Upon receiving a free queso app notification today, we gave this location another chance, after being disappointed in the past - our last visit being almost over a year ago. Sadly not much has changed consistently having issues with food quantities and being out of items. We ordered through the app for pickup through the drive thru. The large nacho bags are 1/4 of the way full, the bowl we ordered, not so generous as well - we ordered double protein and I would have expected more. I ordered a 32oz mandarin agua Fresca which we considered not even ordering bc we remember them always being out a year ago. The food was promptly available through the window. The staff asked which drink I wanted. When I requested mandarin Fresca I was told I ordered a fountain drink (label does print as 32oz) but the app reflects being able to order 32oz Fresca and shared that's what I ordered. Also to note the cost is the same for a fountain drink vs Fresca. I was then told they were out of lemonade. I inquired specifically on the mandarin, watermelon, berry, and was told they were out. The staff then went out of sight and filled the 32oz cup 4/5 full bc she said that's all that was left. Overall would recommend if an item is not available it should be reflected on the app to prevent delay at the window. Wish the best for everyone working here, but it just wasn't the best and I doubt we'll revisit for another year, sadly. read more

I stopped today around 1 PM. The restaurant had obviously been busy so some disorganization would seem normal. The place was filthy! Instead of wiping off the counter by the register, the employee was just standing and looking around. There was dropped food all over the counter and down the front. The drink area was also filthy. The tables were not being wiped. The tables are a bit more understandable but shouldn't someone be assigned to clean up as tables turn? I won't come back. If everything I can see is this filthy, what does it look like where I cannot see? read more

PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST. I ordered the veggie bowl, pick it up and come home only to realize they had chicken and everything else I didn't ask for. So I go back to the store and the guy at the register looks at it and says I'll make you another one and it'll be 10 mins. I go back to my car and return in 10 mins, they start to make my order and the guy who handed over my food says "I am sorry the store is out of cheese". I says "No problem" and come home only to find out my order had rice, beans, guac and sour cream and nothing else. No fajitas, no hot salsa, no cilantro lime rice and no cheese. It was plain white rice not even the lemon cilantro rice. This place ruined chipotle for me. They had the nerve to charge me full price for crappy food. This place has no reason to stay in business. read more

We weren't too impressed with our in-person visit to at Chipotle location. There were no customers in line when we arrived and it took a few minutes for us to be greeted, even though there was a worker at the register on his phone. Many of the ingredients seemed to be out or close to being out. The trash was overflowing and many tables needed wiped down. We also didn't love the language that we overheard from the workers. The food was still good but we won't be returning to this location. read more

The worst Chipotle ever! It's laughably bad. Been stopping in here periodically for a few years (hoping things have changed) and never once have had warm food or good customer service. Went in one last time tonight and they were out of all meat (except chicken) and out of half the veggies. Wild! Cleanliness is also a big issue. I've never once seen a trash can not overflowing. Not stopping by this location anymore. read more

I don't understand how this place could be totally out of chips and guacamole at 6:00 PM Friday. I ordered and paid in advance on line. When I arrived at the drive thru window I was told that they were totally out of both items and that I could get a credit on my credit card. Since my experiences at this store have been so poor I don't want "points" for free chips & guacamole in the future (with an expiration date on the offer), I just want my money back for something they failed to provide me. I don't plan on returning as this was just the latest of a failed customer experience at this location. read more

I've eaten at dozens of Chipotle restaurants across the country and this location is without a doubt the WORST. This may actually be the worst food I've ever eaten at any restaurant. We do not recommend. Negative stars. Drive to the Robinson location for better food and service. read more

The service at this location is the worst. I am sitting at the take-out window near 30 minutes after my order was to be ready and I'm sure I have a longer wait ahead of me. This is a store that corporate needs to come and fix. I wouldn't give it one star for customer service if I could. read more

The staff at this chipotle is so dumb that they could not spell 'cat' if you spotted them the c and the a. You may be thinking you yourself "it's a chipotle, it can't be that bad". If so, you would be wrong. We ordered two different bowls at this chipotle via DoorDash. That means the orders were in writing. The staff at this establishment somehow managed to get both orders wrong. And not just a little wrong--like a lot wrong. Truly a tour de force of incompetence. read more

I placed an online order including these items: white rice, hot honey chicken, corn salsa, sour cream. I received a bowl with: brown rice, regular chicken, and guacamole not to mention the guacamole was just unmashed chunks of avocado with massive pieces of onion. They mess up my order every single time and I'm finally fed up won't be purchasing this again. When I go in service is horrible everyone's always annoyed and rude. Awful every time do not come here. read more

Worst chipotle I've been too. Cold food, not chips, hard rice. Why would I ever go back, don't worry had to go to Walmart to get chips sorry as location. Will never be back. Whoever is the manager should be sorry, this isn't the first time this has happened and only the tip of the iceberg. Don't worry corporate you got our money... also just found stake in the chicken bowl, said I was allergic to it and it ended up in here thank you chipotle! read more

first of all, i online ordered like i usually do. i get there and this lady with some serious buck teeth gets upset with me because i was there on time for my order and says "well you need to give me five minutes" okay i understand, then my order is wrong. i got two kids steak quesadillas, no steak on them..but on the side? last time i checked i didnt work there and they make my food. if i wanted to make it, i would've walked in and made it myself. read more

There was a very tall worker that had long hair and he called me a racial slur when I walked out of the chipotle. This was after they didn't have any vegetables, salsa, or cheese. They were mad because we didn't wanna buy anything and they refuse to give me chips. I will not be coming back there. That place is a hell hole Chipotle please cut the funding immediately. read more

