Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chipotle Cedar Bluff - Mexican Near Me - Knoxville, Tennessee

Indian Lake -Food quality was not as good as it was several years ago. Steak Salad had tiny overcooked squares of meat n fat, portion seemed smaller. Guac on top was tasty. Small amount of fresh cilantro. Lettuce was fresh. Used to have larger pieces of steak n could request 'more rare' pieces n get them! I can't comment on Service or Ambiance. I would try a different location and see if quality any better. I would eat here again , but it wouldn't be something I craved as in years past. read more

I'm SO FR I DOWNLOADED THIS APP JUST TO WRITE THIS REVIEW. The portion size I got for my online order from here is DIABOLICAL. This location always does this and I'm literally never coming back. DO NOT eat here if you actually want proper portions. I never write reviews but it's THAT BAD HERE. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mexican Near Me - Knoxville, Tennessee

I ordered online and when I opened my bowl the food doesn't even reach the rim of the bowl. It is about an inch below. I ordered double chicken and paid for it. There is less than one spoon full of chicken in my bowl. Also the restaurant is disgusting, the trash is over flowing while employees are just standing around like they can't see trash sitting in the ground next to the can because it is so full. On the app it asks for a tip which I did not include since this is not a sit down restaurant and tips are not expected. I believe that because I did not tip they chose to give me less then what I had paid for. This has happened before where I tipped a small amount (around a dollar fifty) and my bowl was barely filled with food. As a reminder most of these employees are making well over the hourly minimum wage for Tennessee almost double in some cases. read more

Awful serving sizes every time I go just once I'd wish they would give me serving when I go elsewhere

Went to Chipotle on Broadway. First off, place was dirty! Trash on the floor, mostly behind counter. Dirty front doors! No trash can on patio. Had to go inside to throw our trash away. They forgot the onions and peppers in both our bowls. They've definitely downsized portions of every ingredient. Used a BOGO, so it didn't hurt as much as paying full price. It will be a long time before we return to Chipotle, especially the Broadway location in Fountain City. read more

This is MESSED UP. Payed full price for a burrito with chicken and thought it was gonna be normal sized. INSTEAD i got this square sized burrito that is barely even half the size of a regular. i want my money back that should be half off. read more

Another awesome Chipotle! I love their serving sizes (huge) and they make sure to put a lot of meat on there. It can be a little expensive when you start adding on stuff but considering it is enough for a full day's meal (and you shouldn't be going out everyday to eat haha) I think it's a pretty good deal. Glad to know there's another place I can stop by when I'm driving and a hungry hungry hippo. read more

This location is just on the outskirts of University of Tennessee. Very busy location with lots of students. Staff is super nice and was keeping up with the crowd in the line very well. Great place to study. Very clean. Parking can be a little difficult but it is available in nearby lots. Highly recommend this location. read more

Not impressed with this Chipotle. We came pretty late so they were out of a lot of stuff, which is fine and totally understandable. What annoyed me is that they still charged me extra for queso in my veggie burrito bowl, despite the fact that they were out of both the fajita vegetables and guacamole so I just got beans. Really?!! read more

My food is always skimpy and thrown together when I get it to go. Picked up my food only a few minutes after my order was placed and my bowl literally looked like it had been shaken up. Rushed, All thrown together. Terrible portions. I could see the bottom of the bowl. Still had an hour before closing. No excuse. read more

Showed up at 9:17 (This location closes at 10pm). Asked for the usual, double white rice, no beans, double steak. I looked down at the steak and it looked incredibly dry AND there seemed to be only a half serving. I ask "Oh could i get some fresh steak please?". The lady turns around checks one grey container and says "oh we don't have any." I then do the polite thing and say "oh that's fine i'll wait until you all make some fresh steak"..... she proceeds to tell me they won't make any more steak for the night... WHAT THE HELL??? ITS 9:19 PM?!?!? What restaurant stops serving a top selling meat 43 minutes before close??????? Terrible. Absolutely Terrible. Pitiful and Unacceptable. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - My opinion on this restaurant. - Mexican Near Me - Knoxville, Tennessee

