Terrible pizza and WAY overpriced! $37 for a large pizza with four toppings (half of the toppings on less than half the pizza)? Total ripoff. One slice had only one of the toppings on it! And I honestly think they didn't even bother putting pizza sauce on it. I am so tired of pizza being such a gamble these days, and it makes it so much more unacceptable when a place doesn't take any coupons. I love all pizza and it has been awhile since I've had Pizza Hut. The stuffed crust is unparalleled to any other option out there it is the best. If you haven't tried it you are missing out. The 5$ menu they have is a great option. The downside from my most recent order was the Stuffed garlic knots. The flavor was good but the stuffing had all cooked out nearly and was stuck on the bottom of the pan and for $5 not worth it. read more

So I ordered a pizza that I constructed, and there were no onions, and I requested extra meats on 1/2, which didn't happen. I made a mistake when ordering online, and forgot to hit delivery. I promptly called to rectify the situation, and was told no problem, about 25 minutes, but the upcharge would be a little over $5. Fine, no problem. I was going to tip the driver the remainder of a $20. This was 8:04 pm....at 0852 pm no pizza. Someone tried calling, but when I answered the landline, no one was there. I called them on cell and was told the driver left and forgot my pizza and wings. Fine, I got in car and drove down there to pick it up. The box topper was she was still going to charge me the extra $5 for delivery? Really? I just came and picked it up. No one delivered.... and then missing toppings. Well, Dominos or some other pizza place gets my business from now on. And all that stuff was $52. No more of that craziness. read more

I will not be ordering from here again. My son had friends over and so I decided to just order pizza to be delivered. I ordered online a medium cheese, a medium peperoni, and a large supreme. When the pizza came the supreme did not look like the pan pizza I had ordered. The dough was not the crispy that we were used to when ordering at any other pizza hut. I called and spoke to the manager who insisted it was a pan pizza. When we finally decided to try it, the pizza dough was completely raw in the center and to top it all off the cheese pizza had a hair in it. I called again and spoke to the same manager. I explained again the situation and he never offered to make it right. I asked him to please take the pizza back and just refund us as we would not eat the pizza. He refused saying all he could do was give me store credit, which I declined as I explained I have no desire to order from them again if this is the idea of what a pan pizza should be like. Grew up eating Pizza Hut and crave it from time to time, but I am constantly disappointed with my orders enough to have to write this review to warn others. This location gets orders wrong and when you speak to employees about the incorrect order, it is clear this is common, and they do not have the customer service experience to make it right. No apologies are made, and no corrections are made to correct their mistakes. Spent $50 and it was an entire waste!! Update from original post: we ordered from here again. The delivery man didn't bring our sauces for the big Dipper pizza. A simple mistake. This is a hard review to write because we love this particular Pizza Hut, my husband is always talking about how nice the people are inside. My kids ordered a pizza last night after a long weekend my husband who normally picks the pizza up was already at work for the night and it was kind of late so they decided on delivery. When the delivery man got here he told the kids he didn't have the Pepsi they ordered online and that he tried to call but there was no answer so he brought them a diet soda. they are teens and pre teens so of course they didn't want it,and tried negotiating the cost of the soda, I heard an elevated voice and my youngest came running saying the delivery man was cussing at her brother so I came to the door and the delivery guy is belittling my kids saying he doesn't know why his mother is making him do this and what kind of people don't drink diet soda he looked like he was having a mental breakdown on my porch, I paid him and asked him to leave he was completely inappropriate. I wanted to say more but he was already escalating his behavior and he was pretty big and intimidating. We will never order delivery from here again. When they are busy and short of staff their solution is to not answer the phone. So, I came down to place my order in person and first she rang my order up wrong and then charged me wrong. I had to tell her how they normally ring up my order and what special I usually get. I love Pizza Hut pizza- when they get my order right. Unfortunately 2 out of 3 times that has not been the case. Our first time ordering was online and we ordered 2 pizzas that took over an hour to be delivered. I ordered a ham pizza and added pineapple and a supreme pizza that comes with pepperoni, pork sausage, beef, mushrooms, red onions and green peppers, I can't remember what the ingredient was, but I subbed one for another. When we finally received our pizzas (after several phone calls and we only live 2-3 miles away) we received cheese pizzas with only the substitutions and additions- so one pineapple pizza and one sausage pizza. I called Pizza Hut and was told we could either wait for new pizza to be delivered (it was 7 and we were starving) or we could accept $10 credit for each pizza, we elected the store credit. The next time I ordered pizza they had no record of my $20 credit, but after much discussion I did get credit. One of our cheese pizza's was burnt. I called the store and they did deliver a new cheese pizza, but they wanted the burnt one back (guess they needed proof? LOL). I went back a 3rd time because my daughter had a free pizza from school. Our order was correct and ready at the time promised. I did make sure to visually inspect our order before walking out of the store. read more

I don't even want to give this Pizza Hut 1 star. They have consistently messed up our delivery orders. We recently ordered a large extra cheese pizza with a 2 liter of diet soda. The delivery was on time but the pizza was burnt. When we called to speak to the manager, she explained extra cheese always burns the pizza but she'd be happy to send out another pizza. I'm sorry but that is not an acceptable answer. A simple apology would have been sufficient and then send out a pizza that isn't burnt. In addition to the burnt pizza, our soda was not delivered. In total, we waited over an hour. I'm sorry but when a pizza is burnt, it should be obvious. Stop delivering burnt pizzas! It's a waste of our time and it makes this location look bad. At 1:15 I called back to see where was the pizza it had not arrived. The person who took the order said that it was put in the carry out by mistake so It had been sitting for almost an hour.
