Went here again on Tuesday December 23rd 2025 with my mom. We needed dinner for the night. Decided on here because it was quick and easy. Went in, found a good parking spot, and went directly to the front where we ordered. I had to decide what I wanted, but quickly did. We all got bowls for our meals- I ordered the Sofritas, which is a plant based meat with queso, corn, some salsa and beans and white rice. My mom built her meal with guacmole, in a bowl with mild items, and got a spicy chicken bowl with spicy items in it for my dad. Cashier and person who packed the order was pleasant. Although some feedback is that she didn't tell us that queso was extra, but we did know about the Guac being extra. Paid via credit card for the order, and was given a bag. Oh, and another thing is that while we went home, the queso spilled in the bag, and sort of mushed the container and little bit. Not sure if maybe the pack could have been packed differently to prevent this, or maybe it was just an accident- but it did sort of leak too through the containers despite being on properly. Wowza. As a franchise I am shocked they allow for this place to stay in business. When I want a burrito, they give me a quesadilla, when I want a bowl, they give me a burrito, when I want a quesadilla WITH GUACAMOL, they give me a bowl with QUESO. It's okay though cuz I love food. But, this needs to change. Please! I can't keep paying for food that isn't mine, and I will not tolerate the lack of value and bang for your buck held by this establishment. SCAM read more

The young girl with the glasses in charge of putting the stuff in the bowls today was very disrespectful and was not passionate about her job at all. She was rushing through everything extremely fast even though there was no line and hardly put anything in our bowls without having to ask for more. Very disappointed! read more

Does not come close to any other chipotle I've been to. They charge extra for a normal portion of white rice. Barely put any protein in it, and load it up with corn. Service was good other then the fact they put zero effort into the meals. So much for Chipotle promising bigger portions. read more

Chipotle has a portion problem. It's not worth the aggravation to have to tell the server to give you the proper size portion every single time. What used to a decent meal has fallen to the down sizing trend at the customers expense. read more

Visited this location a week ago or so. Got my wife and I a bowl with white rice, black beans, chicken, sour cream and cheese. Wow the rice was OVERLY salty. We felt like we might have a medical issue after eating a few bites. We tossed our bowls after a few bites. Horrible experience. How do you over season white rice?? Very upset as this was our dinner, ended up just not eating dinner after being disappointed. Haven't been back since. We use to get Chipotle 2-3 times every 2 weeks, not anymore. read more

I ate here last Wed. March 12. They give very small portions here, smaller than other Chipotles I went to in CA and AZ. Servers are rude. After eating here last week, I started getting bad pains in my stomach. For 48 hours, I was sick w stabbing stomach pains and diarrhea. I had not eaten anything prior for 24 hours and did not eat again for over 48 hours I was in so much pain. I lost 4 lbs from this episode which sucked because I'm already underweight. This place has some health code violations because I have a strong stomach and can eat anything. Bad bacteria was definitely in that food. I will NOT go back again. Beware. read more

Smallest portions, always out of ingredients, extremely rude employees who don't care whatsoever.

Their portion sizes are way too small for the amount of money you pay. Watched the worker put rice in my bowl then scooped it back out.

They never have something like chips, or dressing. Worker's are lazy and want to make anything. The only thing good is tables are nice.

I eat at chipotle very often. I was so excited to get one locally. I have been to this location several times and have had the same issue of rice being undercooked tried to go inside to get a refund and they said I ordered from the app I would have to call. And all they did was give me a free entrée instead of refunding my money. So disappointed. read more

Worker was singing and joking around with other employees too much while there was a long line, was taking way too long to put queso in my bowl, very awkward experience and quite annoying. VERY unprofessional. read more

Poor customer service! I brought my son into Chipotle this morning for a quick lunch. We could have eaten somewhere else but decided to try the new location. I was greeted at the food line and said what I wanted. The manager said she was busy and asked the cashier to wait on us. After waiting for her to ring up customers, my son and I ordered. As my son was getting his food prepared, a gentleman skipped the line and ordered ahead of my son. The line person stopped my son's order to get the man's food. When I said something to the girl at the register, she just laughed. Made me feel very unimportant. I guess they do not need customers. read more

This place is seriously lacking some much needed training. I've only been to Chipotle two other times and a very long time ago. So I'm not exactly familiar with the program. I was not greeted, so I asked the employee "Hi, how are you?" And he just kind of gazed at me. I like to engage with this type of employee to try and give them an opportunity to pick up on the simple things like greeting a customer. Such a small thing goes a long way in making a visit less awkward and more inviting. My attempt had failed so I began my order. I had to request a different tortilla because the one he tried to give me was ripped right down the middle approximately 2-3 inches. Given that I've not frequented Chipotle, I'm not sure what my options are. So after getting my new tortilla he just kind of waved in the general direction of the beans and rice. "I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with the options." I said. To which he replied "Would you like rice and beans?" "Sure" I stated. "What kind?" He responded. You get the point. This was how the rest of the experience went. Even when handed off to the next employee for the lettuce, guacamole etc. Severely undertrained. I understand this is a newer establishment. But, these are elementary basics to customer service. The food was fairly good despite the customer service issues and the establishments was clean. read more

I recently made an online order for this location for chipotlane . My order was ready at 7:50pm . I arrived at 7:50 & had a car in front of me . I waited over 15 minutes in the line just to walk inside to get my order sooner . I was pleased to get my food onCE i walked in . What upset me is that I returned home after a 40 minute drive to find chicken & other incorrect items on my veggie bowl . I drove back 40 minutes to get my food remade for me to find people ( Matt) eating steak with a fork behind the counter & being told I can get in line to have my food remade . My whole purpose of choosing to order online was to not have to come inside . I ask the gentleman what he could do to assist in my inconvenience & he said some more guac .... This is my 2nd time having this issue and I'm not sure if I'll be returning. read more

Out of white rice. Out of black beans. Computers frozen so they could only accept cash. Trash overflowing can. Out of forks. They probably should have closed down instead of staying open and charging full price. The staff was very frustrated and not very nice. I walked in. I was told there was no white or brown rice. I was charged FULL price and was not discounted. I was even charged for the queso and guac. It turns out there was a full tray of rice for takeout and that was never mentioned nor offered. I am very disappointed and was looking forward to this location opening closer to my residence. read more

I spent almost $100 to feed 4 people. We got 2 burritos and 2 bowls with brown rice and added chips and cheese and drinks. We got white rice with our bowls and didn't get the chips and cheese at all. The food was ok, but for $100, I expect the order to be correct. read more
