This chipotle has the rudest and most inconsiderate employee's! My fiancé and I came into this chipotle at 4:15pm and we were first in line to order. Only two employees present who looked to be the cook and the person on the line (and what looked to be a new hire with hair down to her butt, not tied back, and in the food area. As we waited we watched the line worker helping the new hire clock in with no regard for the line of customers waiting to order. As we continued to wait he ushered the new hire with her hair down to the back room and was barely audible in saying "be with you in a while"...... excuse me lol? We waited about 20min while watching the line worker complete online orders and the cook pace back and forth staring at the line of people. Only once we decided to leave did the cook begin working on the food prep work. This locations management needs to do better. I understand a lack of employee rates right now but they need to keep these stores staffed properly and pay employees more if they are unwilling to work. The entire chain seems to be going down as this has been the case at multiple locations we've been to lately. If you can't have enough staff to run the location with the demand of people it should be closed for the day. read more

Probably the worst Chipotle in the state of Pennsylvania. Constantly has staffing problems causing everything to run slow. Don't even think about ordering from their pickup lane, you'll wait 45 minutes for your order, even if it's ready. I don't think they understand that they can have cars park if their order isn't ready. This means that if ONE order is held up then the entire line gets held up. If a manager happens to read this here's some advice: Just close down the mobile ordering at this location since y'all clearly can't handle the output. read more

Poorly run. This place is so understaffed that they cannot keep up with the customers. They are always out of some item. Besides what is out of the staffs control, they are usually kind and approachable. I do not recommend this Chipotle as it is always at least a 30 minute wait and they never have every item. Disappointing. read more

Family was very excited when this Chipotle opened! But this location consistently sucks. While what food they have is fresh and usually generously portioned, they have never had the fajita vegetables. For a vegetarian, this is an issue. They are also consistently low on the aqua fresca drinks, which are prominently advertised. We don't drink the usual high sugar fountain drinks. So I specifically ask for the aqua Fresca, and there is usually about half a cup available. Today, on the way in, we checked, and all 4 aqua fresca dispensers were empty. So at checkout, With our food prepared, I asked the staff member if someone was going to refill the aqua frescas. She said yes, so that's what we ordered. We sat down and started to eat. No one refilled the beverages. So I went back up to the checkout and spoke to the same staff person. She went over to speak to a manager, came back and told me that they didn't have any to refill, so we could have bottled beverages as replacements. I suggested they take down the signage advertising the drinks if they couldn't provide them. Never have I seen anyone wipe the table at this location, and on today's visit, the trash was overflowing. For some reason, and it must be a design issue, the door to this location never stays shut. We've gone several times in the cold weather and customers come and go leaving the door open. Cold air blowing in and the staff is too busy to shut the door. Granted, the customers should have common sense, but perhaps people are less apt to touch a door these days. We will not be back. read more

There's always a long wait, so today I ordered via DoorDash. However, I opened my burrito bowl and my daughter's quesadilla to UNCOOKED RICE. It spoils the whole meal! I've been eating at Chipotle since 2008, but since COVID, they've gotten it wrong time and time and time again. I don't want to be done but quality is way way down at more than 1 location and I'm tired of being screwed out of my money and out of a meal. read more

Not sure how Yelp calls this a TOP SPOT in Moon. Rude staff, downright ignorant managers and cooks with no hair covering, no gloves and cross contamination everywhere. 75% unfavorable reviews on Facebook, terrible reviews on Reddit, Instagram and across social media. If you support this place you get what you deserve...poor service, ineffective leadership and a good chance of food poisoning. MANGA read more

Avoid this location. It's seriously the worst Chipotle I've been to and there's a very good reason for all of the one-star reviews. This place has had problems for MONTHS and the owners along with Chipotle leadership have no interest in resolving the issues. read more

Like many other reviews have stated, this place was a disaster. The restaurant was filthy. They were grossly understaffed. The prep line was also extremely dirty and had obviously not been cleaned all day. They were low on several items and out of some meats and had no guac. I felt bad for the staff. Chipotle corporate needs to visit this location. read more

It took 30 minutes to get my food and they didn't have chips made. The manager didn't wash his hands went right to the grill. It was visible dirty in the kitchen with trash, food and sauce spills in everywhere. The Cashier didn't plate my burrito properly And all the garbage bins were full. They Need some help down here smh. read more

I've ordered from this location through the app a couple of times and 100% of my orders have been messed up. I ordered 2 steak salads only to get home to find both had chicken instead of steak and one of the "salads" didn't even have lettuce?? Then the next time, I ordered and paid the upcharge for carna asada on two entrees but we were given the regular steak instead. I totally understand places run out of things sometimes but other locations in the past would hold your order aside and let you know they were out of something and ask what you'd like instead, vs just putting the bag out for pickup without saying anything... especially if there is a price difference. So I thought I'd try to order in-store vs through the app to see if that would be a better experience and although the food was finally correct this time, the service was rude and passive aggressive. read more

