Chipotle presents itself as a 5-star experience, but this location deserves to be rated below even one star. This is our closest location, so the multiple poor experiences we have encountered are detailed below.... 1. This location is consistently out of fresh food. Even the most basic, like black beans or their rice is consistently out or scorched to the pan. 2. The location is consistently in poor condition- drink machine and counters are dirty. Not just messy - dirty. And not at closing or some off time either, this has always been during prime time hours. This has been encountered even when groups of their employees are congregated in the outside patio area, which brings me to the next point.... 3. The staff themselves are inconsiderate. There is limited parking in front and we have consistently seen employees in their cars and parking in the couple of front spots instead of in the back lot. When the handicapped spaces are full, it leaves this location very inaccessible to those with low mobility. 4. They refuse to accept Chipotle coupons that at least two other locations said were valid. Yesterday, we asked another location about the coupon earlier in the day and when we went to use it at this location (so the food would be warm when we got home), they again refused to accept it - even the manager... 5. This manager needs to be at the least retrained and ideally moved to another location as she has let this one devolve so completely. She is rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. We have been barked at, argued with and treated so poorly that it has led us to leave this review. Given their 2.9 star average at this location, it is doubtful the local management will resolve these issues. Our hope is that Corporate can get involved as we used to be near-weekly customers and consumers of Chipotle. Otherwise, if you are looking for better service or conditions in this area, you would be better suited to go to Chick Fil A or even the McDonalds across the street. read more

Honestly I'm not one to write a bad reviews but this place should be ashamed. I came here once before and paid close to $60 for two dang burritos and then I went back today to try it out again give them a chance and they said we have to order online to order a quesadilla! This is a franchise I don't understand why only this chipotle has special rules. This is insane. They should be ashamed read more

If you were at this store on 09/07 and got chicken, know you probably have salmonella. Worst experience I've ever had and I've not only worked in the restaurant industry, I own and operate three very successful restaurants in the Atlanta area. My first time here it took twenty minutes to get a salad, there was one person in front of me. That concern aside, the food was great so I made the mistake the return. When entering today I was next in line only to be told that they were completely out of chicken because the inspector had just left and no chicken was thrown. As I was already there I took Lorena's offer to wait the twenty minutes for chicken. After thirty three minutes, chicken was ready. Though I was sitting there and stated I was waiting on chicken to them, they allowed three others to go ahead of me and get chicken. Rude, but no big deal. When it was finally my turn I let the boy with glasses know I wanted a salad. He rolled his eyes and went to the drive through line to get lettuce. Also rude. I let him know I wanted chicken and as his scooping it I see that MULTIPLE pieces were raw. I said "that's raw". He then proceeded to pull out the raw pieces as if that makes it safe to eat from my bowl. I told him absolutely not and left. When getting into my car I realized as an owner I'd want to know about that and got in the drive through line. I asked to speak to a manager to which I was told by Lorena, manager that she's too busy as she has a catering order. I waited ten minutes as I thought about the elderly man behind me in line. After ten minutes a young boy comes to the window to tell me Lorena can't talk to me because she's too busy. I let him know the situation, to which he closes the window and relays it to Lorena. She says in Spanish, "well what does she want me to do?". He offers to remake the bowl. I said absolutely not but as a safety concern they should be aware and speak to the boy serving. He said "ok" and closed the window. Never in my 15+ in the industry have I been treated so poorly. Lorena is about as incompetent as she is disrespectful and classless. She should know better as a manager how to handle those situations given I waited over thirty minutes and another ten to warn her about the chicken. Those children should have better training and managers. I hope the salmonella given to the three people ahead of me comes back on the company. Shameful and embarrassing. read more

Awful I mean awful $19 for a bowl. The lady didn't even give me more than 10 pieces of chicken. I asked for extra chicken and it's an extra five dollars this place is nothing but a money grab I do not recommend you come here. There's a Kroger down the street. You should just go there get the ingredients and make 10 of these chipotle bowls read more

Literally everything could improve; -Workers don't speak english (Not even a major problem but a noticeable one) -All the american (White AND Black) workers magically disappeared -VERY stingy with portions -Food is rarely fresh, tastes and feels like leftovers Not sure if they underwent new management but I used to visit this location WEEKLY and now barely eat chipotle because of them read more

