My go to place when I want fresh warm Tex-mex fast food in HS. They have not disappointed me yet! The steak is warm, well seasoned and good quantity. Lettuce and super greens and tomatoes were fresh. Chicken is never dry. Guacamole is delicious and seasoned well. Drive thru service is fast and friendly. It can be super busy inside but they'll you your nicely packed mae read more

The food is really good. However, the employees are very inefficient, they flung rice everywhere, threw things in the bag, didn't wrap them in tinfoil correctly, don't know the kids meals come with a drink and small chips, rushing us when there was no one else ordering, and they gave us quaso when we asked for pico. And the place in general was just messy, there was cheese bits in the guacamole and pico, corn and cheese on the counter and there was food on the floor. read more

Rude rude rude. Noah needs a new job. Food was good but Noah needs more customer service training!

Dirty tables, sticky floor , but ate there anyway because we were traveling. Got a burrito, the tortilla was cold, meat and stuffings barely warm, smelled and tasted strongly of vinegar, so much liquid in the dang thing it turned the tortilla into a wet chewy diaper. Didn't last in my gut long, and I'll spare you the details, but I'm on bathroom visit #4 . Overall trash tex-mex made in a rush by people who don't care. read more

This is by far the worst chipotle I've ever visited. Chips were old over salted. All tables dirty, filthy filthy dirty. No napkins. Burnt my son's quesadilla. Employees standing around. You would think that with all the dirty tables that they wouldn't be standing behind the counter on their phones talking...but that's what you get. They also handle cash and food with same gloves. Yuck yuck yuck. Staff is not friendly if you ask for something like napkins. I guess that's what I get for going to a Chipotle staffed by white kids from Holly Springs. Stick to the Fuquay Chipotle which is normally clean and the staff is friendly and gives good service. read more

It was my 1st time at this particular Chipotle. The line was really long but it didn't take long to place my order. I tried the brisket bowl. It was actually pretty good. I will definitely try it again read more

This location is always friendly and kind. However, I need that to translate into the portions! I purchased 1/2 chicken and 1/2 steak. I was given a decent portion for chicken, but the steak... Five pieces! It annoyed me so bad, I purchased a side order of steak at $5.30! All in all I ended up spending $23.60! It's gotta stop... Who are they saving the steak for?! read more

Dude this location is gross. Filthy inside, unhappy employees, always out of chicken, queso looks like pudding. Where is the manager or owner? Just awful read more

This is by far the absolute worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The employees are awful, the food is cold, as others mentioned it's dirty. They were out of steak which fine I'll wait, but start a fresh bowl instead of letting it sit there getting gross. Won't visit this location again! read more

It's sad that I live in this beautiful neighborhood and I normally drive past this location to go to any other chipotle than this one. They always have several workers but I don't know what they The do because I've been twice in 3 weeks and there is never any lettuce, The food is never stocked and the store looks like a tornado came through it and tonight it stinks. This store either needs new management or they need to be shut down because they are insulting the chipotle brand!!!! read more

As others have mentioned It's always filthy inside. This is all within 30 minutes of opening on multiple occasions. Standing water at the drink station and in the ordering line. Outside trash cans are overflowing and parking lot is covered with trash. Tables are dirty and chairs are scattered. Food is inconsistent. The non soda drinks are always empty. Not like they are shut down, there's about an inch of drink in the top container. I would understand if it's lunch rush but I am one of maybe 5 customers when they first open and the place is a disaster. They are opening the store is this condition! When I ordered a chicken bowl, they said they were out of chicken. I asked if they were making more and he said yes. I asked what should I do and he said to step out of the line until it's ready. The grill guy was taking his sweet time chopping up cooked chicken while me and others have to move out of the way until he walks it over. I honestly avoid this place now and go to the one in fuquay and have never had an issue read more

food quality is terrible. served me brown guacamole, globby queso and chips that tasted like they were fried in old dirty grease. went straight in the garbag. read more

This is a very busy location because of the recent population growth in this area, but also, it is the worst managed location of Chipotle- they are always out of grilled vegetables when I have been here in the evenings, they always run out of chicken at the busiest hour, when you stand in line for 20 minutes and are 2nd person away to order, they say they have ran out of chicken and need people to wait 15 minutes for next batch. How can't they have a good manager to run things smoothly after so many bad reviews is beyond my comprehension. read more

It is absolutely astounding how filthy this place is. Never seen anything quite like it. I walked in Friday night and could not bring myself to Place an order after standing in line for a while. There were several sets of used plastic gloves on the floor, food all over the floor, garbage everywhere, the kitchen in the back looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a month. They did not have any rice. The lettuce was rotten. The pork looked like it had been there for a week. I walked out and drove to Fuquay. I'm shocked that the board of health hasn't shut this place down and frustrated that neither corporate or local management has not taken action to remediate this situation. I read more

Chipotle is now open in the space previously occupied by Dairy Queen in Holly Springs. I always get a burrito bowl with white rice, chicken, peppers and onions, corn, cheese, lettuce, tomato salsa, sour cream and sometimes guacamole when I visit one of their locations. My mom and I split an order of chips and queso on this visit. The portions are sizable, it was a good and quick lunch. read more

I am a Huge Chipotle fan but this location has changed that. This place I think has NEVER been cleaned. There are layers and layers of gunk on floor. The beverage station has visible dust all over. I don't think a table has been wiped down since opening day. Such a shame because employees are kind but clearly need management to step in. read more

