I went to go order some food as a normal person does , I go to that chipotle every time , I pass by one chipotle just to get to this specific location. I never been disrespectful with any of the employees, I order the same exact thing I always order every time I get chipotle I never changed up my order besides for the meat. I always get a bowl NEVER IN MY LIFE I've ordered a tortilla or burrito just a bowl. I go to checkout I see one of the employees#1 put a tortilla in my bag , I said no that's not mine, another employee#2 tells her that is for a other customer, another employe#3 then goes in Spanish " ahora no lo quieres ", her manager and another employee told her that's not appropriate to say. I literally built an order on the Chipotle app two ways, for pick up and delivery and I kid you not when I tell you there is a $16 difference. First they hike up each menu item price by 26%, then tag on a delivery and a service fee. I'd like to know what the justification is? The food at this particular location is questionable. I usually order a salad and at least 3x now the lettuce came soggy with brown guacamole. Now I know from experience it takes a long period of time before lettuce soaks up so much moisture it looks liked cooked greens. Needless to say, I was stay away from this Chipotle. read more

There are authentic Mexican eateries in the neighborhood, but wanted to try the new Chipotle at 180th St & Broadway. I've eaten at Chipotle at other places before, this is a new spot in the neighborhood. I ordered a carnita burrito ($10.15) with guacamole ($2.75 extra) & barbacoa burrito (10.75), also with guacamole ($2.75). The total with tax for both $28.74, no drink, no sides. Two words: very pricey. OK, I can get 4 servings out of these 2 burritos that breaks down to about $7.20, but still, charging $2.75 for a scoop of guacamole for each, a total of $5.50 for 2 burritos irked me. Would be nice if they offered a special like many other eateries in the vicinity. Coming here again, not likely since other Mexican places nearby offer better priced food for 1/2 the price Chipotle charges, and that includes a soft drink and side order. read more

Will not be coming back to this location ever again and will change some things when I go to any other Chipotle. And for fill disclosure, one employee a white guy in his 20s at the front of line starting the burritos was nice and trying. Problems- - The cashier was rude and didn't even make eye contact only saying no cash and our rewards program doesn't work. - I asked for a drink cup and she lifted it in one hand with two fingers in the inside of the cup. Hell no. I asked for a new cup in a normal tone and said your fingers were in my cup and she sighed and slammed a new cup on the counter. Walked away pissed. I guess standard and extra Covid protections are no longer worth sh*t here. - When we tried to sit down on a flat table we were yelled at to no, no, they are closed. We sat down since others were using them. More dirty faces. - As people next to us left, it was clear why they didn't want us sitting. They were already closing areas and flipping chairs for closing even though it was only 8:40PM. This location doesn't close TILL 10:00PM. - See pics for older woman with family kicked from flat tables too - Floors were disgusting. Napkins, food, and dirt. - Top of ice part of the ice container for soda fountain - dirty with layer of something. - Bathroom - one was closed and well the other was a dump. See pics. I didn't post the pics of the stained toilet seat and sides. - The tables were being wiped down with rags with dirty water/soap - MOST EYE OPENING - for me was the forks and napkins section. There were 1-2 dozens forks out of the containers and dropped across that counter. So, u logically reach for a fork in the container. Well, when the girl came to flip chairs in the area, she then walked to the fork area and in one swoop grabbed all the loose forks holding them touching and slammed them into the containers with what I thought were clean forks or untouched ones. (Me Vomiting) - see pics of dirty area with visible and most surely invisible germs. I will never use Chipotle cutlery again at any location. This place always gets something wrong or missing items. Then call customer support for refund or gift items for the trouble. Not worth it. The food generally has gone way down since the chipotle glory days of 10 years ago. They also charge 20% more for delivery which is on top of the bogus delivery charge. Tax and tip and now it's a $20 meal. I will only pick up if I ever go back at all. There are better options for real Mexican food in the heights. read more

