What an absolute disappointment! We did a pick up and both bowls were ridiculously out together- zero pride in their work. Charge me double chicken and I got barely a scope of it. Charge for guacamole and it's barely any! Like have some pride in the food order! If you're going to charge me extra for everything then at least give me a good amount. What a disaster this place is! read more

There is barely any parking because of all the nearby businesses, so you must park in the back and walk way around in the heat. A Chipotle door in the back will taunt you, but don't get excited; she locked. Next, go inside and if you ordered ahead, your order will not be waiting on the shelf, even if it's been a while. You must ask for it for some reason. Now sit at a dirty tiny table and realize the burrito is like 90% rice and the cilantro sauce for which you paid $1 extra seems absent. Where are the beans? Where are the sofritas? Note that the other location is rated only 1 star so this is the better Hutto location. Vow to never return! read more

Got food poisoning from a Sofritas bowl a couple months ago. And it was the biggest bowl I've ever seen them make. Was throwing up for at least a week. I was a diehard Chipotle fan until then, not anymore. read more

I should've read the reviews first. I ordered a burrito online and it was lack luster. The steak was grisly and nothing was warm. I also ordered chips and salsa and got stale chips and no salsa. Huge miss! read more

Food was terrible. Soggy burrito, service was rude. Usually good here but I couldn't even finish my burrito.

Should have read the reviews!! Never expected this! Love Chipotle. In South Carolina. Visiting here in Hutto and decided to satisfy my hunger! Grumpy manager to begin with! Ordered my chicken Burrito, chips and salsa. Chips were stale, salsa ok, cold Burrito. Sad. read more

Horrible management at this location! I love Chipotle, but this location has been consistently awful. My daughter and I visited on the day they were offering a buy-one-get-one-free promotion. When we arrived, they were out of steak, but we said we were willing to wait. They also told us they were out of brown rice and would not be making more--even though it was only 6:00 PM. They said they were only serving white rice for the rest of the night. My daughter has an allergy to white rice, and I explained this to the staff, but they showed no concern. I asked if they could get brown rice from the "to-go" side, and they refused. They told me the only way to get brown rice was to place an online order. I explained that ordering online would mean missing out on the promotion, and the employee had no response. I asked how to make a complaint, and they told me to call the management number. I've called for three days, and the line is always busy. No one ever answers. This is not the first bad experience I've had here. Another time, I tried to order a quesadilla online (since that's the only way to order one), but the online system was down. I went inside to explain, and they acknowledged the website issue--but still refused to make a quesadilla for my son because "it can only be ordered online." This location has terrible communication, no concern for allergies, and management that is completely unreachable. Very disappointing. I don't recommend this Hutto location read more

Everytime I order online they mess it up!!! Yesterday my sister ordered 4 chipotle bowls n gave her 1 vinaigrette sauce.. she asked for 3 more and they told her she had to come inside to get it. My sister declined to go inside and sat in the line telling them how that doesn't make sense if she placed an online order then they called the police on her for something so small that could have been handled in a professional manner. If u have four bowls and a customer ask for 4 Vinegarette sauces it should not be a problem to give it to them online order or not. read more

This is without a doubt the worst Chipotle possible. I used to go nearly every day because I live close, and constantly put up with one thing after another. It's astounding how often things go wrong here. Corporate needs to come in and fix this store. It is shameful. read more

I just love Chipotle's! When they came to Cedar Park, it was such a gift for our family to pick up a near to home cooked meal after soccer, band or whatever activity we had. If I have to do fast food, it's Chipotle's, for sure! read more

Every experience I've had with this location has been wonderful. The customer service is great, they make my order exactly how I want, and this time they every wrapped the tortillas in the cutest little pepper shapes. read more

With everything going on, we all accept shortages in supplies, work staff, and reduced hours. That being said, I have to say, what the heck! Items advertised are unavailable, the staff could care less if you are here or not, and the dining room is a disaster. I had a rice bowl with all the veggies, and the food was still good, so I gave it 3, not two stars. read more

I don't want to jinx myself but I went in today and they had every item I needed, they were fully staffed, portions were good, and the food was tasty. There was someone there that seemed to be guiding it all along so maybe it's new management? Who knows, but please keep it going, Is... this the beginning of good things at Chipotle Hutto? I hope so! Wow!!! A mobile order drive thru for pickup? Yyyyaaasss. I am all about convenience and this was awesome. We came here to Chipotle and I knew for sure with a fussy toddler there was no way I was getting out of the car. I placed my order in the mobile app. You have two options to pick up. Either park in one of the pickup parking spots and walk Inside to get it or drive in the drive thru. I opted for the drive thru. It didn't take long at all to pick up my order. I ordered the lifestyle salad bowl (Whole 30). I always want something spicy so I added the red chili salsa. Yummy. The food was fresh and my belly was happy. This could be dangerous offering such a convenient and easy way to get your Chipotle fix. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Order: Steak/barbacoa, brown rice, black beans, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce - Fast Food Near Me - Hutto, Texas

Seriously will not go here ever again. Our burritos were cold. They didn't hear the tortillas before making them. They can't roll a burrito to save their life. Also, new policy that you can only get a one vinaigrette per entree even if you are willing to pay for the extras. Then the ones they do give you have about a tablespoon of vinaigrette each. The people when asked about the policy were also rude to my husband. Will definitely go elsewhere and I can see why this location is rated so low. But seems to be the norm in Hutto with these fast food chains. read more

Service was not nice, very pushy and everyone seemed like they were not happy being there. I won't be going back.

