Food is good everytime! Decent portions and flavors are always on point. My son also enjoys chipotle just as much as his parents. Can never go wrong with getting chipotle for dinner read more

Don't know why the ratings are so low. This location is great. It's requiring me to add more text so they're great. Yeah they're pretty good. A lot of the other chipotles in the area are bad but this one's good. read more

Been coming to this location for few years now and it's probably one of the better locations in Denver despite the low ratings. As any chain restaurant, you can experience a negative experience but that hasn't been the case for me yet. Not at this location anyway. The employees are always nice, serve good portions, and are really fast and thorough. The restaurant is clean and they always have utensils stocked. read more

Stopped in at Chipotle for a quick bite and walked out pretty satisfied. I got a chicken burrito--loaded it up with all the good stuff--and it hit the spot. Chicken was hot, fresh, and nicely seasoned. Tortilla held up like a champ, even with the mountain of fillings. Paired it with a cold Diet Coke, which honestly just completed the mission. The place was clean, service was quick, and they didn't skimp on portions. Not the most exciting meal I've ever had, but for fast-casual, it delivered exactly what I wanted. Solid 4 stars. read more

First of all, I can't believe I'm rating a Chipotle. That being said, this is by far the best Chipotle I've ever been to. Ordered maybe 20 bowls here in the last year and every single one of them comes LOADED. Not necessarily always tons of meat but they fill that bad boy up. Always satisfied and full when I'm done eating. Highly recommend this location. I've lived a number of places over the years and love Chipotle. Never had one consistently hooked me up like this location. 10/10 read more

Currently staying in Denver area for a bit and have been to this location several times. Employees are very nice and friendly, food is fresh and tasty and they give great portion amounts (get as much as you want). Highly recommend this location. read more

STOP. EMPTYING. YOUR. NON-SODA. DRINKS. TWO. HOURS. BEFORE. YOU. CLOSE. I've watched nearly full tea/lemonades/frescas dumped out before 9pm, so it's not like you're running out. I'm tired of paying $3+ per drink to only have Coke or Sprite to choose from. Stop it. read more

First of all if your door says you open up at 10:30 a.m. and close at 11:00 p.m. well then you need to open those doors at 10:30 and let people in Honor what the sign says 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Don't stand in there and look at people out on the other side of the glass and open when you're good and ready after you've done fed half of your crew and then have an attitude when we do get in very rude I'm assuming her name was Cecilia was the host she had the biggest attitude about the only one that spoke or understood English do better horrible service very bad I don't even give this a one star read more

Absolutely unacceptable. I've been a loyal customer to chipotle for years. The last few months have already been ridiculous with these portion control standards and this was the last straw. Let it be known I blame no employee, only the higher-ups. I'm sure those who work here are sick of these regulations as well. Goodbye, Chipotle, how dare you. Learn to appreciate your customers soon because this treatment will ensure that more will leave and never come back. read more

Usually I really enjoy the food from this location, but recent experience has been really disappointing. Other than the low portions, one of the younger employees made a mistake on my wife's Order I call him out on it he was quick to blame me. His reason, " because I was looking at the wrong order." He discount the mistake or rectify the mistake by making a new bowl and also full charge us. read more

Not so friendly service at this Chipotle. Seems more of a bad cafeteria line than a restaurant. Food was good, as expected. Cashier and salsa person seemingly woke up on the wrong side of the bed. WOuld not recommend coming here. read more

Doing Door Dash deliveries on their behalf and was informed Dashers CANNOT use their restrooms! Terrible. Crappy service, too.

I have been coming to this chipotle for years and have always had a great experience. However tonight when I came in, one of the ladies on the salsa like had blue hair dye all over her neck which wouldn't be an issue except for the fact it was also all over her gloves not her hands her gloves, meaning she was touching her hair while making my food. They were also out of chicken and steak when I arrived but that wasn't a problem I used to work a chipotle I was willing to wait but she proceeded to say they were out of stock. So I accepted and got carnitas. Then after all of our food was done a different worker said there was chicken. Then the lady with the blue got sharpie on my brothers burrito. read more

After my intermediate fast deciding to get chipotle(burrito bowl) for me and my mother was a mistake, went in person total was 21. something. I gave the lady 25$ and she gave me a few cents rouding it up to 22$ I quickly told her about the mistake she gave me my 3$ So i drive off i started eating and found 2 pieces of nail in my bowl. I should of took a pic the nail or even taken it back to get refunded. Unsanitary meat cutting techniques i used to work here and that thing only protects employee from cutting themselves. Im more scared of getting a nail in my food here then catching coronavirus Ugh waste of almost 10$ on bowl read more

