2 Chicken tacos and a large drink, $16.00. Really?!! I guess they're now charging 2.75 for a teaspoon of guacamole. $5.50 extra! I was just in there a couple weeks ago and got 3 tacos and a drink for $13.00. I didn't even get the same amount of guacamole that comes as a side. I was the only one eating here last night at around 7pm and you'd have assumed it was closing time. They were inpatient, out of most things, and the meat was dry. I got a simple bowl of rice, steak, and corn. It was like pulling teeth, all they wanted to do was get me out of there. Had to ask twice for a receipt, and fork. Another under-filled meal with missing items. This is the third time. Apparently, they're using a scale instead of giving people what they pay for. Guess I'll try a different location now. Mixed review here as it was my second visit ever to a Chipotle and this was visit great but..... First time to this location, and it was really nicely laid out and the seating was really interesting with overhead lighting for each table. Since they had been only open for about 10 minutes, I did not have to wait in line and my order was taken efficiently on their build bar, also the employees were really friendly and worked together well. For the price you receive a lot of food, my burrito was filled to the max! However, the chicken was little dry, which is weird as it looked to be freshly prepared, but chicken can be finicky, but the salsas took up the slack and were pretty good. My order was for takeout and the burrito remained hot until I was able to eat it about 5 minutes later. It was so packed that I had to put it in a bowl, and that is a good thing as I really full after half of the burrito. About 30 minutes later I felt a not so good rumble in the belly, I am not sure if it was Chipotle related or maybe a touch of the flu going around, but you can use your imagination to finish this thought. I'll give it another shot and hopefully raise the star rating, but well into the future. However give it a try, and it might be the best thing ever for you! read more

I visited on a late evening around 8:45 pm. The posted hours are til 10:00 pm. Upon entry, I was advised that they were only taking online orders. I looked around, the store had plenty of employees and no reason to not take an order from a customer looking right at them. This is Foolishness in the most egregious way. Why are there 7 staff members standing f around not taking orders? There was no other explanation given. They were able to hand out plenty of attitude for free - as if I was the one in error. When I left the store there was a lady outside placing an online order. How dag gone crazy is that? There was no way I was supporting the foolishness by actually helping THEM with this bad managerial decision. If your internal computer is down, tell the customer and help them place an online order instead of doing what was done. Good gosh a little thought and managerial skill would have solved whatever problem was at hand. Clearly management needs some out of the box thought training. Qdoba up the street was open and took my order right away without any level of foolishness. read more

This place is going down in flames. Not personable at all. They have had a note on the door both tonight and last night that they were too short staffed and were doing online only. There are 5 people inside. I chose to go elsewhere last night. Tonight I went in to see how horrible my meat choices might be. Things didn't look so Burt this time. I placed my order and waited while they made it. This is at 9pm. No other orders on the shelf and not a car in the lot but me. I go in to pick it up and I go all the way past everything the register etc to get this and I walked by 3 employees and not one said a word. This is just sad. Went here a couple of times don't know why I went the second time I'll never go there again the food sucks and so do the staff. The staff were rude and were real number threes. Apparently that's what they call you when you can't tell the difference between the burnt beef or the burnt pork. I was greeted right when I walked in the door and my to go bowls were made extremely fast. Granted I went at 5 o'clock but I was very impressed with the customer service. The one thing I do have to comment on is the nasty overflowing trash can in front of their entrance. I'm not sure who's responsibility it is to empty it but as a customer who's coming to get food it looks absolutely disgusting when you see soda cans and half eaten food falling out of the trashcan because it's overflowing with garbage. I would like for anyone who works there or management to please empty that trashcan on a continual basis so that we can keep that area clean and your customers happy. read more

First off I have to say this place is clean and well maintained. That's a huge plus going in to eat anywhere. The staff were simply fantastic. They're very friendly and helpful in offering good suggestions like the Sofritas to add to my burrito, delicious. Plus you can drink a margarita with your meal if you want, score. The cashier is super friendly taking care of you only like a family restaurant can. They even clean up after you. This will be a place that I will go back to. read more

This is what you get for $7.50 at this location. Lucky to see past 8 bites. This is one of the only locations where they give extremely small portions that I know of. I would be shocked if their management doesn't have them count the pieces of chicken they give you. (Roughly about a quarter of the spoon they use). In order for you to get a normal portion of food you will have to ask for extra which will ring your bill over $11. This isn't the first time, but definitely the last time I will go to this location. Qdoba is across the street and gives 3x the amount of food for the same price. read more

Pretty good location. I recently got into chipotle and I like their chicken quesadilla. I went to other chipotle locations but for some reasons, this locations chicken taste more fresh and spicy. Maybe it just me. They have decent seating and they always welcome customers. They do have outdoor seating as well so that helps. Chipotle in general, they always seem to turn air condition so its nice and cool inside. Parking can be tough in lunch hour but its not too terrible. I would recommend to anyone this location. read more
