Good meal after the gym. Food good Service was good. Definitely a full belly upon completion of the bowl. read more

They will absolutely mess up your bowl. They will give you portions the size you would feed an infant. Completely unacceptable. If you're craving chipotle might as well spend your money on groceries to make your own chipotle bowl. Also, they are not friendly and they are always in such a rush. What's the rush? You rushing through my bowl is not going to make you get off work faster. Would not recommend going here. read more

Terrible customer service. It wasn't even packed and you have people cleaning while customers are starting to come into order. Would have just walked out but the wife wanted chipotle. Seems like every location in Columbus is trash now. read more

Just want to warn other families about this location. No ice was available, the place was a mess and all the garbage cans were overflowing. The people didn't care to help and you could tell you were a bother that you came in. They'd rather do nothing and collect their paycheck. Avoid and hopefully another location will provide better food and service. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chipotle really missed the mark on this one. I contacted support and the agent offered a coupon for a future discount. - Mexican Near Me - Columbus, Georgia

they have employee issue. The one in North Columbus is a problem. If you go there at 8 pm although they are open till 11 pm they run out of fajitas and lettuce . sometime no chicker or chicken is undercooked. Today if I accepted my bowl would be only rice and beans and a little burned chicken bits as they ran out of everything . No real apology. no discount Manager not available. most times i can not get the fajita they seem lime run out of it firet igo to Atlanta none of the Chipotles are like that. North Columbus branch is subpar and they do not care! They are going downhill!! Terrible most of the times read more

I can't give negative stars, so you at least get one.... I ordered roughly 70 bucks worth of food last night on my app. Guess how many of the food items came out correct? ZERO!!! ZERO!! ZERO!! I have been trying to get into contact with someone since last night when we opened the food and realized nothing was right.... Guess how many times I've been lucky to speak with someone besides a f*cking robot? ZERO!! ZERO!! ZERO!! Not one thing I ordered was prepared correctly.... Hell, even the chips were stale..... glad I wasted my hard earned money just to be treated like a joke whenever I politely called to request a remake of the food..... Shitty restaurant, shitty ethics..... read more

I've been to many locations through the US and this is the worst one I've ever been to. Very poor management. Place was filthy, workers looked like they hated their lives, and all the food looked old. I honestly don't know how this place passes food inspections. read more

It's late due to closing yes I get that employees are tired but the business has to keep going I dine in with my daughter we have the usual bowl she likes the white rice with chicken only they happen to run out only have brown rice instead I let her know she'll like it. I order a bowl many toppings we always love eating at chipotle but tonight was very unusual for us we were not pleased with the taste of the food actually it's like a taste of hell sour and very unpleasant! I mean it was horrible I hope no one pissed in the rice and me and my daughter won't get sick from it I've never had an horrible meal as we had tonight together ever! They should close this location down! read more

This location is hit or miss regarding service, most employees act like they do not want to be there. In my most recent experience, one guy was yawning while he was serving my food which seems unsanitary. Employees are often pretty rude compared to other locations I've been too. Food portion sizes are very inconsistent and not as fresh as other locations. It doesn't seem like management is ever there to maintain quality control. Hope they can turn it around. read more

Fuck this chipotle. Stupid ass workers watched me stare at my food for 5 minutes waiting to pay. Also the looks of the kitchen is comparable to my tante. Burn it down! read more

In have never gotten my correct order from this specific Chipotle. I work incredibly strenuous hours and my wife stays home and takes care of our two young children. I try to do something nice for her since Chipotle is her favorite. I pick up the food on the way home and make it all the way back to the house when I realize that these ignorant workers just slapped our ticket on some random bowls and sent me on my way. Imagine if people that worked important jobs were able to get away with completely fucking things up the way the employees at fast food establishments do these days. And yall want 15-20 dollars an hour. Clowns read more

How does a chipotle run out of rice and have a 40 min wait till rice is ready? Workers don't care. Needs new management.

Low or out of many staple items, rice, beans, including chicken Al Pastor. My tacos were prepared with very small portions. The smallest portions available. The guacamole spoon was so overpacked he dripped the thick guacamole onto my taco. The worst was the serving station! Splattered food, making the serving station view untidy and unpresentable Food preparers swatting away food off the station with the same gloves hand making your order. Long line behind me I arrived a little before 8:00pm the store is open until 11:00. read more

I payed for 2 extra steak bowls for me and my husband and ordered online didn't even get our first half of steak 7 pieces combined for both our bowls. Highly disappointed I am a former chipotle worker I know the standards and this is not it. Would give a lower rating if I could. read more

Went to get a rice bowl the other day, I feel like they get skimpier with the rice every time I go. The price is different every time and I always get the same thing. I asked the girl and she said "I don't know nothing about that." Won't be back to this location. read more