I absolutely love cheese and this attempt at queso is disheartening it's so disgusting!! Tried it at another location and have been waiting to try it again to confirm it wasn't just the location or an off day for my taste buds but nah not at all..it's just nasty..like so nasty I wouldn't even give this it to the homeless. Didn't expect much but decided to taste tMy other half tried the quesadilla because of some tik tok trend and the quesadilla was actually good (hence the stars). Service was ehh. Wouldn't return for anything aside from the quesadilla. read more

Update: I did it again.... Ordered a chicken quesadilla and no there was no chicken. ‍ I have tried so hard with this location, but I continue to be disappointed. If you plan on going to this location go in to order. Do not do curbside and save your money on delivery! It's not often that my curbside/delivery orders are correct. One time I ordered a chicken bowl but there was no chicken. Another time I paid the extra for guac and queso and they filled it half way. My most recent order was a bowl and chips and queso, but there were no chips in the bag. Just save yourself the disappointment and go in to order. read more

If you are in the area don't waste your time going to this location. The food is so bland in taste. So many young kids working there and never did I see a manager. The rice had no taste, chicken Al pastor had no flavor either. They didn't have kids chip bags nor fruit. My order consisted of two kids meals. So when time came to get the kids chips, cashier said they didn't have any. Then I asked what is another option, she goes to tell me fruit. But that they didn't have any either! I then told her she would have to give me a regular bag for both my kids. She then tells me she has to up charge! I was shocked!! I told she had to be kidding me!! After they are the ones who don't have enough food on inventory!!! Overall, food sucked and so did service! read more

Every single time we order from this location the food is always skimped, items missing or something is forgotten. This is a $11.55 quesadilla and it has less steak/cheese than a kids meal. Drive the extra 10 minutes and go to a different chipotle because this is ridiculous. read more

My family ate at Chipotle in Hutto last night and the restaurant was filthy! There wasn't a clean table anywhere - I finally got some napkins and water and wiped down 2 tables for us. All the tables had left over food on them from prior customers and food and used napkins on the floor. When I spoke to the young man that was the manager about the mess, he just nodded his head. Finally, after 20 minutes one of the employees swept the floor. The trash bins will piled high with Chipotle sacks and there was no room for more trash. I didn't notice that all the employees were terribly busy as they seemed to have time to visit with each other. This store needs to look at Chick-Fil-A and have some constantly cleaning and disinfecting the tables. Pam Latham read more

Every time I come here is worst than the last. Not coming back again. Some part of my meal is almost always undercooked (rice isn't supposed to be crunchy, chips are supposed to). There is a parking lot in back but they leave the door locked, against fire code btw, so good luck with that when it's 102. And this last time one song in the dining room, to loud, while another song plays in the kitchen. Absolutely garbage management is what it comes down to. Go next door to taco casa or mighty fine. read more

We would not eat here again. I requested a burrito bowl with "double chicken", and the young lady on the line proceeded to sprinkle the second serving in my bowl as if she was sprinkling cheese..if I asked for an additional helping and I am paying for it. I expect to get what I asked for. I feel like I was cheated out of my money. I failed to mention the chicken was burnt, so the cook must have rushed the chicken and the lettuce was bad. I hope you all realize that eating burnt food is not good for anyone. This is unacceptable.i couldn't eat my food due to the large amount of burnt chicken. I would not serve this too anyone, if you don't plan to eat it myself. Pure embarrassment for this location. Did I mention this is a new location. Thirty dollars wasted.... read more

I love Chipotle. Apparently according to their marketing email I am in the top 1% of customers? But I have been continuously beyond disappointed with my experience here. The portions are SO SO skimpy compared to other locations and the food is always cold! They give maybe an ounce of protein if you are lucky and it's always burnt small pieces. Beyond that, they have gotten my order incorrect on several of these occasions. There was black beans when I asked for none and no corn. There were three little pieces of chicken. Thought I could fill up on chips instead but they were soggy like almost chewy. I gave it 10+ tries as I liked having a new one closer, but I'll be making the further drive from now on. read more

This Chipotle location ALWAYS disappoints me. Today I went in and ordered a bowl, and the girl taking my order barely understood English. I told her I wanted a tiny bit more sour cream and she gets another huge scoop and adds it to my bowl... I think she misunderstood when I asked for a tiny bit more for extra scoop of sour cream. It was a POOL of sour cream it started over flowing when it was in the bad on the way home. She couldn't understand what I was asking for either, she gave me pinto beans instead of black beans. Very very disappointed, so many situations like this has happened with this location but I think I've just had enough. read more

Came here 20 minutes after they opened and the veggies and steak weren't ready. The steak was still 10 minutes from being done and the veggies were still being cut. We chose not to eat here and will go to a different chipotle in the future. read more

I really love Chipotle overall. This location just has a few things to work through as they are newer and adjusting. We have ordered from this location about 10 times now. Multiple times things have been missing from our orders (queso, salad dressing, etc.) We usually order through the Chipotle app and pick it up in the drive thru available. In addition, the rice at this location is hardly cooked properly. It's undercooked, which makes it hard to chew and therefore has no flavor. It was as if we are chewing on tiny rocks in our salads and burritos. Hopefully management sees this review and addresses the rice issue. We would love to try this location again in the future, but will wait awhile to see if a change occurs. read more

Ordered online. Both meals were completely wrong AGAIN. No one pays attention to what they're doing. The receipt on the bag showed what was ordered but not even close to what delivered.
