THE WORST TACO BELL IVE BEEN TO Made us wait over 30 mins for "fast food" and didn't read our order correctly which made us have to wait extra to fix it. Don't come here. The manager and staff are incompetent. read more

Slow and rude. Waited 30 min for food to be told "it's Friday night" and "I'm on break". A gentlemen that arrived 20 min after received his order immediately and when I asked where my order was the employee looked at me and walked away. read more

Tried to order online and it would not allow me to check out. So, I went to the store and spent 20 minutes waiting on my order. I heard the manager yell that they only had 4 bags of lettuce to last until Saturday (today is Wednesday). The kitchen was filthy with trash all over the floor and ingredients strewn all over the prep area. They were so slow! Management better wake up!!! read more

It was clean. Music was not loud. Got the combo meals, and they didn't give drink cups. My husband went up and waited and kept asking for drink cups. It was, for real, more than 20 minutes. I went to the car and got my coffee mug and found a thermos, and my 4 kids shared those to drink because they didn't have their drink cups they paid for. When he finally got the drink cup, my kids were like, "a new design". It was not a new design. It was actually dried soda crusted up on the side of each drink cup in a festive splatter pattern. Instead of wait 20+ minutes to get other cups, which I assume also are not clean, husband got some napkins and went in the bathroom and washed the cups in the bathroom sink. Just super depressing to pay so much and can't even get the soda we paid for. I guess they are understaffed, but when they called the name for food, they should have also given the drinks at that same time. Not give part of the meal and then no way to get the rest. A woman in line had ordered the food online, got there, waited 30 minutes, and then they canceled her food while she was waiting in line. read more

The food is always never hot enough. Not even warm. Just cold, sad, and wet. . Disappointing but it's never good and it's very inconsistent. The employees are arguing over the drive thru speaker. Every time I come here, there's always a new batch of employees. Once, I came here months ago and a manager was yelling at an employee that was using the restroom and commenting on how they "should've done that before coming here". Some days I get food here are fine, but that's all they are. Can always count on the late night shift to have a fun conversation with me though! Hahah read more

There was nothing good about this experience. The order took over 35 minutes, which seems to be the average. Another customer was there for 30 minutes. I asked for my money back but instead the manager started yelling at me for being mean to his staff. I was also not able to get my money back. The chicken avocado stacker had no lettuce, tomato, avocado and barely any chicken. The cantina bowl was more than half lettuce barely any chicken. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

I went in and immediately there was another customer upset over waiting for her food for a long time. I learned quickly that she wasn't exaggerating. After about 20 minutes after we ordered k went up and asked about my food and the guy made a joke saying "oh you're not getting your food" and that he'd start on it. turns out he wasn't joking. After another 15 minutes I go back up and the manager asks what I ordered and tells the workers to get on it. She asked what happens and they said they threw it away... it was 3 soft tacos with JUST beef and cheese. Also while o was waiting they were audibly talking crap about the customer that was waiting. Very unprofessional and maybe if they weren't talking crap o would've had my order sooner. read more

Eat in, had to use the kiosk, no front of house human to answer questions or assist customers in this disaster of a fast food joint. Full of dissatisfied customers who were being ignored. The food took too long, it was skimpy, cold, and hastily and sloppily prepared. They couldn't even be bothered to properly wrap the tacos so they were spilled all over the bag and broken. It was like the person who made and packaged the order was ticked off at the world. The place was dirty. Hands down the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to and I don't know if I'll ever bother with another. Disgraceful. read more

The lady at the window was 5 star great! After that it went downhill. Ordered 3 taco supreme/no sour cream. She asked do I want tomatoes. Yes. Got home and had 3 nearly EMPTY tacos! 8 teeny tiny strands of cheese (yes I actually counted, you could barely see them)...5 teeny tiny little squares of tomatoes, and a few strands of lettuce on my SUPREME taco! The fillings took up less than 1/3rd of the shells!! Absolute rip off for $10. I was home in 5 minutes and the taco was completely cold BTW. Never ever again! (Second time trying with this restaurant, close it down!) read more

