After at least 3 experiences here, this became apparent to me thrice seeing them fail to adhere to standardized portion sizes during each visit, as well as GROSSLY OVER-COATING the salt on their tortilla chips every single time! I have never had chips so salty in my entire life. At first, I thought that it had to have been a mistake, but again, from a total of three visits, the salt has been doused on the chips as well as the seasoning in the sofritas and the serving sizes are skimmed. Just want to warn other families about this location. No ice was available, the place was a mess and all the garbage cans were overflowing. The people didn't care to help and you could tell you were a bother that you came in. They'd rather do nothing and collect their paycheck. In have never gotten my correct order from this specific Chipotle. I work incredibly strenuous hours and my wife stays home and takes care of our two young children. This location is hit or miss regarding service, most employees act like they do not want to be there. In my most recent experience, one guy was yawning while he was serving my food which seems unsanitary. Employees are often pretty rude compared to other locations I've been too. Let me start with saying ive been a chipotle lover for a while now and I've been to many all over the US as I travel for work... but this location has to easily take first place in the dirtiest terribly managed location I've ever seen.. I walked up to the serving line... there was food all over the place that looked like it had been sitting there for a while.. nothing was cleaned up or wiped down.. the glass that covers the food was so dirty...that should have been my sign to walk out but I was starving and not many options close to chipotle so I gave it a chance... I saw they had no grilled veggies I wanted steak which they were out of... then I asked for chicken the guy gives me a little over a 1/2 a spoon full clearly not a normal spoon full serving that I'm used to... then I get to the dining area to sit down and every single table had leftovers on it.. food smeared on tables.. walked over to the condiment and drinks area and there was no ice.. no napkins.. no salt.. the two bottles of tobacco were sitting there completely empty... trash was sitting there by the condiment section.. all of the trash cans were literally overflowing which I could see from my seat i then sat down and noticed they forgot to give me my chips.. i walked to the cashier to ask for them which she did... they were stale.. the place is in serious need of a real manager that keeps the the costumer service.. quality control..and cleanliness over anything else... save yourself a trip here I won't be returning here I should of read the reviews and I would have settled for something else other than this trash of a "restaurant" read more

So I have ordered online for this chipotle many times and have never had an issue until today. I ordered a bowl with chicken, rice, fajitas, salsa, corn, sour cream, cheese and lettuce but when I got back to work to eat my bowl all it had was CHICKEN AND RICE. That's it. Chicken and rice!! This location is very slow. On my recent visit there was still a long line late in the afternoon after the lunch rush was over. We stood in line, unmoving, for 20 minutes while the staff made 10 or 12 burritos for a morbidly obese couple. Then we watched the staff try to explain how Chipotles work to a senior citizen couple who apparently have never stepped foot in a Subway, Quiznos, Moe's, or half-dozen other fast food food places since 1962. The staff need to direct people who huge orders to order online or through the catering. The staff also need to keep their lectures on how Chipotle works to a minimum when the line is so long.
