Rice & beans are scooped like they're rationing supplies, but the second I ask for a normal portion, suddenly there's an up charge. Any time this happens here on out at this location or any other location I will be sure to have the employee throw it in the trash. Do better. read more

We had an excellent experience using Chipotle to cater a lunch meeting. Everything was ready on time, and they took great care to check and double check that it was all there. It was very nicely packed up in a way that was really easy to transport. The staff were friendly and even offered to bring it out to my car. The food was a big hit at our meeting, and it easily fed our group of over 20. Ordering was easy, and I would definitely use them for catering again! read more

If I could make this less than 1 star, I most certainly would have. I'm unsure when something is considered robbery and I am unaware of how you measure the quantity of protein, carbs or any other filler you provide but i would have to assume when you can count on one hand how many pieces of meat are in a bowl, that's theft. it's certainly not worth the 50 dollars you charged for 2 bowls. At no point would I recommend anyone within the solar system visit this chipotle. You have certainly lost me as a customer and you should be ashamed of the service you provide to the people, using their hard earned money just to receive what would appear to be table scraps. Shame on you and this business as a whole. read more

I'm so confused how this Chipotle just opened and has such a low rating. First glance this place is new and CLEAN! Food portions were great and everything was fresh. Customer service for the city has always been either poor or mediocre but here everyone was so friendly and hospitable, definitely a change of pace. We will definitely be back! read more

Stopped here on the way down to Florida from Charleston. Abigail and the crew were awesome, food was great!

I love Chipotle and have given this location plenty of chances. 1. The customer service is terrible. I placed an order for pick up inside and arrived AFTER the designated pick up time. I didn't see anything on the shelf and let the cashier know I had a pickup order. She said that when it was ready it would get put on the shelf. Another 15 minutes goes by and I ask again. A different employee goes and pulls my order off the shelf for the drive-thru. It had literally been there the entire time. It was a pretty slow part of the day and the drink station was filthy and they were out of coke & forks. 2. The portion sizes are abysmal. You maybe get half a bowl. 3. Today, the portion size was once again small. But this time they forgot the guacamole and lettuce on my bowl. It's like they just stopped making it. And I take the guac personally, like I want my money back (petty, I know). The minimal fajita veggies that I did get were still RAW. And lastly, the chips were too salty to eat. Needless to say, like many other reviews, I'll be going elsewhere. read more

Go there after a long day of work for a quick bite to take home. Walk in and there is nothing but kids working. Okay I'll give them the benefit, stood there for about 2 mins while the two females debated over who's gonna prepare my food. I'm then approached by a kid who stares at me in the eye for about 30 seconds. He mumbles something under his breathe and I say "what was that?" He says "do you want to order?" I said "typically YOU, as the server would ask me what would like or can I help you?" That's usually how it goes, this young generation has NO manners or people skills but I guess that's what you get when you're raised by technology and not parents? To add icing on the cake there were no black beans, half a handful of chicken, no corn. So I left, never going back. read more

This is what my bowl looks like every time I order it and anytime I order steak it's mainly fat and chewy or hardly any in the bowl at all. They raise their prices and give you less and less food. read more

Made a special effort to try Chipotle at their grand opening. Overall, I was disappointed. They were so stingy with the ingredients and then charge you for every morsel added. No sign says what's included in a bowl or burrito. Apparently nothing! A simple $11 bowl cost me $20 when finished and it didn't come with chips or fill me up. Glad to have a new restaurant in Richmond Hill, but they need to do better! read more

The manager was very rude and very antagonizing. Refused to give his name and my receipt after being overcharged. It was 9:15 pm & they were out of almost everything not to mention the small portions. The store is too new and they are confused here. The manager is very immature & disrespectful. Some employees bowl was FULL but our food was skimpy. I got one scoop and my burrito was mostly tortilla on the inside and when I bit into it I had to eat through the rice down to the steak and then down more to get to the fajita mix lol I've never seen a burrito like that before.then the bag is folded up higher but it's only a little bit of chips. The only thing that we didn't get shorted on is the pico they put the biggest scoop in there. It's a new nice looking place but if I'm paying 42 for all my food I want it to look like I spent $42. I'm just going to stick to pooler it may be a far drive but it's better then this. read more

Don't let the clean environment trick you. The food you want is probably not available and won't be for another half a hour, the staff isn't the best or always in a rush to get you out the door. For a brand new chain this place is even worse than we were hoping for read more

They over loaded an employees plate. They totally took advantage. The place needed cleaning. Plenty of employees but nobody wanted to clean any of the tables. It was not busy at all. read more

We were excited to have a new restaurant in RH, even more so because we love Chipotle and have eaten at many of their locations around here and in other states. We went to the opening day and were shocked by the atrocious portions we received but put it down to it being their first day, busy and running out of popular items. We went back again today and were shocked again by what we were given (picture included). On top of the measly portions we were met with obtuse attitudes, my wife wanted guacamole, what you'd think and is advertised as one of the key items at Chipotle. But no we were told that no one had made guacamole for the in store use the only way that she could have this was by ordering it online and then they could give it to her. The absurdness of this is obvious but we were met with hostility and refusal to help from the staff. Needless to say we will not be going here again and I'd advise anyone else considering eating here to go to Savannah, Pooler or Hindsville instead. read more
