Tonight was such a pleasant surprise when my brother & I stopped for a later take out dinner. Joe, who normally works at the Lincoln way location, was so incredibly helpful & provided some of the best service I've had in a long time! Everyone on the team working tonight created a friendly & welcoming ambiance even though we were coming in near the end of the night. The food was piping hot and artfully put together. Of the the workers tried to fight me in the parking lot because I asked him to close his car door so I could exit my vehicle. He was sitting there on break with his door half open and I had to shimmy out of my car and when I told him it was rude to make me to do that he got into my face and tried to fight. He then proceeded to go in to chipotle swearing out loud saying to not serve me. Luckily there was a police officer in there getting food. read more

The meal was fine. However, we were not advised that the restaurant was out of forks for dining in, until our order was placed and paid for. The young woman who placed our order to eat in then advised that they were out of forks and we would need to eat our burrito bowls "WITH A SPOON". If we had known that little tidbit, we would have ordered to go. Gave you 1 Star because the meal was fine, but much like eating soup with a fork, which they were completely out of . Whoever is in charge of ordering at this location, royally missed the customer service mark of excellence. We're not coming back anytime soon. read more

Good location. I've recently ordered the Chicken Salad a few times from here. Delicious and quick.

Walked in to order. Place is always clean but they have always been stingy with their food always having to ask for more and they get mad when ask for more. Another chipotle in area always gives a good portion of good never ask for extras. read more

This place is a hot mess! I ordered thru DoorDash for delivery only to have them cancel the order, so I ordered for pickup got there to pick it up an they say they don't have my order however it shows they received the order. I'm not sure what the deal is but this place sucks read more

Management needs to do something about online orders, there's no way you can keep allowing orders to come through when your stuff can't keep up, they have a 2 person station for online orders. Literally 15ppl waiting for orders. read more

This is my favorite Chipotle by far. The food is always good and the staff is very friendly. The staff always manages to give customers their food fast and long lines never last more than 5-7 minutes. 12/10 recommend read more

This chipotle location has been disappointing me recently. There is a server that does not fill up bowls above half way. This is very irritating and I should stop spending my money, if bowls amounts are going to be different each time. read more

Couple of problems lead to this sweet 1 star rating. 1. Went in today ordered 2 bowls to go. Smiles were a flowing on my side and his. We were off to a great start. We get to the rice I ask for more for both bowls. He seems still chill. Move onto the beans. They are running low. I ask for more because it was barely a spoonful. He's annoyed now. He says "I can't there isn't anymore." Ok how is there not a backup of black beans. Whatever I move on and continue with my order. Here we go second section. He's got a sweet annoyed attitude happening now. I say I want tomato salsa. He asks what else but not before saying" and one bowl at a time." okay whatever you want dude. After this point I felt like I would have been yelled at for asking for stuff on my bowl. I ask for the guacamole on the side. He's clearly shooting daggers at me with his stare. He slides my food to the cashier. He goes on to the other customers and I mention that I didn't get my guacamole. He hates me now. We are never going to be friends at this point and I am so sad about this. Shawn, I hope you read this and you have a chance to make things better. 2. While my bowl is being assaulted by Shawn and his man hands, Veronica is asking if I wanted chips. She was smiling but I could tell she was embarrassed about Shawns behavior. Do I want salsa she says, nope I say. I show my coupon and she loads up my bag. I'm not paying much attention because it's pretty much a cake wake at this point of the transaction. She apologized for Shawns behavior saying it's been a long day... It's only 2:29pm....They've only been open 3.5 hours so how long could those 3.5 hours have been. I shake my head and say I understand because I've been there before. I get home and sit down to eat my meal of God's when I see something is missing. My chips. Okay well maybe she didn't ring them up. Check receipt and there they are in their beautiful black font $1.30. Sigh. I'm too tired to go back for the chips that were owed to me. I'm tired of calling places back for things that are owed to me. I'm still waiting to get my cookies from Panera Bread. Too much drama. 3. I ordered from this fine location on the app. What a smooth transaction. I was surprised how easy and simple it was. I ordered a bowl with guacamole on the side. Get my order. Notice that the guacamole is missing. I already home at this point so I'm like whatever. Open my bowl and there on the side of the bowl is the guacamole. I have never seen someone take order and put it really on the side of the food. Lol. That have me a laugh but made me wonder how dumb can a person be. Thanks for the fun times Chipotle! read more

Just ordered Door dash. The Guac, queso, and chip were the only things that we were able to eat. The rice in the burrito and 2 bowl was so off putting my son wouldn't even eat it. The rice was so underdone it was crunchy. Also my burrito was supposed to have rice chicken and cheese and they added sour cream. How do u screw up a burrito with 3 things on it. Fast, friendly staff with generous portions. Restaurant is nice and clean. Parking can be challenging when busy. But you can park in Smoke the Burger's lot because no one goes there. read more

Slowest chipotle ever waited in line 10 minutes and didn't move but 5 feet. Went next-door and ate at Jimmy John's.

The staff here are very friendly and the service is fast. I rarely have a very lpng wait and I eat there very regularly.

Nasty! Apparently you need to know what and how to order. Didn't like standing in line for a half hour to be disappointed

You don't expect much from a chain restaurant but this is the worst chipotle location in the area. I've been there twice now and each time, when I get home, I have the wrong order (don't know how that happens when I watch it being made) and the quality of food just isn't there. No lime salt on the chips, ask for things on the side and the workers put them on the product, ask for 3 small tortillas and get one large one. Then of course somehow the wrong bowl getting put in my bag TWICE now in the 5 seconds it takes me to walk to the register and pay. I shouldn't have to babysit my food all the way down the line. I also shouldn't have to repeat my order 15 times while the workers just stare at me in confusion - I promise asking for both beans and both rices is not an uncommon request at chipotle so they should learn what it means. Also, if they get in a faxed / online order that is 10 separate items and they have 3 in store customers standing in front of them - they should probably deal with the people IN FRONT OF THEM instead of telling them to wait and then proceeding to make a couple dozen orders that came in. Definitely just go to the Belden area. read more