We asked who was working so we can figure out if our crunch wrapped supreme was gonna be folded, right and they said Titus Morse got us. I'm telling y'all that was the best crunch wrap supreme we have ever tried in our lives. If I could give anything lower I would. This absolutely positively has to be the WORST PLACE you could ever eat at in Richmond Hill Ga. Fire the whole crew. Management sucks. Claimed my order was made personally by the manager and ofc he still got it wrong bc ig they can't read and make sure everything is in the bag before handing out the bag to the customer. Then had the nerve to tell me my order was right the order that I MYSELF placed when I clearly wasn't I feel scammed. He said he NOT making my order over and I need to leave. Do not go here waste of time and money. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN!!!!!! Fire the shitty manager too! read more

City council or whoever is responsible for SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. Service is HORRIBLE. I try and give you guys different opportunities but always the same. Slow slow slow slow. The manager is more worried about walking around and asking employees what they are doing instead of making them do it or jumping in and helping herself. The lobby is cluttered with employees bags. Back packs taking up a whole side so customers can't sit. This place needs to be closed locked up and start over. They don't care. read more

service was terrible! they were to busy sending one of their employees to get Starbucks than taking care of customers. Placed an online order through the Taco Bell app, got a email confirmation with the order number and paid online. Got to the store to pick it up and both the drive through clerk and the store manager were the rudest people I have ever encountered. They quickly flashed the monitor to me and then back away and told me that they don't have my order and when I told them to just cancel my order they told me that I must have order through a third party vendor like door dash and would have to go through them. I showed them my confirmation email and order number and was told that I would have to cancel it through the app which takes 2 to three days to get my money back. They are useless at this store and Richmond Hill shouldn't let such a deplorable store operate business in this town. I would give them zero stars but can't. read more

Was waiting for 15 mins in the drive through for a mobile order and not a single car moved the whole time. I pulled out of the drive through, walked inside, and went to the mobile pickup area. They were very rude to me and to other costumers, after 10 min ONE person got their single Crunchwrap (without their drinks) and after another 20 minutes I finally got my ONE TACO order. There were three people in the kitchen and it was around 12:00 PM. It's one thing to be under staffed but the drive through people were just cleaning their area playing music from their phones because no orders were taken. The food ended up being completely cold too. When I left I saw the person that was at the drive through in front of me pulling out at the same time as me if that tells you anything. read more

Service absolutely horrible. Messed up our food and when we went back up to have them correct it waited 5min for someone to ask why we were waiting. When told issue an extremely rude lady popped her head out from the back with the worst attitude. She yelled at another employee go back to work I got this. Saying she's looking up our receipts cause It wasn't made wrong with the most condescending tone I have ever seen. Didn't wait around to speak to a manager. I honestly love Taco Bell I was very excited that Richmond hill was getting a full Taco Bell. (not the KFC Taco Bell hybrid). I placed my first order through the app. I stopped at the new store to go pick up my food, only to find that the lobby was closed. There are a lot of things going on across country, so this may be out of control but was surprising. I pulled up to get order and while they were getting it I asked if I could please have a water. I was ignored. I had to ask several times. The 2 workers at window seemed totally uninterested. However, the biggest problem was my food was completely wrong. I had the correct number of items but they were all wrong. It was literally eating out of a box of chocolates I had no idea what I was going to get. This was very frustrating. Despite my love for Taco Bell I will not be visiting this location again. read more

Very disappointing new location. After being told an item that was on the screen they didn't "serve", which was a total lie. I see someone else had the same problem as me. Ordered through the app, get there lobby is closed. Knock on the door and someone opened told me lobby was closed. Let them know I ordered on the app and asked for a name. I wait outside for 15 min finally get my order only to be disappointed by the floppy, soggy, no meat crunchwraps. In total ordered for the whole family so 4 Crunchwrap meal deals. Come to find out items were missing and the disappointment continued. Contacted Taco Bell about the problem because I threw all of it away. They never responded. I know places are short staffed, Taco Bell should discontinue in app orders until they can fully staff their location. read more

