever experienced. If I wanted to be treated like an idiot I would have just ate at home with my teenagers . They had zero forks if you ordered from the counter but if you ordered through their mobile order then you could have a fork. Try eating a salad with a spoon it's not ideal. read more

Food over priced, Floating price - one day it this, the next time they charged you for each item order. Afraid to order since I am not sure what final price will be. When asked, they say we need to charge for this, even when it not on the price board. The week before, it was as said for the price. The cashier has a attitude and doesn't understand questions, just repeats we need to charge you etc. Keep it ... lost a customer read more

The management is rude to the employees and the customers. They are more worried about saving money than the customer's experience. They prepared my food and then took it back to take chicken off of my bowl because they gave me too much chicken. If you want what you are paying for I would go to a different Chipotle. Every time I have went to get food at this chipotle there has been something negative to say about it. read more

Two stars, because why did you do the exact opposite of what my online order said. I said light rice. There was extra rice. I said extra sour cream. There was no sour cream. I don't even see cheese in this thing. read more

Worst display of chipotle ever, it's 2 o clock and they only got chicken and cold steak, no other meats. I'll be honest service thought it was comical. Because obviously they don't get paid enough to care. But I can assure you paying 30 dollars for two bowls of cold rice, cold steak, frozen corn will certainly reframe me from ever returning. Hire new managers because certainly no one in here felt accountable for the monstrosity they are serving. read more

IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS CHIPOTLE, AVOID IT AND KEEP DRIVING. If I could give this chipotle zero stars, I would. They had no ice, no guac, no lime, and no toilet paper! The drinks were warm too. The lady who was doing the online orders was behind on orders and NONE of the other workers were helping her. My sister went to use the bathroom, and she had to use paper towels to clean herself. As I'm trying to wait for my order for be done at 6:30, the girl was doing online orders for orders that were suppose to get picked up at 6:40???? When it was 6:34 and I'm waiting for my order. Just AVOID. Edit: the girl who was the only one doing The online orders accidentally dropped my quesadilla and she asked her coworker for help and the coworker just laughed. The girl doing the online orders was basically doing everything. read more

Note that COVID is over there really is no excuse for staff to be this overwhelmed! They do their best but they aren't able to keep up with anything! The dining area is dirty, they don't have time to clean. Orders are constantly backed up just look at the lines. This includes mobile orders. read more

Lazy. Run out of product state they don't want to make more not that they don't have the product to do so. This place is horrible. Avoid this location. read more

Witnessed some disgusting stuff here, saw 3 cockroaches on the floor and the lady took the trash from the bathroom thru the kitchen and used her same gloves to touch our food and screen for payment, WTF. Calling all health inspectors, pls come and visit this place asap because this place is will single handedly causing the chipotle stock price to tank unless something is done here. Stay far back from this place , God Bless. read more

The food is great and the service is quick, pretty clean, the portions are good. I would recommend this chipotle location........

I've been going to this chipotle for years and the service is slowly declining and food quality is becoming poor, considering what you pay for. This location always seems to be missing ingredients specifically guacamole and now they currently can only do bowls and salads (and it has been that way for weeks now). Staff doesn't really communicate with each other well and I've been charged incorrectly multiple times including today where I asked for half steak and half barbacoa on two bowls and didn't realize till I got home that they had charged me for extra meat for both bowls. Also find it funny how this is the only chipotle that charges for their paper bags that they give at all of their other locations for free, I get it it's only $0.10 but why...? All in all my advise is to just go to Moes Southwest Grill right down the road and you get more "bang for your buck." read more

Almost every time we go into this chipotle , we get overcharged for ingredients that were not ordered or put on our order. Staff seem very unambitious... our bowls were very puny ... they were running out of rice so instead of refilling their station, we got the left overs of what was left in their station and not the proper amount of rice. Truly pathetic. We keep trying to give them the benefit of a bad night once or even twice but it is every time we go here. There have been times we stood outside waiting for them to open and they open 15 minutes or more late while watching their customers line up and wait outside. The value of the food was sad and the staff just seem like they hate their jobs. Who wants to frequent at a place where everyone hates their job and extends that feeling to the customers. Hoping they can turn this around..... and soon. read more

rice was crunchy it was sticking in my teeth, worker was nice about it and made it up to me, the ambiance was friendly and relatively clean

this location has declined in cleanliness, attention to detail, friendly customer service. employees seem rushed and confused for no reason. the meat in the bowl was cold. employees on the line watching flies land in the food. i ordered 3 bowls and the person adding the extra toppings on the bowls just seemed lost and not friendly - they put a lid on the 1st bowl then questioned what was put on the bowl. get to the 2nd bowl and was still lost didn't know what to add after been told what we wanted. i was trying to explain what i wanted on my 3rd and final bowl and they started to question why i was talking about that bowl if the 1st bowl was mine.... not satisfied with this experience at all. read more

To begin with the food looked old dry and stale. A request for quesasillas was denied can only order online. However the online was down. They said they had no way to charge for the quesadillas. The Food station was dirty with food droppings every where. Manager was yelling at an employee to remove her gloves and wash her hands. The rice in our bowls was undercooked so the grains were hard. Overall by FAR Worst Chipotle ever!!!!! read more

While the physical store doesn't seem too bad, I was extremely out off today to find this location doesn't let you order quesadillas unless it's through the mobile order app??? What kind of customer service is that? They're essentially the only thing I eat when my partner wants a bowl so I wasn't able to order anything. Thumbs down. Which is an additional shame because there's so little other food diversity in the area. Do better chipotle. read more

Yeah the service was not that great. There was no tortillas and the worker mocked me because i took long to decide what beans i wanted and they had multiple other problems with other customers . And the kitchen workers didnt know what they were doing. Also they took out like half of the containers from the heating things. It was a big inconvenience. read more

