Chick-fil-A never disappoints! Just returned from a work/cation in San Antonio and, while we tried Whataburger for the "Texas experience," I was quickly reminded why CFA is the bomb. After landing and grabbing luggage, we wanted a quick lunch after leaving the airport. Ordered through the app, scanned the QR code on the table to provide our number, and within minutes--food was out! Hot, fresh, and correct (yes, even the sauces ). What really sets CFA apart is the consistent service location to location. While we were seated, someone came around checking if we needed more sauces or drink refills. I don't usually do reviews chain restaurants. But I've always been impressed with how quickly Chick-fil-A gift service, especially at this location. This is one of the busiest Chick-fil-A locations since it's over by the airport. They had a line wrapped around the whole building, and it literally took us less than five minutes from entering line to getting our order and leaving! Usual chicken wrap. I wanted a quick lunch so I stopped by Chick-fil-A drive-through. I ordered my food with the app and as soon as I got there I went through the drive-through and only waited a few minutes to get my food. Also, I was able to add one last minute item and the order was still correct the staff was friendly and as always efficient. The drive thru ran smoothly and was super clean. Apparently I got lucky on my last visit. Total opposite experience. Fries were not freshly looked, just warm. Chicken filet was tiny, & clearly cooked earlier, it tasted old & soggy. Seems to be a hit or miss, just like the other Chick-fil-A's. Got a refund for my food because a $25 meal should not be subpar. read more

Nice and clean with lots of space. The servers were friendly and the wait was short. First time I tried breakfast here. I had the egg white and cheddar cheese biscuit as an entre. I asked for them to leave off the chicken and it was tasty! I also had the frosted mocha. Good food, good price! read more

Chick-fil-A is my favorite spot for fast-food breakfast and I have never been disappointed at this location. Pleasant staff, no ridiculously long lines during morning drive thru, and always perfectly-cooked food (overcooked biscuits are a pet peeve of mine). We ordered and 10 ft plus 7 minutes later, we had our food...2 cars before the folks in front of us got theirs! We hadn't even reached the window! This has NEVER happened before! Food was HOT drinks delicious and the entire order was correct. I was on the phone (passenger seat of course) and I didn't get to finish what I was looking up because the food was at our car window. Idk who wrote less than 5 stars for these folks. Neither do I make less of your review but THIS restaurant was the BEST and I've been to a lot of CFAs around the country. They literally gave me half fries when I ordered a LARGE which is almost a 9.00 meal not once but TWICE. Oh and don't expect a manager to do anything about your order no one gives a ... you know the rest. Went to the chik fila and order a bowl of soup along with other items and came home to eat it and choked on a big piece of plastic. Called the store and manager Jacob picked up and did not care about this issue. He was rude and simply did not want to help and give me a refund. He refused to call the owner or give me the number so I can try to get a refund. Horrible service from chikfila. If the owner sees this I would like to speak with you about this. All I can say against this location is that the parking lot is too small for the lunch crowd. That's not uncommon for a CFA, but there are no other lots to use when this one gets full. Other than that, it's perfect. Protip: If you eat at CFA at least once a month, buy the calendar! You'll make your money back quickly. You won't regret it. read more

Soggy soggy soggy fries. Cold soggy fried chicken sandwich. Though chick fila has done extremely well during covid.....there us no doubt that of all fastfood restaurants they have the worst fries of all. Consistently all their restaurants in the metro Orlando area are the same: LOUSY FRIES EACH AND EVERY TIME. Have they every served a crunchy fry, not that I am aware of. Have they ever served a freshly cooked hot fry, its possible but definitely not the norm. Why do we waste our money on these? As I sat with my dad inside I saw nearly every single finished meal with uneaten fries. This probably goes on all day long. And the fried chicken sandwich was soooo soggy that it must have been put together long before it was served. Though I'm sure mgmt would deny it. Please take a moment to correct the sloppiness coming from your kitchens to the disbursement windows; it really has gotten pretty bad. read more

I got here about 15 minutes before closing time on a Thursday night and of course the drive thru was packed. Then again, when isn't a Chick-fil-A drive thru packed? I ordered my usual: fried chicken sandwich, waffle fries and oreo shake. Needless to say, the kitchen crew did not have its act together. I had to wait several minutes at the window for my sandwich and fries, albeit while enjoying a nice conversation and a complimentary ice cream they gave me, probably as a result of an ordering error. So I shouldn't complain. But after waiting probably close to 5 minutes or more for the sandwich, only then did they ask me to pull off to the side and wait for it. A few minutes later someone ran it out to me, but without the fries. At least they confirmed the wrong order so I was able to correct it before driving away. But when the same employee came back a few minutes later without the fries, there was no ketchup. read more

Weekdays at lunchtime is the worst time to come to this location. I please my mobile order and hopes to pick up my market salad quickly. But if you know this location you know there's no such thing as quick when it comes to the drive-through of all their efforts always show they try to make it as fast as possible it doesn't always happen. What I experienced today I have never in my entire 44 year life have experienced with any restaurant or fast food establishment. I most definitely had to say something about My experience today. When I finally got my order I left without checking the bag as my lunch was almost over. When at work I took the salad out of the bag and I noticed there was reddish color on my chicken and saw corn and beans in the salad. I looked at my receipt to be sure I ordered the marketplace salad. I even checked the app to verify and see the contents of the marketplace garden salad and it clearly was not the salad I ordered. In any case I called the Chick Fil A location and young lady answered the phone and was very apologetic and offered to Replace the item if I was able to return. I told her I was not able to as my lunch time was almost over. She apologized intensely and offered two free salad rewards on the mobile app. She also showed concern and asked if I was able to eat any of the salad at all. I told her I could pick the chicken off and eat the rest. She then offered to personally drop off the correct salad to my job because she was getting off her shift shortly. She personally brought the correct salad to my job. I was so grateful and impressed and surprised as no one has ever offered to do anything remotely like this before. I guess her genuine concern for me not having a lunch was what touched me the most. I commend this Chick-fil-A and this young woman named Allison!! read more

4.5 stars! Chick - Fil - A is definitely a second home to me. It's perfect wherever you go; from the food to the employees to the very core atmosphere that surrounds the building. Every Chick - Fil - A has provided a 5/5 experience, however, this one fell short in a few aspects. The Interior: The interior is older; not to say there's anything wrong with that, however, the tables all look dull and dirty. There are no booths, aside from the half seaters, and this particular location had a feint smell as you entered. Aside from the locations interior, the customer service was still stellar and the food was drool - worthy! Aside from a quick interior remodeling, this Chick Fil A is just another addition to many "second homes" I have across the nation! read more

Typical chick fil a with top quality fast food choices and friendly staff. This restaurant is busy! The drive thru was packed so we went inside which was much faster. We ordered breakfast and enjoyed the chicken biscuit and tatter tots. Everything made the way we like it. The only thing that was different from other chick fil as is the service to take away your trash. There wasn't any which is odd since others have busboys that are always walking around to clear tables. Bottom line...overall great chick fil a with your consistent food deliciousness and quality.