Just came through the drive thru and ordered a chicken quesadilla, 4 soft Taco supremes, and a chicken dorrito Taco. Get to our destination and the chicken Dorrito taco wasn't even in the paper, shell was broken, and everything was upside down. WTF?!?! I know you have young people working here, but that's no excuse to not put the food in the wrapper and in the bag properly. And for the record: NO! I DIDN'T DROP THE BAG OR TURN IT IN SOME ODD POSITION. Either way, if the damned Taco was wrapped properly in the first place, it wouldn't have been damaged with the filling all over the other food items. And none of the soft Taco supremes were "supremes" - they were plain. I'll be calling tomorrow for my refund or compensation. So annoying. read more

You really have to try to be this bad. Call me crazy but I love Taco Bell and was really excited about them opening up in our smaller town. I have given this place a couple of chances because I thought maybe they were working out some issues. Unfortunately I have to say that the food is disgusting. Great pit stop! Clean and friendly! Out expectations have been met each time! Thank you.

Placed an order on the app for a pickup order for several people. First, it took 45 minutes for the order to be prepared. As I was already there waiting on it, I noticed the mass confusion in the kitchen and was concerned for the accuracy of the order. Once the order was ready, I checked it and as suspected, there were multiple items missing and one was not prepared correctly. We had to ask for the drinks as those were not given to us. When asked, the young lady asked what we ordered! After finally getting all the right items we ordered, the food was cold and the frozen drinks were almost completely thawed. Not a good experience at all to include the staff having no sense of urgency nor any care of their poor performance. 42 bucks later and food that was not enjoyable to eat. Cannot recommend going to this location due to the poor service received. read more

This restaurant started off so good, but in the last couple of months, it has been very slacking. They forget parts of the order just about every time I come here. So be very wary when you go and check your order. If I come back, I guess I will have to hold up the line of cars to make sure everything is in there. I just ordered through drive through at 9:15 Pm Garrett W. In Richmond Hill, GA store number 038821 rushed us ordering and informed us that they are timed in drive through orders. They were rude. We had a large order. Paid $53. Ended up getting home and had missing items. Food was cold. When my husband called, they hung up on him. He called back, they didn't apologize and barely let him talk. He had to drive back and get the food. This was ridiculous. It happens all the time here and they always rude. read more

I come to this taco bell often when I want taco bell and every time they get something wrong or take more than 30 minutes. I have come before and gotten a completely wrong order and come back and was told they couldn't do anything. I have come and gotten mainly the right order but there has been one item missing but 3-4 things I didn't even order. This trip I have been sitting in the drive thru for 15 then continue to go inside and it takes 30 minutes inside even though I did a mobile order... They stood around for about 5 minutes laughing and doing nothing until they realized someone was here. There is maybe 8-9 people in here and only 2 seem to be actually doing something. The rest are standing around talking. They don't seem to care about customers. They are rude and have done nothing the 30 minutes I have been sitting here already. The most unprofessional individuals anyone can find are located in the Taco Bell in Richmond Hill, GA on 40 Oleander Street Went there today at around 5:30PM, to pick up an order I made through DoorDash and walked in the restaurant and my order was sitting on the shelf; the only order on the shelf; so I waited to see if someone would come over and give me my order and drinks, because the drinks weren't on the shelf, just the food and they all looked my way, but none of them asked me if I needed help, than some kid walked in and one of the females came closer to the counter and told him he could go to the back of the counter, I looked at him and he looked at me and than she repeated again, that he could go to the back of the counter, after the guy linked up behind the counter with her; they walked away and again ignored me. I had not said anything until that point, but decided to walk away because of the no service received. Place needs to lock down if they have a bunch of irresponsible millennials working there. These kids think they deserve it all without putting the work in. By the way; it was only me and some other guy in there during this event and the guy had been ordering something or messing with the screen in front before I arrived. He was probably trying to figure out the ordering computer, but I bet no one asked him if he needed help. read more