Payed almost 40 dollars for two people, they're now rationalizing, i remember when i use to get a bowl here a couple years ago they would have it filled to the brim now theres barely anything. Another thing that has gotten worse is there cross contamination, i have had beans, lettuce, and literal bay leaves in my food when i didn't even ask for it. There tables are hardly ever clean so its hard finding somewhere to sit when its packed. Its a shame that there food is good but they cant keep there restaurant up to part like it use to be. read more

Just went to try and go to this location and they locked the doors stating they r too overwhelmed to take customers... now there were prolly about 5 people in line and about 5 employees in the restaurant! In my opinion very unprofessional! The "manager" was very rude and picking people out telling them only online orders! We always have a problem with this particular employee when in there! They r all very rude all the time! South Salisbury blvd chipotle is much better! read more

i have never had worse service in my life. i got there an hour and thirty minutes before closing. i waited ten minutes while four employees had already started closing the place. i swear they were hoping id just leave. when one of them finally came to me they were rude and very short. they throw out the chicken while i watched waiting so then i couldn't get what i wanted. it was almost comical. read more

The service was trash and it turtle slow on the line if was filthy on the food counters and seating area, no napkins and they was stingy with the rice, horrible service two thumbs down, tables was nasty , lids was scattered on counter and It was almost no forks read more

Manager's derogatory attitude This review is regarding the awful customer experience I had at this location, while grabbing lunch today. My husband and I placed an order online for a quesadilla, and when I picked it up the person who helped me with my order was next to the cashier (she looked Latino). I believe she's the manager and her name is Kelly or Cally (we asked another employee for her name). She had a very derogatory attitude while assisting me. She wasn't friendly or nice. I came back to ask her if I could get a third side since the order comes with 3 side orders and I only got 2. She gave me a really hard time. She told me to go back and get my receipt and show it to her to make sure I had order 3 sides. I went to get my receipt and showed it to her and told her I had forgotten to include my third side online. She kept repeatedly loudly saying in front of other customers that I only ordered 2 sides. I kindly asked her if I could get a third one since my order had 3 sides included. She continued to say "no" because I only entered 2 sides when I placed my order online. At this point she was heated and raised her voice at me. I kindly asked her I still wanted my third side. She kept coming back with a "NO" answer. Then finally she rudely asked with a derogatory attitude what side I wanted.. I asked for the Guacamole and she said she couldn't give it to me because it was extra charge... at this point I just said "just give me sour cream". I cannot believe the way she handled this situation. No professionalism, no ethic and no customer skills! I wish she could have done the extra mile to make my day. She was probably having a bad day or she's just not a people's person. I cannot believe Chipotle hires people with no love or empathy for customers... Especially people to be running your business, who are rude to customers and have NO customer skills. I HOPE THAT UPPER MANAGEMENT TAKES ACTION INTO THIS MATTER. I'm sad to say that this location has lost 2 faithful customers. read more

This location truly sucks I often wonder if it is a franchise or independently owned. Today I went in to order hard shell tacos and was told that their were out of hard shells. Next, I ordered cauliflower rice and were told they were all out and it would take 15 minutes, lastly I asked for steak with my soft shell tacos and were told they were out and it would take 10 minutes. Just shut the entire location down or hire more cooks. read more

When is someone going to correct the issues at this place? The portion sizes change depending on if you leave a tip or not when ordering online. Why can the employees see if there is a tip on a mobile order? Every time I leave a tip, my bowl is stacked...if I only order chips and salsa, my salsa cup is running over. When I don't leave a tip, I barely get a full bowl, and the giant salsa cup is half full. Just yesterday, I ordered chips and salsa (2 orders), and something told me to check it while in the store. They filled it with napkins, so I couldn't see that they left one of my salsas out of the bag. When you show up in person, they do not do that because you are watching them. There is also no prompt for a tip when you check out, yet there is a tip cup at the register. I wish I could leave no stars!! Good food, bad employees with even worse customer service. You do not deserve a tip to wrap a burrito, pour salsa in a cup, or for putting toppings on a bowl when you make 15 dollars an hour and you are not serving people. Why are there always people standing around doing nothing when the early lunch crowd arrives! Get it together!! read more

How do you offer cheese quesadilla but only for online orders. So if you go in the restaurant you can only order from a limited menu.

Good customer service. I prefer this location over the south Salisbury location. Although they could ease up on the sale in the pico and rice. read more

I ordered three tortillas through a delivery order on the side. I did not receive them and it even says there are supposed to be three on the receipt. My child doesn't eat anything else in a kids meal except for the rice and quesadilla and she can't even get that! read more

This location is out of guacamole (!), queso, and fajita vegetables, and regular steak. I'm not sure how they can charge full price for a vegetarian burrito or bowl when they don't have the vegetables or guacamole. There's no excuse for being out of ingredients at this point, especially when there's multiple grocery stores on the street. Don't recommend this location as they seem to always be out of a major ingredient. read more

Laynia is awesome! She was polite, attentive and took great care of me. Chipotle is lucky to have her as an employee. Promote this girl!

Horrible! My first and last time ever going to Chipotle. I told them this was my 1st time ever at Chipotle and to speak a little slower. Well needless to say the food and the experience did not live up to the hype for me. One of the girls that was filling the orders told my friend that they get bonuses based on how fast the assemble and collect payment for the orders. Just a horrible experience. read more

I used to love chipotle. Not any more. The Salisbury location is a DUMP. Every table was messy so we decided to take our food to go. Ordered a chicken burrito- chicken was very undercooked. Threw that nasty burrito in the trash. Quality control seems to have gone south with this chain. I used the restroom while I was there and it was awful. They need to go in there with a power washer and a bucket of bleach read more
