This is one of the busiest Chick-fil-A locations since it's over by the airport. They had a line wrapped around the whole building, and it literally took us less than five minutes from entering line to getting our order and leaving! Usual chicken wrap. I wanted a quick lunch so I stopped by Chick-fil-A drive-through. I ordered my food with the app and as soon as I got there I went through the drive-through and only waited a few minutes to get my food. Also, I was able to add one last minute item and the order was still correct the staff was friendly and as always efficient. The drive thru ran smoothly and was super clean. Though chick fila has done extremely well during covid.....there us no doubt that of all fastfood restaurants they have the worst fries of all. Consistently all their restaurants in the metro Orlando area are the same: LOUSY FRIES EACH AND EVERY TIME. Have they every served a crunchy fry, not that I am aware of. Have they ever served a freshly cooked hot fry, its possible but definitely not the norm. Why do we waste our money on these? As I sat with my dad inside I saw nearly every single finished meal with uneaten fries. This probably goes on all day long. And the fried chicken sandwich was soooo soggy that it must have been put together long before it was served. Though I'm sure mgmt would deny it. I got here about 15 minutes before closing time on a Thursday night and of course the drive thru was packed. Then again, when isn't a Chick-fil-A drive thru packed? I ordered my usual: fried chicken sandwich, waffle fries and oreo shake. Needless to say, the kitchen crew did not have its act together. I had to wait several minutes at the window for my sandwich and fries, albeit while enjoying a nice conversation and a complimentary ice cream they gave me, probably as a result of an ordering error. So I shouldn't complain. But after waiting probably close to 5 minutes or more for the sandwich, only then did they ask me to pull off to the side and wait for it. A few minutes later someone ran it out to me, but without the fries. At least they confirmed the wrong order so I was able to correct it before driving away. But when the same employee came back a few minutes later without the fries, there was no ketchup. read more

Weekdays at lunchtime is the worst time to come to this location. I please my mobile order and hopes to pick up my market salad quickly. But if you know this location you know there's no such thing as quick when it comes to the drive-through of all their efforts always show they try to make it as fast as possible it doesn't always happen. What I experienced today I have never in my entire 44 year life have experienced with any restaurant or fast food establishment. I most definitely had to say something about My experience today. When I finally got my order I left without checking the bag as my lunch was almost over. When at work I took the salad out of the bag and I noticed there was reddish color on my chicken and saw corn and beans in the salad. I looked at my receipt to be sure I ordered the marketplace salad. I even checked the app to verify and see the contents of the marketplace garden salad and it clearly was not the salad I ordered. In any case I called the Chick Fil A location and young lady answered the phone and was very apologetic and offered to Replace the item if I was able to return. I told her I was not able to as my lunch time was almost over. She apologized intensely and offered two free salad rewards on the mobile app. She also showed concern and asked if I was able to eat any of the salad at all. I told her I could pick the chicken off and eat the rest. She then offered to personally drop off the correct salad to my job because she was getting off her shift shortly. She personally brought the correct salad to my job. I was so grateful and impressed and surprised as no one has ever offered to do anything remotely like this before. 4.5 stars! Chick - Fil - A is definitely a second home to me. It's perfect wherever you go; from the food to the employees to the very core atmosphere that surrounds the building. Every Chick - Fil - A has provided a 5/5 experience, however, this one fell short in a few aspects. The Interior: The interior is older; not to say there's anything wrong with that, however, the tables all look dull and dirty. There are no booths, aside from the half seaters, and this particular location had a feint smell as you entered. Aside from the locations interior, the customer service was still stellar and the food was drool - worthy! Typical chick fil a with top quality fast food choices and friendly staff. This restaurant is busy! The drive thru was packed so we went inside which was much faster. We ordered breakfast and enjoyed the chicken biscuit and tatter tots. Everything made the way we like it. The only thing that was different from other chick fil as is the service to take away your trash. There wasn't any which is odd since others have busboys that are always walking around to clear tables. Bottom line...overall great chick fil a with your consistent food deliciousness and quality. Be it grilled or fried, in a sandwich or in nuggets form, whatever you eat will definitely be tasty and delicious at Chick-Fil-A. And the waffle fries are great, too! This location in particular is very frequented. You can either use the drive-thru or opt to park and eat in. Either way, you'll probably have to make a line because of how many people go there. But, it moves fast, so don't worry. The employees are friendly and will answer any questions you have (even under pressure because of how many people are in line).
