I hate fountain drinks but I get them cause they come with the meal anyway. Tonight it's the only thing I'm happy with. Went to drive thou at this Sonic and I got a corn dog, chili dog meal with drink and tots thought was great they still have corn dogs and that was my extra something something that turned out to be nothing nothing along with crushed and crumbled tots that are greasy and don't know how to explain the corn dog so I took a picture. I'm not gonna eat these items and I'm scared to eat the chili dog, ok just checked that out and not happening (see pic of chili dog) never gonna go to this Sonic again! Last time I ordered a burger they got my burger wrong. I thought that was just a mistake now I see the whole place is a mistake anytime they're open. Update: I emailed the site on the receipt and they apologized and offered me a free corn dog and slushy (didn't or a slushy to begin with and all I get is a $1.49 corn dog? The food was decent but the cus service was awful, thankfully it wasnt the entire shift just the 2 people i interacted with. Both male and female were rude, impatien, and entitle. They rushed me to order and were extremely rude when calling out. The line wasn't busy at all and they just wanted to run their mouth which cause the Disappointed that Sonic's character represented by horrible worker today. Just because you may have had a bad day doesn't excuse this behavior. Do better, your time is just as important as the customers time. read more

I went to this restaurant on 7/21/23. The debit card machine wasn't working so I had to pay cash. I paid for my meal with a $100 bill and the waitress shorted me when giving me my change. I told her that she gave me $60 change but she owed me $90. She then gave me another $20 but would not give me my correct change. I paid $20 for a $10 meal. I told the manager but she was very rude and thought I was lying. The food was good. However, I will not pay with large bills there again. read more

It's Sonic, so I know what to expect. But sometimes they fall short due to the crowd they entertain and the people they employ. Some are super sweet girls and guys who want to help you. Others are people who just drop your order off, don't smile, and slide your debit card on the table while walking away. Goodness if you have an issue with your food, or want some information, you have to pull teeth sometimes. It also hurts that they don't shoo away the troublesome element that shows up at night, playing loud offensive music, revving trucks, and just being obnoxious. And their booth phones never work. Pros They sometimes have really good food, and rarely if ever does there ice cream taste bad. 50% of their staff are great people, and they go that extra mile for you, smiling while doing so. They are very speedy. Cons That bad element from before being allowed there. You are a family restaurant, put your foot down! Other 50% of staff who don't want to work. Sometimes food is slapped together, and by the time you get it, it's falling apart everywhere. And other times food is cold or obviously reheated. Check your order. They make a mistake 9 our of 10 times. They repeat the order at least 2 times and still make it wrong. They need an adult to manage the young employees. They just do not care. read more

Is it possible to give zero stars? I do frequent this sonic often and after I place my order I often ask myself why I came here. The service is always slow and most times I have to have my order fixed once I get to the window. And I don't think it's the area, because other nearby fast food places have for speedier service. Even sonic restaurants in nearby towns are faster. So it's not a chain issue. read more

I come to this sonic quite often, never had a problem until tonight. Online it says they close at 11, I came straight there after work and got there a little before 10:30 to get some ice cream and was told they were closed by the kid in the window. (even though there were people still there...) If u guys decide to close early then how about we change it on the website (: u lose business running the restaurant like that. Fast, friendly service and very clean! We were in a hurry and in and out within 30 minutes. Our waitress was very friendly and courteous.
