My new favorite fast food restaurant/chain. For over 40 years I used to look for the golden arches. Then the coffee turned bitter and the service declined. I used to stop at Jack in the box for a Sourdough breakfast sandwich. I like the mild arabic coffee and the self service refill at Jack's. The Sour Dough breakfast sandwich is still delicious. The rest of the menu is good. The counter help are polite, and listen to you when you order. You get what you asked for. The dining area is clean. the food is very tasty. So tonight, I was not only ignored but also refused service, at 7:20 pm they are not taking drive through or dine in orders You need to have a manager on staff to at least notify customers or at least have a corporate approved reason on why you are not allowing drive through orders or dine in It seemed like they were only taking DoorDash orders and we're only actually talking to the DoorDash or Uber eats people, but when I went up to try and get into the building, the doors are locked. this is honestly such a disappointing location. You have three people working and they're only taking online orders. That's how you lose money. read more

Good service when I went through at 11:15pm. Surprisingly customer service was great and order was accurate. No real complaints. The only downside was that it did take a while in the DT line. I guess they were behind or something. No biggie though. read more

It really hurts me all the way around to post this, I tried calling, but you would be lucky to ever have this location pick up the phone. So I guess I have no choice but to post this here. Firstly let me say God bless John for consistency putting the customer first and always coming to the call of duty and pulling the restaurants weight, he cares about the small things, he is genuinely a good human being that isn't disrespectful to the customer, tonight I drove into something I see allot!, John doing the cleaning for the store and three people standing outside smoking cigarettes while John is doing it all yet again by himself while people ride your clock. Then these people all with their head sets on watch my car drive into the drive through not wanting to work and wanting to finish their cigarettes they waited for me to drive away and so I did. As I was driving away I saw John waving out the drive through window so I pulled to the window and he told me politely sorry "I didn't notice you were out there, I was deep cleaning without my headset on, what can I get for you?" What I appreciate is he didn't pass any blame off to his co workers and say the obvious, that they all were making bad decisions to leave him by himself to man the whole stole while three people stood outside just staring out in the distance getting paid for it. He just tried to do what's right and took action for his fellow employees, I notice he washed his hands and put gloves on, so I felt comfortable ordering food from him. I let him take my order and my night was saved. But to my horror I watched these three others come stumble inside and just start acting like they were doing something but clearly they were there wasting time and making things worse. In fact the woman that was outside walked straight inside and took it upon herself to attempt to look busy by making a single drink for John to ride the clock but was scratching all over her head and hair after walking inside skipping all hand sinks then touched all inside the lid of my drink and inside my cup then attempted to give this off to me. I thanked john for his time and patience and hospitality but had to go up the street to Whataburger because they are consistent, and clean. John cannot pull the weight up the building, you should save on labor and pay john more and loosen up one or two people that just stand around and watch others work. Seriously. because he's the only one I ever got my order from consistently by spec. Check the cameras and see what I'm talking about 9/29/23 - 12:30am-1:30am somewhere between then. The last thing I wanted to do was eat Whataburger again and again seriously. I don't want to eat cigarette flavored chicken strips anymore from jack in the box I don't even smoke so it's unpleasant to a deeper level knowing they just skipped washing their hands again, please do better so we can have more options around our area. Thank you John for everything seriously. Please keep your head up, hopefully they won't stop working you so hard and they will put someone that pulls some weight with you. Hopefully the company recognize johns efforts to deliver exceptional customer service and experiences on a daily basis, that is extremely hard and taxing on one's body. It is not fair. Please Jack-in-the-Box do better. John you deserve 5/5 A+ stars but for the company shame on you all the way around 180-360. 0/0 F- score. Step it up. Do better. I ordered 2 Jr bacon burgers, it took 3 employees 15 minutes to assemble 2 burgers for dine-in and the cooks forgot my bacon. That bacon was the whole reason I visited this restaurant. She greeted us and asked us to wait while she messed with some condiments. Another employee, apparently on break, kept walking past the register eating. This isn't the first or second time they've messed up our order. My dad has gone there twice prior today, and both times they've given him four less tacos than what he had originally ordered. He also ordered two large fries and they gave him one medium Fries. Today he ordered one large fry and instead the girl gave us one large sprite instead. This is one of the worst places to get fast food from in Princeton, Tx. I went through the drive thru last Saturday in the afternoon, I ordered 2 tacos and three egg rolls, and a large Diet Coke. The people at this location are very rude and disrespectful! I went home and started to eat took a bite out of egg rolls and it smelled funny so I spit it out. I took the other two and split them open and they smelled as well so I threw them out. The tacos tasted and smelled fine so I ate them. Later that night I started feeling nauseous and had to quickly run to the restroom and threw up my food from earlier! Needless to say it got worse all night and through the next couple of days I kept getting sick to my stomach and having diarrhea. After a couple of days it continued and I went to the Urgent Care near my house to find out I had gotten food poisoning!