Generally this place can be good but most the time they skip on portion servings and regularly run out of options and do not properly prep to refill. Consistently they run out of steak and cook more chicken than is required rather then refilling steak. I have had several time I was to add steak to my bowl but a preorder would come and take all the steak from the line. read more

Like how are you only going to have chips for online order. the atmosphere was rough and the workers ganged against me and friends. all of the food was not good. i do not recommend the location. if your going to make me pay for food then you might as well give me the food that is clearly in the restaurant. The food was definitely the best I've had in a long time! Went in around noon and the place was pretty busy. But the line went by pretty fast, they had plenty of people working on the line. The prices are a bit cheaper than the location I used to work at in turkey creek, but 9 bucks for just a chicken and queso bowl is still a little much. Only other issue is the lack of parking read more

Very sad, 1/2 problem is current employee situation , high turnover and new, poorly trained employees and management stressed out. Inflation driving food prices and labor your stuck- what you have to charge your product has to be perfect, we paid over $35 for two ppl. The quality was poor, product on line was dried out, the staff wax stressed and not ready for the Sun rush. I did not want to bother stressed manager but will not be back I'm a Chipotle lover but the price is not with the risk read more

This is the closest Chipotle to my house. Parking can be a pain, as it's located in the UT / Fort Sanders area. I ordered two chicken burritos with the works, and also chips and salsa. When I asked for additional salsa, the employee or manager - I'm not sure which, gave me a very hard time about it, and refused to give me more than the two ounce plastic cup that Chipotle gives you. I just paid $16.00 for two burritos and you can't give me a little extra salsa? Very strange. Fortunately, after I paid one of the other employees - a very nice young lady, gave two extra salsas. But what is this other lady trying to prove? I think it's that typical issue where you put a little person into a somewhat position of authority, and they abuse it. I probably won't go to this location again because of this insecure woman who didn't get asked to the prom in high school. read more

Chipotle. How do I love thee? Let me count the ways. Is it your unending food combinations? Or the amazing flavors you produce? If I could put this a zero star I would. Chipotle Mexican Grill - Slow nite - Mexican Near Me - Knoxville, Tennessee

Overall okay- never have fajita veggies. The staff that works the register is always rude but other than that normally efficient.

Slow, rude, and sub par service. One person on the line making meals at a snails pace with a line out the door. If you order online, get ready for the smallest portion you've ever seen. You become a part time employee of this chipotle every time you come in, because you have to supervise these kids to make sure you get a fair portion for the ridiculous amount of money you pay. This place has gone to hell. read more

Me and my coworker wanted quesadillas for lunch so I went over to order them for us. When i got to the front of the line the employee told me who couldn't make it for me so I had to order a burrito. i had to re-wait in line to order what my coworker wanted since they couldn't make her quesadilla. This is a pretty solid Chipotle store. It's located in the heart of the downtown/UT area - so parking is near impossible. Once again I drive outta my way to enjoy the best burrito on the planet. I live 20 minutes away, but cannot resist driving at least once a week to Chipotle. The chicken, cilantro lime rice, fajita veggies, black beans, sour cream, guacamole and salsa decadence in a bowl last night was it for me. Then I usually smoother it with tons of smoked Tabasco sauce to light it up a notch. I highly recommend this place. Sometimes you may catch them with a huge line but it's so worth the wait. 10 stars! read more

