I had just finished an absolute arm ripping workout and I thought about getting a post-workout meal... Recently chipotle had been getting on my nerves, especially the Chaska place. I had tried... TRIED to get as much as I could in a bowl and even paid extra. The bowl was filled halfway. Utterly disappointed with their portion control. I am even thinking about applying and doing the people's work of filling up people's meals. read more

Go to chipotle almost every week but only been to this location 3 times and every single time I have gotten horrible service, the place is filthy, people working have an attitude, girl was touching her hair while wearing her prep gloves, and the guacamole is always brown. This place needs help badly! I rarely give 1 star unless it's bad but Management needs to know. read more

such good food! a little tip to the chef tho - there were wayyyyy to many jalapeños in my taco - they were cut into HUGE pieces. Other than that - great food! i would definitely recommend!! read more

I went to this chipotle and they were out of fajita peppers, lettuce, cheese, and corn. We had ordered ahead online went to pick it up and when we picked it up they didn't tell us anything about the ingredients being missing. We opened the chipotle with half our ingredients missing and no one even said a thing. Also the portion sizes were very small, and you couldn't even order in the restaurant. Save your time and do not come to this Chipotle. read more

Chipotle forgot my order and the refund service is absolutely terrible. Do not visit this location. They don't deserve your money or you time or your attention. I will despise this location until the day I die. They ruined my New Year's Eve-eve and my life will never be the same. Unbelievable. All I wanted was a quesadilla. Is that too much to ask? No. That's what I thought. Thank you, and goodnight. read more

Typically all Chipotle's are consistent across the country and we were excited to have another option in the food desert of Chaska, however, this location has never found its stride. Usually the tables aren't cleaned off, their customer service is lacking and we consistently have to ask for bigger portions when we dine in. We continue to believe it will get better but that hasn't happened at this location. Hoping they figure it out soon. read more

10 minutes behind on orders placed online, yet serving walk-in customers. Dining room is a disaster, yet 4 employees sit there eating. (I assume on break... but all at the same time when you're behind on orders?? Come on, management.). 2 employees actually working on prepping orders zero sense of urgency). In this economy, for this kind of disrespect to customers I will take my money somewhere else. read more

For the amount of employees that they have on payroll you'd think that the location would at the very least be clean and orderly. The portions are tiny and employees don't change gloves! Even when they touch your food and then touch your credit card!!!!!!! I'm amazed this location has stayed open as long as it has... read more

You can tell alot about a restaurant in the simplest things.for instance if you order chips at a Chipotle you can tell right away what's going on with management how often they change the oil or if they allow stuff to sit in the oil and get burned and change the flavor of the chips. this particular Chipotle has the best flavor chips in town. and everything else they do is spectacular the quality of their food and the quality of service is amazing. A shout out to Marianne and Lindsey for spectacular service at this location. They're so good they should be moved around to show others how it's done if management is listening this would be a good idea because some of the other Chipotles just don't have a clue. read more

Ordered a vegetarian chipotle bowl online and there was 3 small pieces of chicken and a long strand of hair in it... yuck!

Our order for delivery was missing several things and it was poorly made. Tried to call to get the order corrected, but no one answers the phone to correct the order, refund or anything. It just rings until it hangs up on you. Disappointing. read more

Very disappointing burrito bowl, got my usual and it was missing extra pico salsa and the little carnitas meat that was in it was almost completely fat. And to top it off the chips were stale and not edible. Bummer! read more

This place has the worst costumer service. They never can get an order correct and if you place an order for pick up it is always at least 15 minutes late. Every time we go in we always see at least one employee just sitting around doing nothing. It is worth your time to drive the extra few miles to go to the Chanhassen chipotle. read more

Worst chipotle I've ever been to. Kitchen was disgusting, service was slow, and not a single friendly employee. Whoever is running this chipotle is doing a horrible job. If you're thinking about going to this chipotle, don't. I would have rather gone to McDonald's. read more

I walked in to order at chaska to find out they only accept online orders right now. I offered to drive to another location come to find out they randomly closed early. I waited and ordered online to find out they are also sold out of half my order. Chipotle is not like I used to be for sure. read more

The Chaska chipotle is the worst. I've only ordered there three times and every time it was the wrong order or my burrito was made wrong. Today I ordered three burritos for the family and they were only wrapped in foil not explaining which burrito was whose. They should at least mark them a certain way so you don't have to unroll the burrito to find out what's inside. I will never eat at the Chipotle again. read more

As others have posted, they do not actively refill serving trays so if they are out of corn salsa at 6pm during a dinner rush, too bad. I was told they will make more tomorrow morning. Stale chips. Too much lime in the guac. Small portions. AND oh yeah, they don't accept cash. Credit card only. read more

Amazing customer service! Friendly staff helped me through my burrito making experience.