Went here last night, ordered our food, paid cash, the change was $5.48, the girl took our money, gave us back a single $5.00 bill without the change and told us, " sorry we don't have any change so I can't give you the rest of your money?" WTF??? We immediately asked for the manager and he said sorry we only get so much change from the bank each day nothing I can do. Asked for his boss and he gave us the number and said, "you can call him he'll just tell you the same thing I did!" WTF? I asked him what he will do with the extra money he's stealing from cash customers and he didn't answer and said call his boss. His Boss is Juan Medina out of Brighton. Giving Juan a call today and if anyone has corporate number or person they know please share cause technically Chipotle is STEALING money from their customers. Worse customer experience I've ever had and I'm 47 years old. read more

I have to admit I am very happy to know that this location is only seven minutes close to where I was, But I will get right to the point. I did not enjoy after leaving about four minutes ago realizing that on my receipt that I was charged 3.50 for a scoop of steak (it was very dry a chewy). Then I was charged 2.50 for a half a scoop of chicken and another half for 2.50 equaling a total of five dollars. It wasn't the fact that it was the money, it was the fact that when I asked questions I was told I don't know the price let me ring you up first then I'll check. On top of that $4.50 for a small cup of queso. I have been to other locations and their large was a lot bigger than this size so I was a little bit confused. Because I love chipotle so much I went ahead and paid about $44 card for everything . ( rice, chicken, pinto, corn, steak). maybe it's just the situation with Covid, I will continue to still keep coming but to a different location thank you Leslie I know that when I left she did answer a few questions and smiled when I left for lunch to injoy my food. I guess my point is I just hope that each person that is served is remembered that we all are still human and we are struggling and going through similar or maybe different things. (I still think the customer service is the most important thing regardless of the circumstance at the same time I believe that I showed a good attitude as customer should do the same) mayb next time it wil be better read more

The place is clean, parking sucks and woman are given less food then men. The guy in front of me hard larger portions and so did the man behind me. I am not a large woman, but I do love my food. I ordered on the app. Food should have been done at 7 wasnt done till 7:23. What's the point in accepting mobile orders if you cant even keep up with your customers in real life. Very rude staff and horrible customer service. Very unorganized with the online orders. The first time went to this store I did a walk in order. The line was long but the service was super slow. Took us 30mins to get our food, mind u this is Chipotle!! Completed an online order @6:00pm for dinner. Order said it would be completed by 6:15pm. Directions were that I could just walk in and grab order off online order rack. When I arrived at 6:12 there were NO orders on the online order rack. There were two other people waiting for there orders as well but they were delivering for door dash. One of the door dash delivery people let me know they were behind on orders. I ask how long she had been waiting she said 20mins. I let them know I was waiting for my order and gave them my name, they said they are making orders in the back. I waited until 6:20 and left to go grab my daughter from the gym. I arrived back at 6:45pm. When I arrived and looked at the online order rack and there still were no orders on the rack. I asked the cashier, "far behind are they on the orders" she asked me my name and when I told her my name, the lady next to her began to tell me in a rude tone that my order has been waiting for me. I reminded the lady that this was 2nd time being in the store and and she persisted to tell me that my order was waiting on me. I explain to the lady that I had come in 30mins ago, waited with two door dash drivers for ten minutes. She once again said she that my food has been done. I asked when it was completed cause at 6:15pm the order was NOT done. She again said, " the has been waiting". I let her know that it's fine that my food as been done but that's pretty irrelevant when the food wasn't on time in the first place and I had to come back 15mins later which was 30mins after the should have been completed for the food to "have been waiting on me". I didn't feel the lady needed to say the food has been waiting on me. The tone in which she made her comment was rude, unprofessional and created an environment of unwelcomeness. read more

The parking/location does suck. Somehow, they still can't grasp the concept of a lunch crowd, so I find they're extremely understaffed at lunch. The wait time makes it almost not worth it, if you have to get back to the office. Staff and portions are equally meh. read more

I know some don't trust Chipotle with some recent health scares but I've never felt concerned and like the choices.

Went at 8:00pm on a Saturday night. Meat was super dry, most other ingredients were also not so fresh. Now for the reason on the one star... the wrapping on the 2 burritos was by far the worst ever seen, after my burrito was wrapped without success, another employee tried, only to simply jammed it in 2 foils of paper. To say the least I threw it away mid way of eating it. Won't be back to this location. read more

Depending on who's working you might get the best bowl of your life or the worst bowl of your life! One time I got a steak bowl and the meat was all gristle! I mean every piece of the meat was just the fat! How the hell did that happen! But then other times I go in and walk out with the fattest chicken bowl of my life, loaded up with the guac! So it just depends really! I'd still say give this location a try because like 80% of the time the portions and flavors are over the top good! read more

I order from this Chipotle often and while the food is good, they never seem to get the order right. When I go the location, I have to correct them a couple times while making my order. When I order delivery, the order is never correct and they often forget something whether it be chips, salsas, salad dressing, etc. If they could get the orders correct, they would be better but constantly messing up the orders is frustrating. I have called their corporate a few times to file a complaint on them. read more
