I really wanted to like this Chipotle location in Princeton off University Drive, but unfortunately it continues to disappoint. The lobby area is consistently dirty tables not wiped down, trash overflowing, and the overall cleanliness just not up to par. The service is another issue. The employees seem very stingy with portions, which defeats the purpose of going to Chipotle in the first place. No one expects to have to ask repeatedly for a decent serving of rice or protein. It feels rushed and unwelcoming. The main reason people come here is simply because it's the only location on this end of town. Convenience is carrying this place, not quality. The food rarely tastes fresh, and overall the experience just isn't worth it. Kids as servers inattentive.... I wouldn't recommend this location unless you absolutely have no other option. Definitely needs major improvement in cleanliness, portion consistency, and overall customer service. read more

Where's all the chicken? Not the first time with issues at this location. We ordered a bowl with no cheese and it came with cheese. We did pick up from the window my wife is pregnant and dairy free. Why would you add cheese, Today we did another mobile pickup order and this is what we got, very sad and disappointed, but will probably come back because Princeton has such a poor and limited options. read more

I want to make this know to anyone who orders from here , if you are not a person of color they will give you lesser portions, my girlfriend went in and I was behind her, they gave her less rice, protein and anything else she wanted and made her burrito look like it was barely anything, while other people were getting their burritos filled to the brim to the point they struggled to fold them but not hers. read more

This location is newer and a great addition to the city, but the food quality, portions, and customer service are VERY hit and miss. There were times where I was extremely happy with the portions I was receiving, so much so I wanted to go out of my way to put in a good word for that one employee. There were also times where the wife and I were disappointed with the portions. The most recent time I was there, customer service at the drive up was non-existent...no hi, bye, thank you, or any human decency. Just "Name...." "Here" *shuts window* it's just rude AF esp when that's your literal job is customer service and making food. Got home and my wife's barbacoa portion was straight up pathetic.... One time they screwed it up so bad I had to drive back and have them redo the entire bowl. So it is hit and miss depending on the employee you get. I'd say on average I've probably been more disappointed than not at this location, hence the two stars. Chipotle, step it up. You raise prices which is bad enough, so at least keep the cust service and portions top notch. Idk what you need to do, but other places deliver wonderful cust service all the time ,all over the country, so I know it can be done (looking at you In-N-Out and Chick-fil-A). read more

The portions of the food are less than what you paid for, you get ridiculous low portion every purchase you make. I do not recommend chipotle to anyone until they change the portions of the food. read more

My experience was great. The staff was all friendly and full of smiles. Even the cashier didn't rush me to get to the next person so I could get myself together and go eat. It was clean and exactly what you would expect from a chipotle. We will happily be back! Im actually shocked to see the other one star rating (and kind of rolled my eyes). Food is cold by the time you get it. They have two people creating the orders, but only one person ringing everybody up, creating a huge back up, causing your food to sit on the counter for more than 10 minutes before they even put toppings on it. But then the meat beans and rice is ice cold and they're putting cold toppings on top of it. The second time I've been there and I won't return. The workers themselves seem fine, but they lack leadership so the manager that store either needs to be retrained or replaced. read more

absolutely ridiculous! Terrible experience. me and my boyfriend order two chicken bowls and were missing way too many things. My boyfriend's bowl had no beans, no salsa, no lettuce and got brown rice instead of white. My bowl was missing its queso and also missing lettuce. There is no way they even read our order to be missing that many items. we even went back to our order to make sure it wasn't our mistake and it wasn't . they just didn't bother to read our ticket. read more

After coming here several times, the price is getting higher but the portion sizes are shrinking! Got a bowl and a burrito that were both super small for the price. The burrito was long and skinny so I got a Taco Bell sized burrito for Chipotle price. The bowl was the smallest portion I have ever received here. Not coming back. Don't go. You get much more food going to a restaurant for the same price. This chipotle has me in a chokehold and I want to stop going because If you go at night my protein bowl is half the portion than if I go at lunch. I even ordered double protein last night and still had barely any in the bowl. Below are two of my bowls... the one overflowing is from today at lunch and the other is from around 8:30pm at night a couple nights ago.
