Love it! Their online (app) ordering and pickup is seamless. They also have hand sanitizer available at the entrance. I'm a Chipotle fan and the (build your own) barbacoa bowl is my go-to. I'm selecting one star for one simple reason: I asked the sales associate at Chipotle if the brown rice was completely cooked. I asked her because I've gotten it raw several times in the past - at varying degrees of rawness. I wish I had learned my lesson and not gone back. She appeared to have a slight attitude problem. I also had them line up the several selections side-by-side in my bowl, just in case the rice wasn't completely cooked and it wouldn't be mixed with my beans, mild salsa, corn and beef. I did leave the bowl in my refrigerator overnight because I was planning on eating for lunch the following day. I never opened the lid. I want to point out that I know the difference between dried out rice from it sitting and RAW rice. Chipotle needs to learn how to cook their brown rice and sample it to make sure it is fully cooked!!!!!! I paid over $13 with tax! You are blacklisted, Chipotle! read more

This restaurant has the worst customer service, & it's not clean. Walked in and the tables & floors are all dirty. I picked up an online order and checked my bag when I got in the car. I noticed they forgot to put the chips in the bag so I went back inside to get the chips. I was the only customer at the counter & I was completely ignored while 2 employees were serving themselves drinks at the drink station. Then the employees come behind the counter (also actively drinking their sodas in front of me while behind the counter which is unsanitary) and barely acknowledged me. I was polite & let them know I just needed the chips from my order & one employee says "well I didn't make that order, don't look at me" I have given this location ANOTHER chance after previously finding 3 hairs in my burrito. How in gods name can you not be able to make a quesadilla unless I order one online. $80+ on an order and they told me I would have to order the quesadilla separately online... while standing in line... this place is trash. When I'm always in the area of Mobile I definitely have to drop by Chipotle and place a order due to no Chipotles in my area. I went ahead and ordered through the app since Its always fast and convenient. I went off and ordered the KETO bowl which comes with a bed of nicely chopped romaine lettuce, finely shredded pork carnitas, and a semi spicy salsa. The salad is topped with a decent amount of mozzarella shredded cheese and a heaping scoop of guacamole. About 10 minutes later I arrived to the restaurant and I saw a nicely brown bag all packaged up for me with my name on the bag. When settling in my car I opened up the nicely packed foil container with a personalized name and item description on it and snapped my pictures and dug in. Everything tasted great and the size of the portions were just right. The guacamole was outstanding with chunks of smashed up avocado and the carnitas gave it a nice kick with the salsa and the shredded mozarella complemented the dish very well. When this store opened initially, it was okay. As time has gone on, it has gone down, really badly. I drive from Gulfport, MS, about 10-15 minutes away. It's gotten to the point where I won't go back because they constantly run out of fajita vegetables, the side board where they make the orders STAY filthy, some of the servers are visibly selecting who they want to give a nice size portion of things and the restaurant stays dirty! There's no one there to clean the tables, sweep the floors or stock the utensils and napkins which is also always messy! For the cost of the food, it's turning into a travesty! I came from Virginia where Chipotle was a grand experience. True, they've started to fade a little up there as well, but nothing like this joke here in D'Iberville! I ALWAYS order the burrito in a bowl with the fajita vegetables! My favorite part is the fajita vegetables. I LOVE VEGETABLES!!! I decided on Saturday, 12/14/24, that I'd rather not take the ride over there then get there and have to hear them SAY, they're out. Once, a manager went to the fridge and pulled out a bag and had the guy cook them. The line STOPPED AND WAITED until the vegetables were ready! And I can't call and ask because the machine picks up. Until they can guarantee they'll KEEP VEGETABLES ON THE LINE, I'll not be going back. I love Chipotle but this D'Iberville, MS location is a disgrace to the franchise. I'll wait until I move to somewhere that does it right. I'll keep experimenting until I get yours just right at home! This location of Chipotle is consistently good. The staff has been there for awhile and is friendly. Hubby and I stop in about once a month for a bowl of deliciousness. I am a fan of the chicken over brown rice with black beans and other yummy things. The guacamole is always great! The chips are the only thing that can disappoint - sometimes they are soggy. They'll be happy to give you a new bag if that happens. The restaurant is very clean and plays an eclectic collection of music. I like that the seating includes purse hooks - very thoughtful for those who do not put bags on the floor or the table top! This is a great alternative to fast food. read more

