Used to love KFC but the Defiance location is going downhill fast. I think they're trying to dissuade people from coming because they'll have the lights off but remain open? I have only ever ordered from this place via delivery and have not actually been to the location. My experience in the past couple years has been hit or miss with really different qualities with each order. One may be extremely greasy, one may be very dry, and another may be perfect, all of the same exact items. It's the only KFC in the area though and it's fine enough to get if you're in the mood. read more

Terrible customer service. First, They refused to replace my Drum sticks with wings in a mixEd basket of chicken. Then They refused to let me use a VALID coupon. After another customer had just used one in front of me they told me that their registers weren't allowing them to input coupons. Let's see kfc in defiance Ohio is the biggest scam ever. $42 gets you a bucket of chicken with no skin on it. And half size sides. And some left over crap they call famous bowls. The 12 piece bucket had 4 drumsticks as big as a chicken wing drum as well as 4 wings that were so old and dried out the were uneatable; that's 8 out of 12 pieces. One of the few restaurants we choose to eat at in Defiance, the service is always good and the food is fresh and hot.

It was good food the only thing didn't like was I had to wait 10 mins for a pot pie eeverything was great it was hardly busy

I love KFC. When I was pregnant all I wanted was the mashed potatoes and gravy. This is my go to Sunday afternoon football food :-)