3rd time I've been here and the chips are stale and today the guac was brown and sour too. By far the worst chipotle. They are more consistent at giving you old food than fresh food. read more

The inside of this place is filthy dirty. We usually do drive through but decided to go inside and eat. Water and soda from drinking machine was all over the floor. The trash looked like it hadn't been emptied all day and overflowing and this was inside. None of the tables had been cleaned off after they had been used. It's dirty! We also had drive thru the other day and the burrito bowl with carnitas was just awful. All the carnitas was just fat. I couldn't even eat it. We are never going back to this location. It needs to just close down and go away. Go to Apex, Cary or Fuquay-Varina. read more

If I could give a negative rating this place would be -5 stars. The filthiest place I've ever been. Short staffed. One worker brought out two tubs of white rice and when the frontline needed more she said it was all out. Forcing everyone to have brown rice. There was food everywhere. And it smelled like hot trash. The was a giant spill on the floor and nobody was cleaning it up. I'd drive an hour to avoid this place. read more

I have never eaten at Chipotle but their current commercial for the Carne Asada prompted me to go. I ordered a Wholesome Bowl w/ Carne Asada. The corporate website says it is "Supergreens Lettuce Blend, Carne Asada, Fajita Veggies, Fresh Tomato Salsa, and Guacamole". I did not want the salsa and was told that all the fajita veggies were considered "the salsa", I am not sure why I was told that but I was then offered rice or beans. If I didn't take rice there would have been nothing to eat. They then charged us for the quacamole that was supposed to be included on the bowls. With 2 sides of Queso Blanco and another Wholesome Bowl the total was $43.00. The food was mediocre at best and I still am not sure why the ingredient list on the corporate website was nothing like what I got. I will never go back to this or any other Chipolte. Very disappointing. And VERY expensive for what you get. read more

My girlfriend is celiac and therefore allergic to gluten. She was extremely hungry and we normally rely on chipotle to never mess up her orders of the chicken tacos with corn tortillas. They gave her flour, soft tortillas. Even if she weren't allergic to gluten, getting a completely different order like that is absurd. I would not be making this bad review if it weren't for the fact that when she went through the tiring and stupid process of speaking to a robot rather than a human being team member, they only refunded her with a DRINK that cost less than 1/4 of her meal. This is ridiculous and the entire company should not rely on robots and ai to do all of the customer service. Horrible. Now she is very hungry and everywhere is closed. Thanks for nothing. read more

This place is disgusting. I had never been to Chipotle before this one opened. It always seemed like overpriced low quality Mexican food that I could find elsewhere or make at home. This location was disgusting. There was trash everywhere including food on the floor. Employees were standing around flirting and gossiping and texting on their phones. The meat was dry and lukewarm. Food poisoning waiting to happen. No wonder they have massive e. Coli outbreaks every few years. The portions were so tiny and sad. It was so bland and dry we threw away over half of our food. Really hoping they close and something decent opens in this location. read more

I've ordered food to-go from this Chipotle a few times and about 75% of the time there is an issue. I received my food today about 30 minutes after it said it was ready in the app (so a total of 50 minutes to make a single burrito), and then the order was wrong. read more

Chipotle has been my go to place for years like many of you & I promise I always give them tons of slack if something is wrong with my order/experience at all locations I visit. But this one in Holly Springs is nothing short of terrible every single time you go. So if you make the mistake of giving this poorly run & staffed Chipotle your money expect some of if not all of the following during your visit: A filthy store from the front door all the way to the kitchen. Rude unprofessional staff. 75% of the time your hot items will be stone cold. If you order meat options that are shredded expect a whole slab of fatty meat on a pretty regular bias. Mobile ordering is like playing russian roulette with 5 bullets, better open up those bowls & double check it before you leave the store. You'll be ready to go after you've had to sit at a dirty table for 15 minutes waiting on your order that was supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago. But you better check! I almost always seem to have a missing option or item. This happens a lot with the guac you have to pay $3 extra for. Until the Chipotle addresses it's management at this location it will continue to be garbage. It's obvious the workers could do better but it's not hard to see what the real problem is. Go to the Apex or Fuquay location, it's worth the gas. read more

This place is nasty! I'm surprised that the health inspectors don't shut it down. also surprised that Chipotle corporate doesn't do something about it as surely this restaurant gives a bad impression for the chain. Other Chipotle s we have been to are not so dirty. read more

Yelp should make it possible to rate 0/5, because the last three trips to Chipotle in Holly Springs would be the reason... I've used the app for the drive through window and the FASTEST time for pickup was 19 minutes after the application stated my order was ready. I won't mention the longest wait time, because it's almost not believable. Unfortunately, the app requires you to pay before you pick up the food so you are unable to just disregard their business. Safe to say I will not be coming back here anymore. read more

Rice was undercooked and hard. My burrito had the shape of a softball... way to much in it that they couldn't completely wrap it in foil and it leaked all over other item in the bag. Love me Chipotle but this location needs some work. The food has always been okay, today had some MEGA salt addition to it but my biggest complaint is that the counter is disgusting. Dollops of sour cream, pico juices, and they just run your burrito through a myriad of condiments, which if you don't like all that stuff - pretty gross. I was pumped to have a Chipotle near me finally, but after being skeeved initially I didn't go back, I've tried once every few months to see if it's better but it's still pretty gross in there. read more