Extremely disappointed with Chaska Chipotle mobile order. This is the 4th time I've ordered a Sofritas burrito online only to discover a wad of chicken hidden inside. I even named my orders "vegetarian burrito" in an effort to let staff know I do not want any meat inside my burrito but it has made no difference. This carelessness is extremely off-putting for vegetarians looking for meatless options. read more

I have tried this plce couple of times and was disappointed both the times. Today when in was there at 8:30 they were out of black beans and corn they didnt even tell be before starting they are out of it . Food serving area was not clean. I would skip this plce and go to the one in eden prairie way better service and fresh food. read more

Worst chipotle I've ever been to. Unhelpful employees and INCREDIBLY SLOW. There were four or five people in line in front of us and we waited in line for a good 15 minutes. The store was dirty, and some employees were just on their phones. I never leave 1 star reviews, but the owner needs to be aware of how this store is being run. They were OUT of sour cream and offered no apologies or anything, and we bought chips and after we left we opened the chips and there was less than 1/4 bag of chips in the bottom of the bag .... only a few! It was unbelievable. This place needs better management. read more

I'm giving Chipotle in Chaska, MN 1 star because in the dozen or so times I've been there the restaurant is filthy. The prep station where they prepare your food is filthy, the tables are filthy both inside and out. I love the burritos but holy smokes clean up once in awhile people. Nasty! read more

So apparently ordering a kids meal with quesadilla, rice, kids chips, and a drink is too difficult difficult for this particular Chipotle. I've had multiple orders over the apparently messed up from this store. I'm finished ordering from them. Now they won't even answer the phone. They must have some of the most incompetent workers and managers there. I am so furious right now. How fucking hard is it to fill an easy order? read more

It's dirty. No one is cleaning the tables and all of them were dirty. One young man working there, spend over 15 minutes in the men's restroom, then the next one went in there. My husband had to use the woman's restroom. At least this time they didn't complain when I asked for plain brown rice, the only reason for the 2 stars. read more

I am not sure if you consider this a full fillee bowl but I sure as heck don't. @Chipotle you have disappointed this time!!! HOW CAN YOU NOT FILL A BOWL for something people are paying for, i am not paying for just a bowl where there is still room.......VERY SAD ALSO how can you not put enough rice in the bowl?! Like how?! read more

Took for ever to even acknowledge me even while she was cleaning the counters and using the same rag to clean around the steam table witch is really nasty i watch food go into the steak that wasn't supposed and nasty water from it going into other food should maybe switch rags while cleaning makes customers not want to eat there plus u can get alot of people sick read more

absolutely horrible service, was ignored by staff, my burrito was tiny despite having double everything, don't come here

online ordering only. they messed up my order and didn't even get what i ordered. no chicken on my burrito and one came super small. disappointed and don't want to go back till i can order inside again read more

The service was absolutely appalling. We walked in at 10:43 (they open at 10:45) and were told that we had to leave because they weren't open yet. We then made a mistake by staying there and not going to nearby Qudoba instead. We walked back in at 10:45 alongside at least 5 of their employees who walked in from the side door and proceeded to blow a huge vape cloud inside of the restaurant. We then waited 10 minutes to even be helped because they were busy getting the condiments for the food into place (which should be done before costumers walk in) We then ordered and asked for guac which we were denied of because it was not mixed yet. Then when we paid it took 10 minutes for them to get the change because it was still in the back and locked up. The whole experience was pretty terrible to say the least. Not to mention the fact that the employees who had been vaping outside/inside didn't wash their hands when they came back in and also one of the employees (who didn't have gloves on) scratching their armpit and then continuously eating the chips out of the bins. I used to love chipotle but now after this experience, Qudoba will be my go to. read more