This is solely based on service. Tennessee chipotles employees are really cheap. Asked for just a little more chicken and got turned down. "Sorry I can't give you anymore. If you want more, pay $3 for it." I'd bet you wouldn't say that if your friends were on the other end. In fact, you'll probably give your friends extra food even if they don't ask for it (I've seen it countless times). This is the third time in Tennessee I've been turned down when asking for a little more meat (Memphis, Nashville to Knoxville). Been to chipotles all over the states, never once had I been turned down. Don't get me wrong...I love chipotle but the portion control they use really depend on the person getting your food and when I see that they give me too little than what I usually get I would simply ask for JUST a little more. It's not like I'm asking for one full scoop but just a couple more chicken. But this is just down right straight to "NO." What a cheap people. Thanks all the chipotles employees in Tennessee for such an exceptional service. I'll be avoiding any business at chipotles in Tennessee from now on. read more

***DO NOT ORDER FOOD FOR DELIVERY*** I can not stress this enough... Where to begin? I have been extremely disappointed in my experience with this Chipotle location recently. I have ordered twice from them now and both times my food was never delivered. I work at a fast paced clinic where I am not able to just take a break at any time I want so unfortunately I didn't eat today... The first time I ordered, a few months back, I went through their website. I was actually ordering food for myself and my boss and the total came to about $21. Naturally, we wanted to pay separately, but order on the same ticket so as to save the delivery guy and unnecessary trip. The online website does NOT allow you to split your tickets so I had to put hers on mine. To make matters worse, we waited for about an hour (with no contact to follow up) before we decided "ok, the food isn't coming." I called Chipotle and they said that I could come in to their store to eat for free to make up for the inconvenience. I never did because, if you work anywhere close to Cumberland, you know you don't want to get caught up in that mess. Plus, I want a refund!! The second time we ordered was also through the website. Again, I was inconvenienced because my coworker also wanted food but we could not combine tickets online so we ordered separate. My card ran fine, they asked for an address and phone # and I sat back willing to give this another try. What happened? Nothing. No call to my phone to inform of any problems, no follow ups, nothing. Frustrated to no end, I called Chipotle and spoke with Ashley and Blue and they were both very helpful and offered to have me compensated for my inconvenience. Still, I have to go INTO the store which is extremely frustrating seeing as this was all done online and should be able to be refunded straight to my card. I realize the third party delivery service might have something to do with why it can not be quickly refunded, but Chipotle seriously needs to start going through a different delivery service!! And for goodness sakes change your website! It's not user friendly and why in the world can't you split a check?? Chipotle now owes me about $32 (not including tax) for both orders that I did not receive!! Very, very unsatisfied. I am only giving the one star because I do feel Ashley and Blue were very professional and did all they knew to do. It's the higher ups that need to deal with this crap! read more

This is not Taco Bell I'm always cautions when it comes to Mexican chain restaurants. Normally, when it comes to a first-class Mexican restaurant you rely on a fine mom and pop restaurant; the one that has developed a reputation of absolute goodness. But Chipotle's burritos are delicious. Granted, the way the burritos are made at Chipotle are by no means the types of burritos we Mexicans are accustomed to eating. Chipotle nonetheless, offers the non-native taste developer an American version of Mexican burritos. Correction, it offers the non-native a true representation of how Mexican ingredients could be developed into a bigger and meaner burrito. According to Chipotle they support local farmers and try to use meats from animals that have not been raised on antibiotics or added hormones. The vegetables are also home grow. Supporting local business is always a big plus! In short, the tortilla accompanied by your selection of several meats along with frijoles, rice, selection of salsas, queso, guacamole (better known as guac), crema agria, and lechuga, makes for one pound of heartiness. So if you're craving Mexican, and are not familiar with Mexican dishes then eating something more mainstream like Chipotles burritos, will not only fulfill that craving but will have you coming back for more. -Chida read more

Different Chipolte's in Knoxville taste like completely different restaurants compared to this one on Cumberland. While I have had positive experiences at this location, I have had to start driving out of the way to different Chipolte locations that are not on Cumberland Ave. This was after several, several negative experiences primarily involving cold ingredients and to-go orders not being ready until upwards of 25 minutes after the promised time. This location very clearly is a college restaurant that is not interested in performing well, as it will undoubtedly get business regardless. I definitely understand and no hate whatsoever! read more
