Everything needs help. We ordered: A half steak half chicken bowl. $11.40 A Barbacoa burrito. $11.40 2 mexican cokes $6.90 1 order of chips and guacamole. $ 2.70 All for $41.24 I use to eat here at least once a week, but know live 45 miles away. My husband ( who had never eaten here, and won't again) said let's try that place you always talk about when we pass it. So we did. Problems: 1.Barbacoa, if your going to serve stewed meat, then call it that. This is far from Barbacoa. 2. No ice 3. No mexican rice 4. Chips beyond stale, ask for a different bag, it was the same. Clerk said they are all that way by this time of day due to bag and the bag just folded close. 5. Mexican cokes out of REFRIGERATOR should be rotated not loaded from front. One cold coke one that is not. 6. No beer. 7.only one person working the line, took almost 10 minutes to get service. We don't mind paying the MUCH HIGHER PRICE for food. The mgr is running this place to the ground. I see her inappropriate conversations all the time. I sat next to her last time while she was interviewing someone. Her humor was cheap and inappropriate. I felt so bad for the guy looking for a job. Today, I asked the cashier to please toss a sample cup in the trash. She looked at me and said no. Really? You are 2 feet away from the trash and u wont throw a little cup in the trash that is right behind you? Reason: she wasn't clocked in yet but she was standing at the register. I got the feeling the mgr and the cashier are lovers which explains the permissible attitude. So its either rude, racist, or ignorant... maybe all 3 I hope she loves her job. Stopped at this location after a softball tournament and was very disappointed. We walked in right when the place opened and the staff didn't greet us or tell us that they'll be with us for over 8 minutes. There were other customers that came in behind us and they were asking us if we knew what was going on. Finally we were greeted and we started to order just to find out that only chicken was available. They came out a minute later with the other meat options. Lastly, the cashier was extremely rude. At checkout we gave her the dollar amount and stated "I have the change, just a minute" and the cashier said I already cashed you out and we said here is the change and she said "oh I already put it in the system so..here is your change". She rolled her eyes and acted like we completely through her off or ruined her day. We then asked to purchase a drink because we weren't offered any options to purchase chips or a drink and she said "I already cashed you out" at that point we were like "okay, we want to buy a drink" and she said just forget it and give us a cup. Completely shocked by the behavior of the staff. The restaurant just opened, you would think that being in the morning, Sunday..not during rush hour that the staff would be pleasant. Normally love this location, however, it's been hit or miss lately here. Example of poor customer service today: Staff would not make a steak quesadilla. Stated we could not order one in the restaurant, and could only order a adult size quesadilla through the online ordering. My husband was so confused and asked how come since they have all of the stuff to make it right there. The person behind the counter didn't know and just said the only way to order an adult size quesadilla was online. Absolutely stupid! I LOVE Chipotle but this location is hit or miss. My fiancé and I came in the other day it seemed in between shifts which I get maybe a big to go order was going on but the wait time took WAY longer than usual. The staff seemed frustrated / overwhelmed. I went to get my drink and I told the staff member the Coke Zero was out in a nice way just giving him a heads up and he replied "I'm well aware ". Every single table in this establishment was filthy. We had 4 burritos and a kids plate, with 4 drinks and a water and some chips and queso. It was almost $90! I was more than frustrated after paying way too much for subpar food and then walking around the "restaurant" trying to find a clean table to sit. About halfway through eating my cold burrito, an employee started wiping down tables with a dirty wet rag! She wasn't even using any cleaner. Barf!!! Even my 6 year old said the queso was gross. POS system was down, that's fine, no problem. Informed to place order online, no problem. Placed the order, app said it was almost a 40min time before my order would be ready so I went to counter to ask if that was really the wait time since I was sitting in the restaurant as I placed the order. Was told "yes because they're working on a big favor order." No one is on the line serving and everyone is in the back working on 1 "big" order which is ridiculous to me! There were several others also waiting, you would think at least one employee would be left on the line to take care of the customers actually in the restaurant! Poor service, literally created an account just for this as I never complain about business' but this is crappy since I wasn't even informed of how long it would be before I even placed the order! read more
