I ordered delivery. The food was good but the drink I paid for did not arrive. I called the number on the email and I got door dash they said they would email me with a decision. I called this little Cesar's location and they said they can't give me a refund or redeliver the drink. They told me to call door dash. I ordered off the little Cesar's app not door dash. Bang for buck can't be beat. The new stuff crust is by far the best pizza they offer.

For the first time in almost 11 years, I've finally found a little Caesar's that makes their product like the advertisements. It was hands down the best pizza from one of these locations in so long, great work. We expected the usual sloppy pizza and flat crazy bread like the last few locations, but I was pleasantly surprised when our food was amazing! We will be regulars for sure. read more

I placed a mobile order and got there a little before my time it was supposed to be ready, and obvious employee walked in from the street went directly to the back no hair covering no washing hands and started collecting pizza and breadsticks and food from the cabinet talking to all the other employees distracting them from what supposed to be done while the lobby is filling up with people, then my order was 10 minutes late to find out that there was no more breadsticks which was a part of my order so I had to wait an additional 10 more minutes because my order was not completed. Overall, I like Little Caesars pizza, but was pretty disappointed today. Called about 5min in advance to see if they had any sausage pizza's hot and ready, was told they did. Arrived and they had a total of 2 hot and ready cheese pizzas, 1 pepperoni, 2 crazy bread, 1 cheese bread, and 1 wings. Cheese pizzas were taken by the people in front of me, so that amounts to just about everyone ordering having to wait. Not what you have in mind for hot and ready, especially when it's fairly slow in the store and 5-6 people working. Richmond Hill Little Caesars needs to step up their game considering RH has other pizza choices that are probably better if you have time to wait. It's good to be able to understand the type of people that manage and own a restaurant to choose who you want to give your money to... After my experience tonight none of my friends or family will ever buy a five dollar hot and ready from this little caesars again! The highlight of being told I couldn't park in their parking spots, because of the fireworks, was also being told I couldn't park there for a couple minutes (as the fireworks began) even if I purchased a few pizzas. Stopped in Little Caesar's in Richmond Hill on my way home from work. Granted it was close to 9:00 PM and it appeared they were down to a skeleton crew. The young man told me they had no Hot-N-Ready pizza's ready, but he would make me one. GREAT! I could wait a few minutes. There was a lady who came in just after me, and he waited on her, taking her money and giving her change. I watched him then immediately go behind him and proceed to making a pizza, reaching his dirty hands into the cheese and pepperoni. Now I understand when you eat from a restaurant, you're playing roulette with what happened to that food before it got to your table... but when you see it with your own two eyes... NOPE! I ordered a pizza a couple of days ago. I actually called it in about 15-20 minutes in advanced. When I get there I walk up to a young lady and she rings me up and I pay for my pizza. She then goes to the back and asks if my pizza was put in. She then walks up to me and tells me it will be about 8-10 minutes. Me very aggravated I ask why my pizza hasn't been put in. She then tells me "our girl in the back hasn't put your pizza in" I then sit down and I hear a big commotion going on the girl saying that she should have put my pizza in when I called it in and it isn't the first time today that she has does this. The Other girl snaps back and says it's not my fault the pizza is not put in. I would think that it was considering she's the one that makes the pizzas. After about 20 minutes sitting in their store I finally get my pizza and the young lady apologizes to me about the inconvenience. I accept the apology because I know that it is not the young lady's fault in the front because she is not the one making the pizzas. I would advice you all to not go to the store when a young lady named elana is working there because their "ready to go" "five minute pizzas" will take about 15 minutes to make. I never have a problem when she is not working there. Every time she is I always have to wait with a few more people because she is not doing her job.. Other then that inconvenience the store is well together and the employees work really hard. read more
