Horrible management at this location! I love Chipotle, but this location has been consistently awful. My daughter and I visited on the day they were offering a buy-one-get-one-free promotion. When we arrived, they were out of steak, but we said we were willing to wait. They also told us they were out of brown rice and would not be making more--even though it was only 6:00 PM. They said they were only serving white rice for the rest of the night. My daughter has an allergy to white rice, and I explained this to the staff, but they showed no concern. I asked if they could get brown rice from the "to-go" side, and they refused. They told me the only way to get brown rice was to place an online order. I explained that ordering online would mean missing out on the promotion, and the employee had no response. I asked how to make a complaint, and they told me to call the management number. I've called for three days, and the line is always busy. No one ever answers. This is not the first bad experience I've had here. Another time, I tried to order a quesadilla online (since that's the only way to order one), but the online system was down. I went inside to explain, and they acknowledged the website issue--but still refused to make a quesadilla for my son because "it can only be ordered online." Everytime I order online they mess it up!!! Yesterday my sister ordered 4 chipotle bowls n gave her 1 vinaigrette sauce.. she asked for 3 more and they told her she had to come inside to get it. My sister declined to go inside and sat in the line telling them how that doesn't make sense if she placed an online order then they called the police on her for something so small that could have been handled in a professional manner. If u have four bowls and a customer ask for 4 Vinegarette sauces it should not be a problem to give it to them online order or not. read more

Wow!!! A mobile order drive thru for pickup? Yyyyaaasss. I am all about convenience and this was awesome. We came here to Chipotle and I knew for sure with a fussy toddler there was no way I was getting out of the car. I placed my order in the mobile app. You have two options to pick up. Either park in one of the pickup parking spots and walk Inside to get it or drive in the drive thru. I opted for the drive thru. It didn't take long at all to pick up my order. I ordered the lifestyle salad bowl (Whole 30). I always want something spicy so I added the red chili salsa. Yummy. The food was fresh and my belly was happy. This could be dangerous offering such a convenient and easy way to get your Chipotle fix. read more

My family ate at Chipotle in Hutto last night and the restaurant was filthy! There wasn't a clean table anywhere - I finally got some napkins and water and wiped down 2 tables for us. All the tables had left over food on them from prior customers and food and used napkins on the floor. When I spoke to the young man that was the manager about the mess, he just nodded his head. Finally, after 20 minutes one of the employees swept the floor. The trash bins will piled high with Chipotle sacks and there was no room for more trash. I didn't notice that all the employees were terribly busy as they seemed to have time to visit with each other. The rice had no taste, chicken Al pastor had no flavor either. They didn't have kids chip bags nor fruit. My order consisted of two kids meals. Every time I come here is worst than the last. Not coming back again. Some part of my meal is almost always undercooked (rice isn't supposed to be crunchy, chips are supposed to). There is a parking lot in back but they leave the door locked, against fire code btw, so good luck with that when it's 102. This Chipotle location ALWAYS disappoints me. Today I went in and ordered a bowl, and the girl taking my order barely understood English. I told her I wanted a tiny bit more sour cream and she gets another huge scoop and adds it to my bowl... I think she misunderstood when I asked for a tiny bit more for extra scoop of sour cream. The portions are SO SO skimpy compared to other locations and the food is always cold! They give maybe an ounce of protein if you are lucky and it's always burnt small pieces. I placed an order on DoorDash for pickup to this location, as verified on DoorDash. When I get to the store they say that they don't have my order ready because their systems are down, refuse to make the order because they can't see it in their system (as their systems are down), despite me showing them my phone with the order on it. They then lock the doors, refuse to issue a refund and walk away so I can't communicate with anyone or speak to a manager about my issue. Horrible customer service and literal theft. I really love Chipotle overall. This location just has a few things to work through as they are newer and adjusting. We have ordered from this location about 10 times now. Multiple times things have been missing from our orders (queso, salad dressing, etc.) We usually order through the Chipotle app and pick it up in the drive thru available. In addition, the rice at this location is hardly cooked properly. It's undercooked, which makes it hard to chew and therefore has no flavor. It was as if we are chewing on tiny rocks in our salads and burritos. Hopefully management sees this review and addresses the rice issue. We would love to try this location again in the future, but will wait awhile to see if a change occurs. read more