The employees at this location simple act as if they hate their jobs and make it known when engaging with customers. This is my second time having a rude experience and this will be my last time coming to this location. The young man that took my order was very quick to cut me off and rush me but then asked me again what I wanted on my bowl. Also over heard him mention that he had gotten written up last night so I'm sure that's where his attitude is coming from. read more

So I have ordered online for this chipotle many times and have never had an issue until today. I ordered a bowl with chicken, rice, fajitas, salsa, corn, sour cream, cheese and lettuce but when I got back to work to eat my bowl all it had was CHICKEN AND RICE. That's it. Chicken and rice!! I'm so irritated and I've called the store at least 10 times and have yet to get an employee to answer. I usually order online 2-3 times a month from this location but I will not be doing that again. read more

Let me start with saying ive been a chipotle lover for a while now and I've been to many all over the US as I travel for work... but this location has to easily take first place in the dirtiest terribly managed location I've ever seen.. I walked up to the serving line... there was food all over the place that looked like it had been sitting there for a while.. nothing was cleaned up or wiped down.. the glass that covers the food was so dirty...that should have been my sign to walk out but I was starving and not many options close to chipotle so I gave it a chance... I saw they had no grilled veggies I wanted steak which they were out of... then I asked for chicken the guy gives me a little over a 1/2 a spoon full clearly not a normal spoon full serving that I'm used to... then I get to the dining area to sit down and every single table had leftovers on it.. food smeared on tables.. walked over to the condiment and drinks area and there was no ice.. no napkins.. no salt.. the two bottles of tobacco were sitting there completely empty... trash was sitting there by the condiment section.. all of the trash cans were literally overflowing which I could see from my seat i then sat down and noticed they forgot to give me my chips.. i walked to the cashier to ask for them which she did... they were stale.. the place is in serious need of a real manager that keeps the the costumer service.. quality control..and cleanliness over anything else... save yourself a trip here I won't be returning here I should of read the reviews and I would have settled for something else other than this trash of a "restaurant" read more

Never gets a single order correct, something is always missing. Honestly would have better luck eating at Captain D's across the street.

I eat here a decent bit, sometimes they're very good. They will have decent portions and good service. Everytime i door dashed, I've gotten the smallest burritos ever. Order double steak and seems like I'm getting a half portion. read more

I love chipotle but not this one. The manager is consistently rude, asks weird questions and gives half portions in an attempt to cost cut. read more

I'm not someone that usually leaves reviews anywhere and I never have but I'm genuinely concerned about the health of anyone that eats here. We just stopped in right after opening and the place was still dirty from the night before and there are roaches on the drink machine and some sort of other little bugs flying around. Definitely needs a health inspector to come in and check this place out, waste of 30 dollars. read more

Go elsewhere! I stopped in this week for a quick dinner and the staff were extremely rude. When I walked in, one of the staff members were doing planks and stretches on the half wall by the ordering line, then had an attitude with me as if it was an inconvenience to stop planking and do her job. She then threw my bowl down the line to the next person who was a little friendlier, but not by much. Do yourself a favor and find another restaurant. The crew that was working when I stopped in was one of the worst I've ever experienced at a restaurant. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mexican Near Me - Columbus, Georgia

Absolutely the WORST customer service from the actual manager that I have ever experienced at any restaurant. I am vegetarian and ordered to go and my bowl had meat in it so i took it back and the manager literally would not even look at me or talk to me. Did not say one word just made the new bowl and threw it back in my face. I calmly said Not a big deal about making a mistake putting meat (even though it kind of is because it could have made me very sick but i understand mistakes happen) but the fact that he couldn't even look at me or apologize!? If he treats customers like this i can't even imagine being his employee. Terrible location and will never be returning. read more

This Chipotle location is in DIRE NEED of a quality assurance inspection. After at least 3 experiences here, this became apparent to me thrice seeing them fail to adhere to standardized portion sizes during each visit, as well as GROSSLY OVER-COATING the salt on their tortilla chips every single time! I have never had chips so salty in my entire life. At first, I thought that it had to have been a mistake, but again, from a total of three visits, the salt has been doused on the chips as well as the seasoning in the sofritas and the serving sizes are skimmed. After relocating to Columbus, Ga. just 1 year ago, I was so excited to discover an establishment that is usually so consistent across the board, but this Chipotle is missing every single mark...*Sigh!* read more

This location is very slow. On my recent visit there was still a long line late in the afternoon after the lunch rush was over. We stood in line, unmoving, for 20 minutes while the staff made 10 or 12 burritos for a morbidly obese couple. Then we watched the staff try to explain how Chipotles work to a senior citizen couple who apparently have never stepped foot in a Subway, Quiznos, Moe's, or half-dozen other fast food food places since 1962. The staff need to direct people who huge orders to order online or through the catering. The staff also need to keep their lectures on how Chipotle works to a minimum when the line is so long. We ended up just leaving. Do not recommend this place if you want food in a timely manner. read more