I am no longer planning to return to Chipotle. Their serving size for the proteins are getting smaller and smaller. Today, I ordered a steak meal. I realized when the server scooped up steak to add to my bowl it was too little, which has been the norm lately. So instead of complaining that it was too little, I asked for double. You have to pay about $6 more for the double. Almost half of the regular steak meal. Instead of getting the same amount of steak as the first scoop, the server decided to add about half of the normal portion. When I repeated to the server that I asked for double, he decided to add two tiny little pieces of steak to the bowl. I told him that was not a full serving of double and I no longer wanted the dish and two other chicken meals that I had requested. I was walking out when the manager came by and fixed my complaints. It seems this is the norm at Chipotle. I see many other reviews complaining about similar issues with their food serving size. Chipotle just lost another long time customer today! read more

I am a former employee of Chipotle, worked with the company about 10 years ago when the standards were upheld. This Chipotle has no standards, or integrity when it comes to their food. There's no reason why at 12:15pm you have two dry servings of carnitas on the line and none ready to serve. Meanwhile it's a manager serving on the line and another manager on grill. How are you managers ? Chipotle's choice in employees and how they advocate their standards clearly need to be revisited. Terrible service, and dried out food on the line. I gave this place another try after my first experience being horrible. This time, unsurprisingly the same. I ordered a burrito, got a bowl. With the wrong ingredients. On top of that I didn't get my chips and queso. This runs for about 5$ so that's pretty crappy that they left it out. On top of that I didn't get my guac. Also very expensive. This place is horrible. I want to add that when I tried to call, the number on Yelp, google, google maps, etc does not work. (This isn't a worker issue, but if someone in charge reads this maybe you can check that out? Chipotle in Washington heights has got to be the worst chipotle in all of manhattan. Since they have opened the service and quality are terrible. In the beginning, there was no order, hella folks behind the counter and no one knowing what the heck to do and so the line was out the door. By the third visit, I stopped going. I recently went back and tonight was my second night ordering from them via Uber eats. Why did they miss a whole 'nother side of my order? It's literally in my receipt and I don't have the other half of my meal/ I tried calling and of course #corporateamerica they have an automated system that then tells you that orders placed from door dash or uber eats are not their responsibility and I need to reach out to Uber eats. Bet. I reached out to uber eats and all they did was refund me $8 out of a $37 order. I left uber eats feedback also telling them that just because you refund money doesn't take away from the fact that the customer is still experiencing a shitty ass service. It's safe to say that we who order from door dash / uber eats know that our order adds up hella fast with delivery services, taxes, and tips. By the time you add up all of the fees, you are paying for a third order bruh. We know this and we still pay for it. Why? convenience. But does that mean it's ok to get shitty service AND still pay for the shitty service? Why don't they refund the customer back and charge chipotle for their lack of detail in the customer's order??? HMMM ... anywho, fcuk chipotle from the heights. I hope they lose customers and close so we can get our mom & pop stores back and spend our money with restaurants that do give a shit. When I saw this new location, I was really excited to finally not have to go to 168 for a burrito bowl. Unfortunately, the service is consistently slow, as referenced in some of these reviews. The more bothersome thing I noticed was that I counted no less than 4 of the workers either not wearing a mask or wearing a mask below their nose. I'm hopeful a stricter mask enforcement policy can be implemented for not only our health but the staff's. read more

Hello, I am a Chipotle customer and I am also a delivery person for Uber eats and DoorDash and I have always wanted the opportunity to speak to a manager of this store but when I say manager I mean someone in the back office because I have had several problems with my delivery in this store... to begin with, every time you go to this store to get an order for a customer, the workers have no initiative to help, they just stay around each other when the orders are ready and it's a waste of time, Personally, there is one of the supposed managers who, due to the treatment she has given me, thinks that she has some kind of personal problem with me. Every time I go to the store, she tells me not to give me the order for no reason, I write this to whoever I can. Just went to this Chipotle w is new to my neighborhood. This was the first time I didn't see a line so, I dashed in. There was a group on a table eating and one guy ordering. I've must've dropped my mask on my way there but, the people that were there, weren't wearing any mask so, I thought I was good. When I reached the counter to placed my order, the young lady said I need to have a mask in order for her to take my order. I told her I don't have a mask and that I have proof of vaccination and I was going to dine in. She then said, the sign on the door say you need to have a mask. I said, ok but, the gentleman in front of you doesn't have a mask. At that point, the other Two coworkers jump is and repeated pointing at the sign at the door And the gentleman put on his mask when he saw how they reacted. I just walked out.
