bro. i ordered a steak bowl witj white rice, lettuce, guacamole, salsa and corn salsa and black beans. and a side of chips. tell me why i see no chips, and when i start digging into my bowl, i get a sudden realization that there is zero protein (steak). i dont have the energy to make this up and shame chipotle because im a huge fan. so imagine how angry i am when i havent eaten and they messed up my bowl. realisticallly my bowl shouldve been 10 dollars because the protein made my bowl $16. im not happy. read more

Absolutely disgusted. I found a hair in my food a few weeks ago. Decided to give it another shot tonight and I find a dead fly inside my steak bowl. It was smooshed against a piece of lettuce. I already ate most of my meal so finding this, when I did made me sick. I hope I didn't just eat a whole bunch of dead bugs without realizing it. If I'm paying $18 for a steak bowl I shouldn't be finding dead insects in it. Apparently they have pretty low health standards or don't properly train staff, maybe both. read more

I visited this location on 6/11 at 4:30 pm. Wanted to purchase 4 meals. I am from Florida and have been to many chipotle in Florida, Georgia and Twnnessee. This by far was the dirtiest most disgusting chipotle I have ever been to. There was so much garbage and food on the restaurant floor and tables I was aghast. When I approached the order line I commented how dirty it was and the girl behind the counter laughed and the tall young man next to her asked me if I have ever been to the downtown Boston location. Why would that matter ? He acted as if this wasn't so bad. Who is managing this crew? The bins of food they serve from was gross. Slop all over the place . Food was all over the floor where they were walking and no food was ready . I walked away and then found out from my family this location has only been open 4 months. Shame on chipotle. If you can't fix this problem , you need to shut it down. Poorly managed. read more

Where do I begin? It is questionable if this restaurant meets food, health and safety requirements. Customer service is also abominable. Virtually every table had leftover food scraps on them. The same for the floor. There was no one tending to the counter to take orders. After waiting for a few minutes, one of the employees sitting at a table, finally got up and went behind the counter. I was floored that he was an employee. After disappearing for another couple of minutes, he returned to the counter to take the order. No explanation. No apology for the wait. This place is just getting better and better after settling into this new location. I went today and the man making the burritos was awesome. Not only was he friendly and so fun to talk to, but he masterfully made the burritos with a huge amount of all the rice, beans, meat and fillings. Aside from not dining here anymore...for all eternity, I'm actively thinking of ways I can close this place permanently, for the sake of my community and all of humankind. It's objectively terrible and has been since it opened last year. We're way past any learning curve in terms of being able to properly wrap a burrito, completely enclose it in a foil wrapper and put it in a to-go bag. It's so bad, it's almost certainly having a negative impact on my home value too. I gave one star, under duress, since I couldn't figure out how to give it zero stars. I've waited since the grand opening to let this location work out the kinks and get established, heard a few neighbors said it's okay now. So I went in with a couple hungry kids, 3pm middle of the week. When I walked in, three employees behind the counter, seating area was a mess, food on the floor and tables, bad first impression. Went up to order, girl was friendly and receptive. Soda and ice machine was out of order, no problem so we just picked some bottled drinks from the good selection. Many of The hot sauce bottles were empty, they should go thru them and restock. I also don't know why there was a puddle of water infront of the soda machine, yellow sign standing next to it. It's like the employees were waiting for one of them to give in and clean it up. Bathrooms also smelled like urine.... I can say the food was decent, avg chipotle. Medfield chipotle ,First just want everybody to know I've been in this country for 16 years. I never complain. I never did bad with you for nobody but I swear to God this place is the worst place , first it was for worker. Three of them was eaten at the same time one of them was service people and cash them out and order us was in the phone, speaking loud different language. Second I ordered my plate and I need the guacamole and they say we don't have a guacamole anyway I order plate and the orde bread with cheese, my bill was $26. I don't complain and I say it's fine not even three minutes later I was eating my food in the table over there. The other person come and he asked for guacamole and he bring guacamole. I'm can't believe this store even is allowed to have the franchise name. I've ordered here maybe seven times and it just never is right. I hoped it was just a learning curve and they would sort it out but nope. My daughter's cheese quesadilla hardly had any cheese at all. Even though this is a new Chipotle, it is a disaster. I mobile ordered to the pick up window, only for me to stand out in the cold for over 10 minutes. Although there were workers right by the window, they ignored me and continued talking while i pressed the doorbell. Every time I've mobile ordered here, the wait time was about 30 minutes. They aren't short staffed too, I see the workers in the back just talking, acting like the line isn't to the door. The owner should really address these problems soon, as the terrible reputation is starting to be passed around the town. read more