I love chipotle. I go on vacation and will search for a Chipotle because I simply like it that much. This establishment however is different. It used to be great. Idk what happened but in the past couple years it has gone to complete and utter trash. The food is never good which is odd considering every other chipotle I've ate at the food taste is pretty consistent. The restaurant is dirty and most of all the employees are some of the meanest people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting in the service industry. I've worked at a chipotle and I know it's policy to not be on your phones but that is all these people do here on the clock and god forbid you ask them for help while they're on it. I have never been made to feel so unwelcomed in any establishment really. I don't usually leave reviews for places like Chipotle, but this location has been amazing since pandemic started. They increased their contactless delivery range, so I can get food delivered and feel completely safe. The employees are always wearing masks in the restaurant, and they have done a great job at social distancing the tables. And the food is wonderful, as always! read more

Not being from Mobile Alabama, I make it a point to come this way for Chipotle. OMG! I got the chicken bowl and it is amazing!

The staff at this restaurant is unbelievably untrained and extremely unprofessional in all aspects that they do. I had to wait five minutes standing at the register for three of their employees just to check me out with no one else in line. I have to repeat myself 2 to 3 times just to tell them what I want on my bowl. Maybe if the staff was not high they could listen to me the first time. The manager Michaela is extremely unprofessional as well and does not take care of customer needs. read more

I love chipotle, it's always a treat when I am in town. I've been to this location in Mobile at the intersection of Airport and Schillinger many times and have never encountered a problem until today 7/9/21. I was the only person in the restaurant and I stood at the counter for a few minutes while two employees behind the counter were talking amongst themselves. Finally a lady arrived and the employee not making chips ask to take her order and she politely informed him I was here first and had been waiting. After purchasing my food I made my way to the only clean table in the place. The dining room was empty but only one 4 top didn't have trash of some sort on it. During the course of my meal the young lady that was making chips kept breaking into outburst of yelling obscenities while she worked. This was horrible. Doubt I'll ever return. read more

Not sure where to start with Chipotle. There chips aren't that great. Their cheese dip looks like kraft singles got melted into a container and served, yuck! The rest of the food looks alright, but lacks flavor. No wonder people keep getting sick from their food. This location surely won't last long with Moe's across the street. BTW Moe's has served better ingredients from the beginning, Chipotle on the other hand started doing it only after receiving pressure to do so, and then made it out like it was their own idea. As for the company as whole, a little googling shows that they lack any of the values that most people around here do care about. I ate here today and while I was enjoying my steak burrito bowl, I looked down at a piece of the lettuce and noticed there was a small, off-white/brown colored worm moving around in my food. The manager was notified/shown and she was quick to refund our money but did not seem to know what the proper protocol was to handle such a situation. Not to mention at least 6 others were served from the same ingredients before she even pulled the lettuce alone! I asked her what she was going to do to make sure this didn't happen to anyone else in the meantime and she just said "they were trying to isolate the problem" and to "call them if I get sick in the next couple days." Normally I do not leave reviews on restaurants during the times given. However, I felt the need to do so today. First off, this is the first Chipotle that did NOT know how to make basic menu items. I asked the young mans several times for a particular bowl and he first looked at me as though I was crazy. The second time he looked around. The last time he was honest and told me he didn't have the "recipe" to create the bowl here at that location. Go further down the line, no guac. Get to the register to pay, we pull out cash. They tell us that it's card only. WHICH IS NO problem, however, there is NO CLEARLY visible sign. As we proceeded to pay I politely told them they should put one up where people could see and the cashier states, "it's down there" while pointing. I begin to look in the direction and as I'm looking for the sign the other worker asked me was there a problem. I just stared at her to keep confusion down at that point. She asks me several more times and the person I was with responded for me because at that point I was going to say unkind things in the establishment..
