However, the employees are very inefficient, they flung rice everywhere, threw things in the bag, didn't wrap them in tinfoil correctly, don't know the kids meals come with a drink and small chips, rushing us when there was no one else ordering, and they gave us quaso when we asked for pico. As others have mentioned It's always filthy inside. This is all within 30 minutes of opening on multiple occasions. Standing water at the drink station and in the ordering line. Outside trash cans are overflowing and parking lot is covered with trash. Tables are dirty and chairs are scattered. Food is inconsistent. The non soda drinks are always empty. Not like they are shut down, there's about an inch of drink in the top container. I would understand if it's lunch rush but I am one of maybe 5 customers when they first open and the place is a disaster. They are opening the store is this condition! When I ordered a chicken bowl, they said they were out of chicken. I asked if they were making more and he said yes. I asked what should I do and he said to step out of the line until it's ready. The grill guy was taking his sweet time chopping up cooked chicken while me and others have to move out of the way until he walks it over. This is a very busy location because of the recent population growth in this area, but also, it is the worst managed location of Chipotle- they are always out of grilled vegetables when I have been here in the evenings, they always run out of chicken at the busiest hour, when you stand in line for 20 minutes and are 2nd person away to order, they say they have ran out of chicken and need people to wait 15 minutes for next batch. How can't they have a good manager to run things smoothly after so many bad reviews is beyond my comprehension. read more

There were several sets of used plastic gloves on the floor, food all over the floor, garbage everywhere, the kitchen in the back looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a month. Chipotle is now open in the space previously occupied by Dairy Queen in Holly Springs. I always get a burrito bowl with white rice, chicken, peppers and onions, corn, cheese, lettuce, tomato salsa, sour cream and sometimes guacamole when I visit one of their locations. I have never eaten at Chipotle but their current commercial for the Carne Asada prompted me to go. I ordered a Wholesome Bowl w/ Carne Asada. The corporate website says it is "Supergreens Lettuce Blend, Carne Asada, Fajita Veggies, Fresh Tomato Salsa, and Guacamole". I did not want the salsa and was told that all the fajita veggies were considered "the salsa", I am not sure why I was told that but I was then offered rice or beans. If I didn't take rice there would have been nothing to eat. They then charged us for the quacamole that was supposed to be included on the bowls. With 2 sides of Queso Blanco and another Wholesome Bowl the total was $43.00. The food was mediocre at best and I still am not sure why the ingredient list on the corporate website was nothing like what I got. I will never go back to this or any other Chipolte. Very disappointing. And VERY expensive for what you get. read more

My girlfriend is celiac and therefore allergic to gluten. She was extremely hungry and we normally rely on chipotle to never mess up her orders of the chicken tacos with corn tortillas. They gave her flour, soft tortillas. Even if she weren't allergic to gluten, getting a completely different order like that is absurd. I would not be making this bad review if it weren't for the fact that when she went through the tiring and stupid process of speaking to a robot rather than a human being team member, they only refunded her with a DRINK that cost less than 1/4 of her meal. This place is disgusting. I had never been to Chipotle before this one opened. It always seemed like overpriced low quality Mexican food that I could find elsewhere or make at home. This location was disgusting. There was trash everywhere including food on the floor. Employees were standing around flirting and gossiping and texting on their phones. The meat was dry and lukewarm. Food poisoning waiting to happen. No wonder they have massive e. Coli outbreaks every few years. The portions were so tiny and sad. It was so bland and dry we threw away over half of our food. Chipotle has been my go to place for years like many of you & I promise I always give them tons of slack if something is wrong with my order/experience at all locations I visit. But this one in Holly Springs is nothing short of terrible every single time you go. So if you make the mistake of giving this poorly run & staffed Chipotle your money expect some of if not all of the following during your visit: A filthy store from the front door all the way to the kitchen. Rude unprofessional staff. 75% of the time your hot items will be stone cold. If you order meat options that are shredded expect a whole slab of fatty meat on a pretty regular bias. Mobile ordering is like playing russian roulette with 5 bullets, better open up those bowls & double check it before you leave the store. You'll be ready to go after you've had to sit at a dirty table for 15 minutes waiting on your order that was supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago. But you better check! I almost always seem to have a missing option or item. This happens a lot with the guac you have to pay $3 extra for. Until the Chipotle addresses it's management at this location it will continue to be garbage. It's obvious the workers could do better but it's not hard to see what the real problem is. I have always enjoyed Chipotle however the last time that I went I had the worst customer service ever. I placed our order online through the mobile app. Went to pick up in drive thru when order was supposed to be ready approx 30 mins after placing order. I sat in drive thru for 40 mins and never received my order. I was ignored majority of that time while sitting and waiting. They finally acknowledged me after waiting 15 mins and said my order wasn't ready even though it was supposed to have been ready when I arrived. I tried getting someone's attention again however no one came back to the window. While I sat in drive thru I saw a few employees running around behind the counter and one employee scratching his head and face. I ended up going to park and go inside. I told the manager behind the counter how long I had sat in drive thru and asked why my order wasn't ready. She was rude. I then told her she needed to get the employees under control as it isn't a romper room there with them running and playing behind the counter while customers were waiting for long period of time and her other employee needed to stop scratching face and head at counter and go wash his hands. My order finally was finished and she the manager dropped it on the counter. She didn't apologize for the wait I had or how the employees were acting all while I had to wait so long to get my order which was only 3 items. I did report this to chipotle online and also let them know they should check their security cameras so they could see how everything was going on during my visit there as it wasn't good business or customer service. read more