There was no lettuce or fajita veggies given on either bowl we ordered. The app needs to be updated if they are out of ingredients but how do you run out of lettuce? Many others seem to have the same issue at this location read more

Abysmal is the only word that comes to mind. This restaurant is Slow, dirty, and never stocked correctly. I routinely wait over 10 minutes just to begin my order. Like every chipotle these days the kitchen is mass pandemonium with everyone running around but nothing getting accomplished. Regularly, other patrons look irritated, annoyed, and generally perturbed at how slow, cumbersome, and exhausting the process is just to pay 20 dollars for a burrito. Ironically, in a recent earnings call the CEO of Chipotle said they are fighting the "perception" that their menu is 'expensive'....i would argue people are tired of standing in a dirty store for 10-15 minutes just to pay 20 dollars for a burrito. This places is awful. read more

The food is good but the customer service is probably the worst I've ever experienced. All but 2 of the workers (Ben Culp and Josh Allen) are the most extreme lazy people I've ever seen work a job, I've ordered online here and picked up from DoorDash dozens of times and not one time was the food on time in fact at minimum it was 25 minutes late, the most being an hour. When you show up, no one acknowledges you, they're playing music from their phones sometimes, and having loud conversations not doing their job. It truly amazes me how terrible and slow the service is, nothing seems to be done about it ever. read more

They don't know how to make food, how to treat customers, or how to take care of the store. Came into this chipotle at about 2:30pm on a Sunday. It was not busy. My friend mobile ordered a bowl with 3 things: sofritas, cheese, and queso. I have no idea how long it took because she had to go up and ask them if her order was ready because they just never put it out. But turns out it was ready and the guy just pulled it out... Anyways we got it and there was just no sofritas. This man really handed us a bowl with rice, cheese, and queso. So she goes up and is like, "I asked for sofritas. Where are the sofritas?" The man that was assembling bowls was just doesn't say anything and looks to the person that appeared to be a manager. The person who looked like the manager said "We're out of sofritas" I don't understand how they thought it would be ok to hand it to us without the protein, no heads up. But she didn't even say "oh let me give you your sofritas" no, my friend had to ask her to get her sofritas. After she asked for sofritas she was like "would you like another protein?" And my friend said no because she is vegetarian and asked for sofritas. And it's not like they were fresh out of sofritas, they just needed to cook them up... so they made her a new bowl and this took 35 minutes. During thus period of time, we saw a lot of other frustrated customers, many/most people mobile ordering had to ask for their bowl and one lady got a completely different bowl than what she asked for. And it's frustrating because they are doing this to the customers who are mobile ordering thinking that they can mess it up with no repercussions. This a lot of the time they were wandering the kitchen on their phones and this confused me. Anyways! we actually may never know how long it took for them to make the bowl because they didn't make it until she walked up there and asked when her bowl would be ready and then a lady whips it up in front of her. And during this 35 minutes my other friend went to the bathroom. There was no toilet paper in the women's room. So basically if this chipotle is the closest to you and you think going here may be more efficient. It won't. It will not be more efficient trust me and they will probably find a way to screw up your order unfortunately. read more

This was our 5th visit in a row where there were issues. The last four times we left, but we had a child with us today, so we stayed to order. First, there was only ONE worker. He had to do it all. Because of this issue there were no vegetables (onions, peppers), no rice, no cheese, no chips.. The store was filthy. Right when we were leaving with our bare bones order for our child another worker came in. The other four visits they were always missing a main ingredient. The one, and only, worker can not do it all. On top of that the credit card machine was not working, so it was cash only. That is at least something out of their control. The owner and manager of this business needs to figure out if they can run a restaurant that is successful, because right now this is a failing business at best. We will not be returning, even though it is close to our home. We like to support our local places, but five failures is enough. read more

Out of brown rice, out of cheese , out of lettuce, out of chips.. what business are you doing then? How despicable as a company. They told the 12 people behind me that they aren't accepting orders and that they only accept online orders. That's only because they didn't want to restock and serve the customers.. sadly if you reach out to customer service, they only want to give you a free soft drink for all of their downfalls and shitty service. As a shareholder of Chipotle stock, I am embarrassed by the cleanliness of this unit. We arrived at 11:30, before the rush and nearly every part of the store was filthy including the men's room. Service was equally as poor. Then to add insult the store leader decided to turn the music up in volume which was our ticket to leave as well others. Not at all welcoming. Chipotle needs to complete an unannounced audit of this store. read more

To start off I love a good chipotle bowl. It reminds me of the time when I went to Mexico and got some great food. However this particular chipotle was a highway robbery. I had not even joking 3 bites of food, the workers filled it up with sour cream instead of the actual rice and meat. This is absolute highway robbery and me and my lovely wife Elaine will never return to this specific chipotle ever again. HIGHWAY ROBBERY STAY AWAY! read more

I have to be blunt after 4 disasters over months. 1. Dumbass manager for not managing 2. Horrible service and quality of food - from frozen salsa and crap cold rice to missing items in the order 3. We asked for extra guacamole and corn salsa and tomatillo salsa and tomatillo salsa.... Paid for all of that. Based on previous experience i asked again at the pickup counter if all items were there. The woman said yes !! Twice! Of course none of the listed items were there. As much as I hate to say it. I think I'm done with chipotle. The Robinson location is filthy and this location serves sub par food. My guac was almost black. It looked like someone took a poop in the middle of my bowl. I scraped off over half of it. Also the entire bowl is rice. I maybe had half an ounce of actual chicken in my bowl. $16 for black guac and a bowl of 90% rice that I could have made at home for under $1.