Terribly run and always understaffed. Food is also usually not good (overcooked meat and rice, over or under seasoned items and I once had a frozen piece of avocado in the least flavorful quac that I've ever had) but my daughter loves Chipotle even if it's terrible, so I am constantly forced to come here. Luckily most of the staff is nice but I never see the same people and I'm here often. Unfortunately. read more

The Chipotlane is a joke! I processed an online order on two separate occasions for pick up at the window. When I arrived there was 5-6 cars in front of me and when each car reached the window it sat there for 10 plus minutes while their order was prepared (it should have already been ready) when I finally reached the window after waiting 45 minutes I had wasted my entire lunch hour. You need to revise the system to have the orders made as soon as they come in online and if the customer in front of you has an order that is not ready, you need to move them to one of your pickup parking spots and have an employee bring it out to them when it's ready. This will keep the lane moving. McDonalds has been doing it for years! read more

It was so bad, I wanted to give it a zero. But that's not possible, so I give it, a 1. Poorly run, understaffed, dirty, didn't even have all of the ingredients. Honestly felt bad for the workers. The manager clearly doesn't know how to run it. read more

Stopped in today for the first time since they opened and the staff looked so beaten down. I honestly felt bad being in line because you could tell they were exhausted and couldn't get ahead. We ordered and there were so many options that weren't available because they were still cooking things. It sounded like they might be short staffed. I hope management can help get it together because people aren't going to keep coming back if things don't clear up. Anyway, we appreciated the staff that were there, the guy who made my salad was nice and the girl checking us out was also super pleasant even though, like I said, you could tell they were stressed! We'll be giving them another shot one day for sure :) read more

Short staffed, however a saving grace was the kindness of the workers, specifically Dustin. He dealt w/ managerial inconveniences and still gave me a positive experience. read more

We placed an online order to pick up through drive through and waited a solid 35 minutes. We were charged for our side of chips and didn't receive it. Our bowls were both missing ingredients and were honestly sad looking. There was barely any rice, and the few bites I got were clumpy and soggy. I don't know what was going on, but all the ingredients in my bowl were just... sparse. To put it gently. Meat was way salty--barely edible. We've given this location one too many second chances... Not worth the money for half a portion's worth of a bowl. Pretty disappointing. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. I waited over an hour in the chipotlane and even once I got to the window I was ignored for 10 more minutes. All for the food to be terrible. I'll be finding a different chipotle to go to from now on. read more

Orded online multiple times. Every time I had to wait over a half hour past my order ready to time. Worst yet the online ordering line is preparing orders for people who are not here to pick up on time or have left. Regardless of the line my food always comes out great! It is very unfortunate that customers will be so rude to the employees like the lack of help is their fault. Waited 1.5 hours in store for my online order. I never received it. I left in total disgust. I will NEVER eat at ANY Chipotle ever again.

If I could give -200 stars I would . They have the WORST service on the planet, the dozen times iv ordered from this location my meal has always been 20+ min later than pickup time , the food order has not once been correct and the staff runs on 1 brain cell that has been split amongst them and it constantly must be at war with itself . They're ignorant , rude bumbling idiots . The restaurant itself reminds me of a pig pen... no scratch that a pig pen would be cleaner . The health department needs to check this place out . Ordered from their app, pick up at window ordered, 2 burritos, 1 bowl. Nothing was marked, no receipt. Gave us 2 bowls and 1 burrito. Called store, no one answered. Had to go back to store they gave me attitude. Said they were out of the 1 I ordered. How would I know that? So they substituted on their own? They didn't say their were sorry or anything. I also do not normally go to this location, their prices are higher than the Chipotle 3 miles down the road without the pick up window. Seems odd. read more

This is the best Chipotle I've ever been to. I come in 1 or 2 times a week and I've never had a bad experience. It's always clean and after going to other Chipotles I can honestly say that the food at this one tastes better at this one. They're almost always well stocked and they immediately make more if they run out. Customer service is always great! Melissa and Destiny are always super nice! You can definitely tell that management cares about the store. Everyone works really hard, even when they're understaffed! Also, huuuuge shout out to Tara! She's the best! If you see a girl with pink hair, that's her! She will definitely add a bit of sunshine to your day! Definitely recommend this place! 10/10 read more

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.... The service is terrible, the workers are rude (except Melissa). Every time I step foot in this establishment it somehow manages to get worse and already upset my already low expectations. Out of all the times I have had the food here it has never once been good or fresh. This is my last time ever eating here at this location. I'm not sure if it was the terrible portions (double steak and chicken w extra rice) or if it was the rock solid rice. The rice was rock solid as to the point where it is hardly even edible. A piece of my rice had fell on the floor and it sounded as if I threw a solid object such as a rock on the ground. As if that wasn't bad enough when I attempted to place my order the worker rolled his eyes at me every time that I had asked for a double order or for more of something as he was clearly shorting me. It was not just one bad batch as my guests bowl had also been the same way (barely edible). I'm personally very disappointed as this one location makes all Chipotle's look bad. They had charged me 15 dollars for this! If I were to have spoken up I would have been met with dirty looks like and even worse service (which is very hard to beat). Never ever eating here again as this location will never get my business ever again I've had it up to here with them and this was my final straw. Zero out of ten I do not recommend. 0/10 read more