Chipotle is a great concept, and I can see why so many people love it. The bowls are good, and the ingredients feel fresh, but personally, after trying the location by my house I can say I'm not a huge fan. One thing that holds me back is the limited menu--while the simplicity works for some, I'd love to see more variety, like what Willy's offers. Went to this location 2 hours before closing time and it looked as if they were ready to clean and go. There was actually a mop by the door and some of the bins appeared pretty empty. Not so inviting to a new customer. read more

I frequently order pickup from Chipotle, but this time, my bowl was literally 1/4 the size of the normal portion the put in their bowls. Of the little meat I got in their half was either fat or gristle which was just inedible. The only reason I gave it one star was bc there was no option to give either zero stars or a negative rating. read more

Just dont/ tacos marginal and the grilled veggies were over salted/ chicken was ok / tables always dirty at this location

Worst Chipotle ever. Tacos were already cold when I picked them up, and they left the chips off my $8 large guac and chips order. No way to call or contact this store - the contact number takes you into an endless loop of demanding an order. No live human will answer the phone. There are plenty of local Mexican restaurants around that provide decent food and service. I don't know why I bothered with chipotle. read more

I asked for a little guac and a little sour cream and he drenched my burrito in it and now I can't even eat it. Also, you should learn how to wrap a burrito properly so it doesn't fall apart. read more

Great new location, I love any time they open up a new one, because the food is always outstanding, I hope that it remains great!

The thing about Chipotle is that I absolutely love the food BUT cannot stand the service. Sometimes the "juice is not worth the squeeze," as the saying goes. I had a taste for a steak bowl today and though I was not in a mood to deal with Chipotle Karens, I went anyway, forging ahead...LOL However, I decided to not visit the one closest to me, I went a little further away. This location is new, at least to me and WOW, what a difference!! 1) Clean 2) Expedient but not rushed  3) Friendly and Motivated Crew 4) Everything was prepared perfectly not sloppily  Now, if you eat at Chipotle enough, you know what I am talking about and they are hard to get. This location did EVERYTHING right. "Lorena," I think that is her name, was what I call "game-tight." She prepared my bowls perfectly, with a smile and got me out of there quickly. You gotta live that! This just might be my new Chipotle location moving forward. read more

I just picked up an order of carne asada, billed as the latest and greatest. It was as tough as shoe leather. I didn't know it was possible to cook meat that long! read more

Worst Chipotle. Poor food quality and food temperature. Wanted this place to be good since it's close to home. How do mess up the chips? Seriously. Tried it several times wanting to like it. I'm done. Never eat here! read more

This location really needs to work out it's kinks. We were so excited when it opened but every time we've gone it's been a nightmare. The lines are long, they are constantly running out of chips, the floor is disgusting and the crew seems totally frazzled, disorganized and lost. I think maybe once so far they've actually gotten our order right. It's been a several weeks since they opened and I had hoped things would improve but not yet. Tonight, they were out of chips yet again... seriously, how does that happen???? read more

As many other reviewers did, I visited multiple times. Tables are not cleaned off. There are no forks in the utensil bin, no napkins, trash is overflowing. If it's that dirty outside, what does back of house, kitchen look like. Who is the owner of this place?? Clearly not present! read more

This chipotle is awesome! They load you up with food. And are always fast! Definitely my favorite I've been to!

The quality here has dropped tremendously. The dude who made my burrito put the foil along with the tortilla on the heat press LOL WORST BURRITO IVE EVER HAD AT CHIPOTLE read more

Worker named Alan the Goat gave me a warm welcome and a very nice tone of voice it was amazing seeing such a dedicated employe

Tried this new location three times now. Servers are uninterested, portions small...OUT of certain condiments and toppings (brown lettuce? no thanks). One of the three times I didn't even order and left, chicken looked like it had been sitting for hours...when I asked when it was made the server just shrugged. Was so excited to have a Chipotle this close to home, but it's been a disappointment. Perhaps in time they will get their act together. read more

So far I have been to this chipotle about 5 times and 1 of the times I couldn't even order anything because their system was down. Every time I have gone the five you terrible portions compared to others. This past time I went the lady didn't even fill the bottom with rice, I asked for double chicken and she did a good first scoop and the second she shook a bunch of it off. Overall with all mains and sides they don't give you as much food. read more

This new chipotle just opened about a month ago. Portions were small when opening. But good now!
