Pretzels were obviously old as they were cold and almost hard. Worker was very friendly, might come back at an earlier hour.

I waited over 20 minutes after I ordered and then they tried to give me burnt pretzels and say they weren't. People came in and even smelled the burnt smell and commented. Save your time and money. read more

Yep... five stars on a pretzel. They nailed what they do perfectly. Service made us smile and laugh, and the pretzel was hot, buttery, salty and fresh. The honey mustard is packaged but it's still pretty good. Price is steep being at the beach, but it was worth it since it was so fresh. read more

Just a quick snack stop while shopping today. Who doesn't love a soft pretzel smothered with butter and salt that has about 900 calories. Always good. The smoothie was a great drink to top off the snack. The cleanliness is the issue. Trash all over the floor. Napkins everywhere on the floor and counter. Trash cans overflowing. Horrible location! Not worthy of the franchise name and brand at all. Celebrity Circle location at Myrtle Beach. ABSOLUTELY horrible!!! Just purchased $10 worth of salted pretzels and they tasted like CARDBOARD. I was nice, but the manager (short young lady, light complexion with natural hair)...such a NASTY disposition. Unfriendly and overpriced. This did not meet expectations of other Auntie Anne's. While the young man at the outside booth assured us that a pretzel could be made, the employee inside of the store provided a blank look and said "I don't have pretzels" in response to this order. After ordering pretzel bites and a drink for over $8, and asked if I wanted to upgrade my drink for a quarter, my son went to fill up hid cup with lemonade. She took it and said the specially upgrade for lemonade was not paid ($2.00). Did not provide a receipt despite a note on her cash register to do so. Unfortunate experience. read more

This location only keeps one type ready at a time if you want anything specific you will most likely have to wait. The location itself is tiny especially compared to the foot traffic it gets. No free refills, considering how salty it is it should be considered cruel and unusual punishment not to at least offer water or refills. read more

I originally came to Myrtle Beach to spend a day-trip with friends and saw this Auntie Anne's and stopped by. I am a HUGE fan of Auntie Anne's pretzels, but this quality of my pretzel combined with the overall service of this Auntie Anne's left me really disappointed. My friend had a free pretzel from the Auntie Anne's app and I wanted to order a normal salted pretzel separately from her, and the employee who was talking to us was quite rude. It turned out to be customer appreciation week last week (1.99 salted pretzels) and she seemed to either misunderstand our separate orders and didn't bother to ask for clarification, but in the end told us that we couldn't combine the two orders even though we explicitly told her that it was separate. My friend ordered a sweet almond pretzel (which they had to make fresh since they ran out) and my salted pretzel tasted slightly warm and a little stale--as if it had been sitting out all day. When my friend went later to pick up the pretzel (we were given a 6 minute estimate for when it would be done), the same employee was very rude to her and told her that "it's not ready, it's only been like 2 minutes" when we waited 10 minutes for it to be finished. Overall, very unpleased with the service and attitude we were given from this female employee. Will definitely NOT be returning to this Auntie Anne's. read more

When I show up at a place that sells pretzels, when they open, I expect to be able to buy a (wait for it) pretzel. Not the ice cream and cokes and crap that I was told was ready at that time. Ummm, you're "Auntie Anne's PRETZELS" not "Auntie Anne's Coke Products". I have tried three times now in the Myrtle Beach SC area. One at Tanger Outlet. Then Myrtle Beach Mall. Now this morning at Barefoot Landing, Each time I was told that the bread was still rising. I have a suggestion. Start the bread rising an hour earlier? Ovens will work when plugged in and started up early in the morning. I've witnessed this miracle of technology myself. Never going to try any of these Auntie Anne's again.
