Stop by here when I was passing through town for lunch today and once I was able to get somebody to wait on me young man seem to do the best he could have there and the salad and rice that I got combo was fine. The restaurant needed cleaning in the untidy area behind the bar where the food is what is subpar read more

This place is awful compared to other chipotle locations manager takes her job way to seriously we ordered online but didn't get a cup she made me get back up and pay for a cup we already paid for just for their fountain drink machine not be filled with ice or lemonade and food is always mush they should genuinely close this location. read more

Stopped at this restaurant while on a trip but wish I would've kept driving. This place is so dirty. Tables filthy, gross floors, sneeze bar caked with food, urine soaked bathrooms. The employee purposely flipped rice that was beside the bin into my bowl. They need a visit from the health department. read more

By for the worst Chipotle I've been to. Don't think I've ever seen them actually cooking anything fresh when I went in. Stopped going, worth driving to Toledo or Ft. Wayne for good Chipotle! read more

Every time I come here it's always something. One thing is consistent.... One person working the line to serve people is absolutely not enough. But hey 2-3 people doing online orders taking their sweet time is totally acceptable when people are waiting in line for 15 minutes. read more

Last time I was there there were bugs floating in the watermelon limeade and the drink station was disgusting

If zero stars were possible I would add it. I started eating my bowl and the rice was hard as a fucking brick. I complained because obviously I'm going to get my moneys worth. I got a new bowl. They said they had just cooked the rice well obviously not long enough. It was still hard. You'd expect a billion dollar company to have good rice cookers but I guess there was a bunch of white people making rice in there so. They need to cook it longer. Extremely disappointed because this used to be my favorite place to go on the weekends. read more

Went in today, 1:15pm. I'm on a special diet but I noticed there was something I could get at Chipotle; which is never my first choice to eat at. Went in. Waited in line for 5 or so minutes. I get up to order, I ask for a bowl with white rice, lettuce. Man proceeds to say they have no rice or lettuce. THEN CLOSE. To no one's fault because of my diet my bowl would have been chicken and salsa... read more

Rice was undercooked and the steak was chewy. The lettuce was very least though I might just be being picky there. Their quesadillas were not really melted and the guacamole had cilantro stems in it. It was in defiance but the others weren't much better. read more

We went for an early dinner around 4:15. My daughter got a kids taco and we had to tell him how to make it. The black bean looked like they had been in the pan all day. They were thick and starchy. I ordered a chipotle pork burrito. The meat was old and crusty. I'm ordered a drink and my daughter got water. There was no ice and no lemonade. all the specialty lemonades were out and the containers looked nasty. The Minute Maid lemonade was out as well. When I went to ask for ice and a lemonade I was given my cup filled only with ice. So I paid for a water. My daughter went to the bathroom and came out with wet paper towels to wash the table because there were no clean tables. The place was filthy. I love Chipotle but won't be going back to this one. read more

Stopped while passing through the area. Super fast and food was really fresh. Only my second time eating Chipotle. I had a bowl with the brown rice, polo asada (new and fire) fajita veg, corn salsa, pico, black beans, cheese, green salsa, guac and some sour cream on the side. Wow! A lot of food. Definitely had leftovers. Guac is extra, but fresh and worth it. Overall, food was great. Tables in restaurant were all dirty and needed cleaned- so I'd take out. read more

so so dry I wish I wouldve got food from the gas station next door. everything should be half off

Very disappointed every time we've been there . The first time they were out of rice. The next time it was steamed veggies and corn salsa. This most recent visit they were out of chicken and corn salsa. Get it together chipotle's !! Maybe if they change management I'll be back. so sad read more

UNDERSTAFFED!!! I work and eat regularly @ Chipotle Locations in 5 states. Far below average experience here today. There was one person working the line and cash register, one on the grill and TWO on drive thru/online which did not appear to be as busy. There were 3 customers in front of me 4 bowls/burritos took almost 10 minutes. The woman behind me left after 4-5 minutes of no movement. Great staff just not enough of them. Also no fresh brewed tea available, the as well as the carnitas was quite dry and the drink area and some tables could used some attention. Not a manager in site..... read more

This location is hit & miss. Only had it twice, and when ordering inside I received all the ingredients I ordered in quality amounts. Ordering online and the burrito bowl was only half full with no guacamole. The other bowls had missing and sparse on the ingredients. I was warned of this before going the first time and I've heard this common complaint. Be careful ordering online, maybe you'll have better luck inside. Although it did seem pretty dysfunctional still inside compared to other chipotle facilities. The picture attached with this review is after only TWO bites read more

They lady was rude rolling her eyes and the dude at the cashier was being rude they were not putting the normal amount they were putting light I had to ask for extra to get the normal amount they can't make anything right without a attitude childish read more

Order pickup was delayed by 22 minutes!!! Fork, napkins, and vinaigrette were missing. Upon return, the employee said that they had no vinaigrette and "what I wanted him to do?!" The order was wrong: salad components were wrong. Never again! If you want to get what you want, on time and without attitude, go elsewhere! read more

Every single time I go to the Defiance Ohio location they are ALWAYS out of something. This time it was guac, pico, hot salsa and brown rice. I don't think I'm gonna come back anymore. read more

If you're trying to lose weight I'd recommend eating here. Not only do they give you 1/2 portions when you mobile order but they will add everything you don't like/didn't select. read more

I understand many places are understaffed during Covid, but this place was a disaster. The dining room is now open so I thought I'd give it a try. First time trying it since it opened. I had a late lunch, so the lunch rush was over. They were out of chicken and steak. That happens. Food was decent. But the dining room looked like a tornado hit it. Went to get my drink, no diet cola. That happens. Thought maybe tanks needed changed, but they were out of syrup. Not sure how this happens on a Friday afternoon. Only reason writing review is two employees came out in the doing room and instead of cleaning, complained to the only person cleaning that their juice was empty. I almost asked for a rag so I could help clean tables. Management needs to get control..... read more

Be careful ordering from this new restaurant. We placed an order today and when we got it home, realized they didn't give us our full order. We live 30 minutes away so we are out! Tried to call restaurant but of course can't get through to a person. No silverware, no napkins. Can be hard to check a big bag in drive thru, but you should! read more

You know I normally don't bash on places being a chef but when I walk in to a place and there is only two people In line!! You should not expect bad food I mean burnt and dry chicken and slow service it took them 20 mins to go through 2-3 people. I think the manager needs to step in and give ire something out I would not let food like that go out of my kitchen... read more

We stopped in for our first visit. There was no air conditioning and it was hot. They were out of chips. There was only one person, in the building station, for inside orders. It was busy. He did a good job and didn't get flustered but it was a long wait in an non air conditioned building. I will probably go again but I will call ahead to see if the air conditioning is working. read more
