I placed an order for pick up that said it would be ready at 2:15. I got to the restaurant to pick it up at 2:20 and they told me that they didn't have an order here under my name. I showed them my confirmation email and confirmed that I ordered it from the right address. She then had to go into the system and find my receipt which didn't print for some reason. After a while someone here eventually started making my order but was definitely in no rush to make it. She then informed me that they didn't have any steak ready and then it would be 10 to 15 minutes for the next batch of steak to be ready. I told her I didn't want to wait and that they could just give me a carne asada instead. Eventually the carne asada was ready but that also ended up taking 10 to 15 minutes which they didn't mention to me would be the case. I don't think I will be coming back to this location. I was very disappointed with the service and their lack of desire to make it right. The meal also tasted subpar. The rice was pretty dry and they didn't give me much carne asada. They also did not give me any silverware in my to-go bag or ask if I needed any when they handed me the bag. You cannot get your own silverware at this location due to covid which I understand but they should at least offer you silverware or automatically put it in your to go bag since this is the case. Chipotle may be a chain, but sometimes I crave their food and I'm seldom disappointed. I've tried this location a couple of times using the mobile option. I like using the mobile app to customize my burrito bowl. My bowl is usually on point and tasty, but the store sometimes seems to have issues finding my mobile order which leads to a longer wait time for pick up. Even with this inconvenience, I'm satisfied with the end product. I'd love to see this location become more organized, but the end result is good for a quick and filling meal. read more

Consistently one of the worst Chipotle's I've ever been to. Only have gone there so many times because it's right outside my neighborhood. But they're consistently angry and if you ask for extra anything including a dressing for your bowl, or rice even when you can't eat bean. they will charge you for a half scoop. I would not have an issue with this if you couldn't order on the app and get extra for no additional fee. And why would a salad dressing cost anything when it's free for a different menu item. The portions are incorrect. They're frequently out of things and they have a very bad attitude along with a very messy environment. If you're considering going I suggest driving 5 minutes south to a far better chipotle. Or go to steak and shake in this chipotle parking lot because it'll be a better quality experience. Never been to this chipotle before, me and my party was visiting from out of town. Soon as we walked in the young girl that works the register caught a attitude. She made slick remarks and insulted a few of my guess. The place was dirty, there was no ice, forks, and lemonades. The brown rice was bland and under cooked and the chicken was cold. the customer service was horrible and this particular experience had poor standards. The workers acted like they didn't even want to do their job. This location is horrible and the manager needs to be ashamed of even running a place like this. The wait time was ridiculously slow, about fifteen minutes. We walked in to a line of people and the people at the very front were even waiting to be helped. It seemed the issue was a lack of adequate food prep and out of the five employees, only two seemed to be doing anything about it. My sister ordered a bottled coke and when we could finally sit and eat she realized she couldn't open it because it wasn't a screw cap. Expecting for a quick fix she walked to the register but a bottle opener was nowhere to be found. It took 3 employees 10 minutes to get a Coca Cola open. Absolutely great location for take out or (pre-covid) dining in. Food was always delicious and quickly made and the staff is very pleasant. I, however, mostly order delivery and that's where it all goes downhill. I have ordered delivery from this location approximately 30 times in the past two years and have received exactly 2 hot entrees, both on the same order. I know this because my partner and I were completely dumbfounded that it was still edible and it's still a running joke every time we roll the dice on this place. If you're interested in dinner and entertainment, order from Chipotle's website, click on the "where's my food" button and you'll be taken to Door Dash's tracking page. There will be an estimated time of delivery, and you can watch how your driver won't pick up your food at this place until that aformentioned estimated time of delivery, and then proceed to take the longest possible route to your place, all the while stopping in odd neighborhoods that are notably not yours. Are they dropping off multiple orders on the way? Who knows. I don't know. I've complained to Chipotle and yes, they will gladly send you coupons for more (ice cold) burritos, but the simplest solution would be to stop using Door Dash. If you're able to, just go pick it up. Went in person to place my order. Was extremely disappointed in how dirty the restaurant was. The entire work area where the "build" the food was dirty with spilled food everywhere. The fact that this restaurant is still in operation is strictly due to brand recognition and location and has nothing to do with any shred of competence by management. Tonight when I went they were out of both kinds of rice, carnitas, chicken, and hardly enough barbacoa for one meal. How do you have chipotle without those ingredients?
