On top of the poor customer service, there also seemed to be an issue with staff reluctance; items were abruptly claimed to be "out of stock" simply because employees didn't feel like preparing them. You can see and hear staff goofing off in the back. Management really needs to step in, address these operational and staffing issues, and get the front-line team properly trained on basic customer courtesy. I won't be returning anytime soon.
