What Happened!... I'm hitting up Chipotle once or twice a month and am always happy but I have to say, my order today was way below the norm, maybe because of the rain, who knows. The picture I posted makes it look like it was way more meat than was actually there cause that is after I spread it out and I spread it out thinly! This was probably less than half the normal amount of meat I get. To make matters worse, I ordered for 6:30 pick up on the app and had to sit in the parking lot till 6:40 before the app told me it was ready, only to go in to get it and have to wait another 10 min. I only got my food cause I asked for it. It wasn't on the rack, it was more on the kitchen side so I didn't have access to it like the app said. Don't get me wrong, these are great employees and Chipotle is great but on this day, I wish I didn't order mobile pickup. I don't think I'll mobile order again as the quality seems to be subpar. Overall, I do not recommend this Chipotle for mobile ordering. Just take the time and wait online. read more

Visited this location many times at this point I know exactly what to expect. There is always new staff so I've seen many faces. Usually it's hard to get a burrito so I settle for a salad only because when it comes to actually closing the burrito they always seem to have a hard time.I usually watch what they make ahead of me and if I see a good burrito I'll always get one. Lol I usually get a salad and a bowl to just make things easier and maybe some chips and guac also. Food is consistent they do need to do a little better at keeping the food replenished. read more

my girlfriend and I went here, i got my food and went to the cashier to pay and i asked if i could pay for my girlfriends meal while her bowl was being made. the cashier told me not to hold up the line and told me she can pay for herself. Then as she is ordering, the man helping her made a sexual remark saying "you really like meat don't you?" she laughs it off and he replies "yeah, you like that dark meat." which made her extremely uncomfortable. I have been coming here for a while. During covid they became really skimpy with their portions but it's definitely getting better. Their food never disappoints, the beef and new pollo asado tastes amazing. I got a to go bowl today and it was literally filled with to the top. The delivery was scheduled for 11:45- 12pm , but on the day it was supposed to be delivered AT THE EXACT TIME I SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE.. chipotle elmont cancelled My order. I had 20 people without lunch. I called because I didn't even receive an email from Chipotle I only knew from a text notification from door dash. I had to scramble to figure something out and I had to call customer support to request a refund, where the person told me I would not get refunded right away because it had to be "requested and sent over to a different department" meanwhile THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER. As I'm waiting for someone to ring up my order, A cleaning man comes with a wet towel rag to wipe off the counter. He took that same towel rag to clean in between the areas where the food pans were placed. The cleaning rag had excess fluid that was dripping in the vegetables. This is ridiculous to even be cleaning close to the food without putting the food pans aside. I will not be eating at this restaurant anymore. I've been religiously buying food from this particular location for years now. I've never had a problem with the service in the past - until now.they close the front door to the place and stop taking walk in orders at around 9 40 - sometimes earlier. They force people exiting to use the side door and will actually yell if people get in trying to order before they close. Yesterday they argued after I was let through a side door that they want to go home on time so they have to close the door - why not change the store hours? Why not post a notice on the door or website that entry isn't permitted 20 min prior to closing ? I won't be dining at this particular location as a result. Cannot understand why this place only has 3 stars on here. This is the best chipotle i've ever been to and I come often. Yes, it gets busy because it is in a busy shopping center and it is the only chipotle for a few miles, but that's why you order ahead in the app. Everytime I come the portions they give me are huge, sometimes to the point where I can't even finish my bowl. A lot of other chipotles try to skimp on the food for online orders but my online orders have always been just as full as my in person orders. The place is always clean and the service is fast and efficient. This place blows the Green Acres location out of the water. Visit this location frequently, never had any issues. Lately the Hispanic girls that work there are horrible. They're not friendly. They are very stingy on the meat and when you ask for more you get a small amount and are charged for double. If you're going to charge me please give me what I'm paying for. This chipotle has opened up in the past year and it's looking mighty fine. The lines are usually pretty short. The food here always seems to be fresher than any other chipotle that I've been too. The rice has more flavor, the chicken isn't dry, the barbacoa is amazing as always. The staff here are super nice. They will accommodate to your needs. One accidentally threw out my soda cup and brought me another one in mere seconds. She was super friendly about the small ordeal. The food proportions are also on point. They fill up my burrito just enough so that they can wrap it properly. Not overstuffed, not understuffed, but perfectly filled. The bathroom code doesn't work so you have to go to the front to ask for the bathroom code of the day. The bathroom themselves are a bit subpar. You do get to lock the door, which is nice. The inside is a little undercleaned but not as bad as you would expect from a public bathroom facility. Overall, I would recommend this chipotle to anyone who happens to be strolling around the neighborhood. They have an awesome parking lot. There's actually plenty of shopping to do nearby as well to help with digesting afterwards. read more

Took a long time to write a review here. I'm sure most of us have that feeling, "okay let me just go this time and it will be better". And of course the disappointment starts rolling in. Okay yes I agree with some reviews, the staff have no idea how to serve or customer service. They always seem mad or annoyed. If Ones paying 10-13$ for a meal, I do expect to get good to my expectation. Stop cleaning the counter with the same gloves you serve with. Treat my food with care, stop throwing my salads, meats, and rice, beans what ever in the bowl like it did you wrong. Please don't get an attitude if I want something extra, and treat my bowl a certain type of way. Stop having food dangling off the bowls. Please re stock on food, why are you scrapping the ends of barrel for food at the bottom of the pan. It's hard knock life at Chipotle? Don't get me wrong it's a hit and miss here. And most Chipotles are like this, HIT AND THEY MISS !!! They rush you or don't know what they are doing. Please train these staff/employers better. Proper greeting and services. I was disappointed with the food - due to the temperature. The items were lukewarm and the cheese put on top of everything didn't even attempt to melt. They don't have anyway to warm up the food after it comes off the grill which is how the people in Ohio probably got sick. I will give the place another try at a future time - I did like the atmosphere and restaurant settings - it doesn't have the cold steel furniture like the ones in Mineola or Oceanside. read more

This is the second time my family and I come to this Chipotle and it's the same staff on board. Both times we were given exceptional customer service from the person putting our order together to the cashier taking payment. I'm a big fan of customer service and I think this is the first Chipotle that I feel like everyone is happy to be working and serving us. For sure, they would provide the best product. I was wrong. I ordered a rice bowl with brown rice and the works.
