Decided to try this taco place since we were in the area. Portions were big, considering the price you're paying. They forgot a taco, but they made it really quickly in the kitchen. The wall paintings seem really weird, but i didn't seem to mind that.

It doesn't get more authentic than this. I'm actually shocked that we have a place like this in the area. Everything I've tried has been outstanding, with the exception of the Chicharron, which is super tough and not as good as other places. High marks for the carnitas tacos, they are tender and delicious. There is a great salsa bar, but if you're looking for mild salsa look elsewhere, everything is spicy. Overall a very laid back place with great prices and friendly service. Tacos rarely get better than this. Pro tip: Tacos come with meat only, so if you want even onions and cilantro, you must ask for it.

Taco Macho recently opened on Jones Bridge Rd and has the look of a chain restaurant (in fact, there are multiple locations), but the food here is extremely authentic and delicious. The Asada tacos, Barbacoa tacos, and Carne Asada plate are incredible and the salsa bar is amazing as well. It's odd that they didn't have prices on the menu yet, but the tacos are in the $3-$4 range and the plates are $10+, so it's fairly reasonable. There is plenty of seating on the inside if you want to enjoy it right there, which is what I did. I'll be a regular here for sure. So good.

Every Tuesday should definitely be a holiday!!! In that case, Taco Tuesday would be my favorite holiday...and I rang in the holiday @taco_machoo ! The tacos are absolutely delicious just like abuela used to make! The Cameron (shrimp)tacos son mí favorita! I made it in just before they were closing for the evening, but they made my tacos just as fresh as if I was their first customer of the day! Colorful hole in the wall place. Chill spot. Super Yummy Taquitos. Current go to get taquitos. They call them tacos dorados. Authentic tasting. Good chicken quality yummy sauce. That's all iv'e tried so far. They have great priced tacos and most things are decent price. They have a sauce bar that's great.

Great food and awesome salsa bar! Top choice for tacos in the area! I prefer the steak and chorizo tacos, but everything is great!

Our take out order wasn't, what I ordered nothing was right about our order. It was like it was put together in a hurry!

This is actually one of the few places that I actually felt improved in recent years which is the opposite of what you usually tend to see over time. One big plus is that their hours are longer and they are open for more days than they used to be (they used to be closed 2-3 days of the week for reference). If there is a downside compared to older years, I'd say the service has declined slightly and staff can be a little unattentive at times, but still wouldn't say that it's bad. Good amount of seating both indoors and outdoors. They will always bring you a basket of chips and salsa to start with. And unlike most other places, they are actually GOOD quality and they give you a sizeable portion to start so you're not constantly asking for chip refills. And they have no issues giving those to you as well. Menu is on the smaller side, but you can't go wrong with one of their tacos. Tried a few and have yet to have a bad experience. A few years back I occasionally had some issues with the tacos being burnt but haven't this happen again in recent visits. One thing I also really like is the rice and beans they give you with the tacos. While that may be a standard for any mexican joint, the rice has a bit of cheese mixed into it and is done very well. Perfect to add into any taco or enjoy on its own. The drinks are pretty on-point as well. Although the tacos may not look that big on initial glance they will definitely fill you up especially if you opt for their sour cream and guac, which were both done very well. Overall, this is probably my favorite spot for Mexican in the area, and I'll keep coming back every time I visit GA.

We came back today and I tried a chimichanga supreme. I ordered what was listed as shredded beef, but as you can see, it's more of a ground beef. I don't care at all because it's delicious! It came with rice, but I gave that to my son because I don't eat the rice and he loves it. He ordered the chimichanga de Carnita and said that the meat was pretty dry and bland by itself, so not as happy as he usually is. The salsa was just as good today as it was before and the food comes out quickly. The service is good, but since you don't get a physical menu and have to scan the barcode and scroll through your phone to look at the menu, they keep coming back too quickly to see if you're ready to order without giving you much of a chance to look to see what's available. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated, I personally think the music is a little too loud to hold a conversation because everyone around you is trying to compensate and talk louder.

My husband and son were thrilled with their food (taco Al carbon and enchilada de espincaca) mine was less thrilling. Nothing wrong with it, just kind of bland. There it is like every corner has a good place... here in Alpharetta/roswell... it is spotty. This is a hidden spot... hidden in plain view but hidden all the same. I must have been past it a dozen times but had never noticed it. The ambiance was nice but simple. It is not 5 star dining... but it is not run down worry what you're getting either. It is a descent place. The service was good... it wasn't busy here... so I think we got a lot of focus for sure. The menu is extensive. Lots of dishes to choose from. My wife always orders the guac when we go to Mexican. I get the queso... I can't stand guac. I mean just look at it... I swear I have too many kids and changed too many diapers to eat anything that looks like this! Anyway once past the aps we got to our meals and I was pleasantly surprise. My boys liked it, I liked it, and my wife liked it! Eureka... a Mexican place that we all enjoyed and it wasn't out of this world expensive! I recommend stopping in and trying a thing or two.. you'll be glad you did!
