Horrible experience. This location used to be good. Just ordered a bowl on the app. The app said it was ready, but it wasn't at pick up when I arrived. I wait a few minutes and asked the cashier politely if they had my order. The manager behind her looked and sounded annoyed and said "it will be done in a couple minutes later." 15 minutes later, no food. And it wasn't that busy. After waiting 20 minutes, I went to ask again and saw they JUST pulled the order and were making it. I stood at the counter and waited and the manager just ignored me, looking me straight in the face. Then the employee handed me the bag and didn't say anything. Incredibly poor service. One employee loudly complained and cursed. I will be going to the other chipotle in town from now on. read more

I choose this Chipotle over the North Salisbury Chipotle, because their food is usually better seasoned, and they do a neater job cleaning the fat, etc. off the proteins; however, I was discouraged by what appeared to be a scam occurring this afternoon. As I stood in line, the two individuals ahead of me appeared to be shorted on protein causing them to order double protein. Their faces showed their disbelief of what they were used too. The same occurred during my order.. The chicken scoop hardly covered one-third of the rice in the bowl. When I commented to the employee about the half scoop he gave me, he shrugged and said you can have more chicken which he happily placed the red marker on my bowl costing me to pay double protein for what appeared to be the typical single portion. I am not happy with this experience to say the least. I'm never one to complain; however, this is extremely unprofessional and an act of carelessness in a day when inflation is already hurting us all, and I decided to quick stop in for the convenience of having a prepared meal. read more

The food at Chipotle is most often good. The big problem is the service, which is awful. Most servers and cashiers are extremely rude and impatient. We are always polite as it doesn't pay to give the attitude back, Not mention we often leave a tip to at least encourage some better service or if these people are being ill-treated by the management. It just seems like they hate where they work and don't care who knows it. It's been going on for so long, it's gotten to the point where we just don't want to go to Chipotle. What happened to this Chipotle? We LOVE Chipotle but more than half the times we order delivery they mess up the order. Every visit I have made to this location has left me satisfied. Staff can move you through the line fast and the cashier is always friendly and attentive, especially today (dec 4th) they're always fairly busy due to being next to the university so expect a decent line sometimes, but the food quality and cleanliness does not suffer from these factors. read more

I'd give it ZERO stars if I could. I would never eat here personally, but unfortunately ately I have to pick up Door Dash here frequently. Rarely am I here waiting for less than 30 minutes. It is ridiculous. They have a garbage system for making mobile and delivery orders. I'm not usually the only one waiting a long time either. Tonight they were more worried about getting the vents cleaned than making sure they were all caught up on orders. The older looking employees whom I assume are managers don't seem to care. One of them seems very ignorant and needs a new belt because one time I could see his ass Crack clear as day as he reached up to grab the hood vent. Never again well I come to this location. Note: The address on yelp is incorrect. This location is located right next door to Salisbury university. It was exceptionally busy on the Wednesday night when I came in to order my burrito bowl. I was pushed through the line by 3 different chipotle workers, and each was more stingy than the next with the ingredients. When I requested more of any topping my request was met with an insolent attitude and reluctance. I couldn't even get a reasonable amount of lettuce on my bowl, the rude man put a tablespoon full of lettuce in a condiment cup and pushed me towards the cashier. I expressed my disdain to the cashier and asked to speak with a manager, when she stated that the man who put the lettuce in the cup WAS the manager. There is no reason for any consumer to not get what they want when they are the ones paying.I was not thanked for my visit, nor was I welcomed by anything other than a voice bellowing, "NEXT!" i concur, in the future I'll save my appetite for the "NEXT" burrito joint with better customer service. read more

They've gotten worse. I'm sort of a regular here, every couple weeks, and at the OC store a few times a week. Today: - unpleasant first prep guy. Just mildly rude. - stingy portioning. I'm a vegetarian. I asked for a lot of fajitas: I get a couple of small tong squeezes worth. I ask again. I get maybe 4 tiny pieces of fajita veg. - mentioned it to the manager. He was the opposite of the West OC manager: perfunctory at best. Didn't do a damn thing. All I wanted here was a bit more fajita veg. That would've been so hard on them... $6.89 for a Carnitas Burrito I have enjoyed dining at Chipotle restaurants in the DC area and was deeply disappointed by my visit to the Salisbury, MD edition of the franchise this evening. My portion was smaller, much smaller, laughably smaller than the patron ahead and behind me in line. Now, there are some who might argue that I could do with smaller portions, and perhaps the lady behind the counter thought so too. The burrito of the man ahead of mine was large enough that it took a SECOND tortilla to close it up. The woman behind me had so much meat on hers that they called in a second person to tighten it up as the rolled it up in foil. My burrito was not challenged in that way: mine barely had anything going for it other than rice and beans. I am not trying to portray myself as a victim: far from it. I have a great job, make good money. My life is good. The obvious truth is that I wasn't a college student and because of that fact was treated differently than the others in this college town restaurant. At 55 I don't feel that old, but I certainly was the oldest person at Chipotle this evening and was treated like I was unwanted. Now were I a lawyer and not a test engineer I might be looking to see if other non-college-aged customers were shortchanged - but I am not. Oh. The food. This location is much better than the new one on the north side of Salisbury. This one runs at the normal high pace, however the new one took 30 minutes to get through 9 people weeks after opening. Was not waiting on more product to serve, just slow to make a scoop or two. When there is an option for the other location on Yelp ill jump this one up to 5 stars as it appears up to standard and give a 2 star review for the new one. read more

Chipotle has decent food if you are on the go... but I would rather drive from Salisbury to Ocean City than go to this location again. Service is very poor. The staff were rude and hostile. I ordered a veggie bowl with out beans or tofu and politely asked if I could have extra lettuce. The person looked at me like I had ten heads. I ate my food in my car because I didn't even want to sit in the place. By the time I got home to OC i was still hungry because they barely covered the bottom of my bowl in brown rice. Having visited many other Chipotle locations in Annapolis, and Virginia areas, i was super excited to get one close to me. Unfortunately the portion sizes are very random at this location (mostly on the small side), also to steak was half meat and half fat. If you want the familiar flavors of freshness that Chipotle offers then the Salisbury store should suffice. But don't expect to get stuffed like at other locations. For about $7 for a burrito (no drink included) you can definitely do better somewhere else. read more

This was my first experience at a Chipolte. I guess because of some of the hype a lot of people have been pumping into this place I was expecting something more. I'm not saying anything bad but it just wasn't outstanding as some floks had built it up to be. I immediately thought of a Subway as I went through the line selecting items for my burrito bowl. The food was decent, the service was quick and friendly, and the prices reasonable but it is still American Mexican fast food. I'm not comparing this place to Taco Bell as it is definitely far superior to their food, however I guess I was expecting more. I certainly would go back for lunch and try some other locations but I now know what it is. read more
