BEST CHIPTOLE EVER! they made my build your own taco kit so good. i was like YUM YUM YUM. please dont yell at the employees

This was my first time eating Chipotle ever! This review is based on ordering online in advance and picking up at the walk in counter. Ordering online was super easy. This location is right off PCH, so I chose to walk and get my food from the walk up counter instead of try to find parking. I waited a bit at the pick up window before someone opened the window to help me out. When they did, there was no smile nor greeting, just "what's the order name" . I ordered a vegan burrito bowl with sofritos & veggies! It was yummy. The ratio of rice to bean and salsas were good. I didn't get much tofu or veggies... but maybe that's the normal serving size! I'm happy with the food and how easy it was to place the order! Room for improvement on customer service. Bonus shoutout to Chipotle for making it so easy to see what is vegan and specific ingredients for everything on their website. read more

Received my order only to see BOTH my guacamoles were disgustingly brown. They took the time to scoop two of these side containers and thought oh this looks fresh even though it's brown. Thank goodness I ordered this on the side otherwise my entire meal would have been trashed. This is so nasty! I tried calling the store 3 separate times and the automated message transfers me after 10 minutes to the store then hangs up. Whoever scooped my guacamoles I hope next time you order guacamole somewhere it comes brown so you can feel the disappointment I felt today. I will be reaching out to the health department to have your store reviewed. Update: my new delivery for guac see the difference in how GREEN this order is. Absolutely ashamed of your employees for thinking it's ok to give a customer guacamole that old. read more

This place is gone so downhill in quality but mostly in the size of a portion they give you I can't believe it. My bowl was like half full-- never again! And the Coke was flat. I can see why this place has a rating of 2.4. read more

A group of go here on work breaks all the time. As a collective we have never had a single good portioned order. Easily the worst chipotle ever I highly recommend going somewhere else. read more

This location is convenient parking for a main busy street. Went at 9 at night and the night staff was quick and friendly.

I just received a side order of guacamole that was completely brown. I got two other burritos with brown guac as well and it ruined our entire meal. My guacamole was also double cupped - it seems like this is a strategy to reduce the visible browning because I've never received a double cupped guacamole before. The quality of this chipotle is going down. read more

Go to another Mexican restaurant! The tacos are tiny, burritos are just filled with rice. just awful! We will never go to this restaurant again. very bad experience. read more

If I didn't love chipotle I would never come here. This chipotle in particular has the absolute worst service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I've never been greeted with anything as simple as a smile and the short Latina manager has the worst attitude I've ever seen. It honestly feels personal at this point but every person I know who's gone to this location has felt the same animosity. If I ever ask for anything extra on my bowl, I get met with the rudest glare and one time when my friend kindly asked for a simple side of sour cream that same manager glared at him then slammed the side on the counter as if she was acting like it came out of her own pocket. read more

This is my favorite Chipotle location in one of the best neighborhoods in California a few blocks from the beach. I come here before or after a workout at the beach. Free street parking in front or they have their own free parking lot on the side. They try to keep the place as clean as possible. I like that they recently started offering real lettuce to top the bowls or they will make you a salad. Employees here are fine and the food is usually prepared well. This Chipotle suffers from the same continuing issue as all Chipotles since they opened their doors years ago: Not enough chicken in the burritos and bowls. It's the reason we sometimes go elsewhere to dine not have to deal with that. Current cost of a Chicken Burrito or Bowl: $10.00 Current cost of a Beef Burrito or Bowl: $12.00 read more

Grabbed some dinner but was less than pleased with this Chipotle. Servers attitude was mediocre at best. The servings of rice, beans, lettuce, and especially meat were the stingiest I've ever seen. Added queso blanco & chips but for $5 you would hope for more than a tiny cup of cheese... ‍. The chips were stale too. Usually go to Bison Chipotle, but was in the area. Sad to say this restaurant took our $ & ran... ‍ read more

I wish I would've looked at the reviews before ordering is all I can say. This is probably the worst Chipotle I have experienced to date. The taco shells were cold and stale, the music was super loud, and the servers acted like they were irritated to make the food. There are many other options in the area, I would definitely pass on this chain that should typically be reliable option. read more

I ordered online and walked inside to pick up my order. I was very enthusiastically greeted by all 4 employees standing behind the counter! Food was delicious as always. Most restaurants are cutting back slightly on portions due to higher costs but I didn't notice that. read more

Worst chipotle experience in a long time. Me and my sister are long time chipotle customers and the service here is terrible. we came in with an hour before they closed and we were treated horribly. they were closing the store already mopping cleaning the restrooms. and i understand how it is trying to close early but their attitude towards us was insane. read more

Very little meat, besides that the food was good. Staff was not very kind at all. I would recommend bison location over this one any day. 5-10 more mins drive. read more

I actually thought this was one of the better chipotle's I have been to in the past, I don't know, 5-7 years? Chipotles everywhere you go haven't been great experiences with the lack of customer service, they've been out of food, they're messy, etc. This place seemed to be on top of things and everything went smoothly. My burrito and guac where excellent and enjoyed my meal overall. Nothing but good things here based on what I experienced. read more

RICARDO IS AWESOME. great service thanks for matching the vibe !!! thank you so much for everything.

Usually a good location, hardly ever crowded.. my last experience here left a bad taste in my mouth. Literally. I got such little rice in my bowl, and NO guacamole. Instead I got huge chunk of UNRIPE AVOCADO. My friend also got a huge chunk of hard, bitter avocado. Disgusting. The staff needs to be trained on what edible food is. read more

I don't usually go out of my way to leave reviews but Jesus Christ these kids have the worst attitudes Iv ever experienced. I don't know how many times I can say thank you and have the guy making my bowl says nothing with a pissed look on his face. I asked for a lime and he rolled his eyes at me then looked at the cashier who also rolled her eyes and laughed a bit. They've done this the last 3 times. 1/3 of the times they just tell me they don't have any. The thing that sucks is this is EVERY TIME I go there. 3 times in a row it's the same thing. I am extremely polite but receive nothin but a "why are you here" attitude. On top of everything they shaft you so hard on your protein. I get double meat which is a 2/3rd scoop followed by a significantly smaller scoop where they shake the meat off the top to not give you too much. Food slaps though gotta say I love chipotle but management needs to talk to these kids about some basic manners. read more

The worst chipotle I have ever been too. Also, they had audacity to charge for extra hot salsa. I got chicken quesadilla and cheese wasn't even melted all the way so basically it was a taco. The corn was bitter. In addition, they were out of the green pepper sauce Tabasco the employee got a new one and made me take off the plastic. Chipotle please do better! Well at this location. read more

Incredible service, always fresh and hot food. This is by far the best location in Orange County, I will drive the extra distance when needed because of how consistent they are. Alex who works there is the best! Always stoked to see him when we walk in. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could' read more

The customer service attitude is pathetic. Smiles and friendly attitudes go a long way with me. The children working behind the counter need a lesson in civility atthe very least. When it used to be Baja Fresh the customer service was much, much better. Also, the portion of protein is ridiculously low for the price. read more

I've been watching this Chipotle be built and it is finally open! I was worried that it would be hard to get into because the street could get busy but there seems to have been no problem yet! It is in a perfect location and has plenty of parking. Inside is very clean and brand new. Employees very nice. Of course, it just barely opened so I can't say much but I wish them the best! Welcome! :) read more

This by far the worst Chipotle in Orange County. Came in at 4pm and lots of items missing. Proteins looked stale. Manage was on her phone. Said she was coordinating with other managers. Avoid at all cost read more

If I could rate it lower than 1 star I would. The food quality was unbelievably horrible. The rice was hard, meat was burnt to a crisp; I also asked for extra corn, rice, and etc., but only received one or even half a scoop of each of these things. The service was below standards, and the staff were very rude when telling me where my food was on the shelf. Will not be returning to this location, and I hope EVERYONE stay away from this chipotle location if you genuinely value quality/fresh food. So disappointed. read more

I stopped at this Chipotle on a Wednesday evening and it was the best decision of my life. My server, Noah, made the best tacos I have had a Chipotle thus far. He also went out of his way to greet me with a smile, which brightened my day. I definitely will be returning to this location!! read more

Top tier. Staff was helpful, I messed up my girls order and they fixed it without charging me great ppl

I love chipotle and I eat it too many times a week. I was so excited for this location to open and I've been 5 times already. This location is stingy with everything, idk if it's because all the employees are new but dang. I got like a table spoon of rice in my burrito today... read more

I am so happy to have another delicious food option here in CDM. Great mix of excellent fancy options (CDM Restaurant, Bandera, Bungalow, etc.) and nice lunch spots (Gina's, Slice's, Panini, El Cholo, etc) but Chipotle is a phenomenal addition. They don't skimp on anything, their ingredients are top quality and their prices are reasonable. You can order very healthy options or if you like, order double meat and cheese on your dish. You decide. The employees are super friendly and helpful. read more

Nice to finally have a quality fast food spot in CDM. Already, had a few 'drive-by's'. .. tasty, fast, efficient.

This location should have its franchise pulled. I just went to pickup dinner, it's a Saturday night at 7PM and there was one family ahead of us and probably six or more employees standing around on their phones. My boyfriend ordered his bowl which was half empty and I ordered mine when the employee gave me the same so I asked for a little more rice and I kid you not, this guy scoops some rice and then shakes the spoon back and forth to shake some rice off to scoop another tiny scoop onto my food. While we were ordering, the employees proceeded to insist the obviously 40+ father of four children in front of us provide his ID to buy a beer. Whatever, I get that's required, it was just weird to watch considering our interaction so far. Finally, we got to the register and the one guy didn't know what he was doing, meanwhile the guy that did (??) was scrolling Instagram and half assisting. Terrible atmosphere. Terrible service. I'm messaging corporate. read more

Why are all the staff on there phones when trying to get help? Makes no sense to me but seems like a normal thing to them cause after I got help, they went right back to there phones. Even what looked to be the manager was not using gloves and on her phone and helping people. Food is like any other chipotle except this one likes to over cook/burn food. read more

You basically know what you're getting at Chipotle, but this was an unpleasant experience. They were out of nearly every item (rice, corn, meat, sour cream) and rather than getting refills they just scraped the bottom for everything. It was kind of gross.
