Once I came to pick up a to-go order and there were "App only" signs on the door, yet people were ordering at the register as usual. Always a confusing fiasco when I come inside. I haven't had any interactions with the employees as I've always picked up a to go order, but why aren't they able to clean up the dining area? I ordered from the chipotle app. The food was delivered by DoorDash. I ordered a steak burrito and large chips and queso. The burrito was at least 30% smaller than any burrito I've ever received from a chipotle. It barely had any steak in it at all. It didn't have the black beans that I ordered and it didn't have the red salsa that I ordered. It basically had a few pieces of steak with sour cream and lettuce. The funny thing is is that I had earned enough points to get this burrito free. is that what chipotle does when they have to give a free burrito? they skimp on all the ingredients? At the very least I believe I should have my points back, but I can't get through to them. They will not answer the phone at the store and I was given to some chat bot who said oh we're sorry you weren't happy with your order we'll be sure to tell the management at your location About your experience. that doesn't help me. The staff here act like chipotle hasn't been around for 20 years and that there isn't a standard to uphold. I asked for double chicken and they go in for a scoop and shake all of it off. I challenged them and said I've been going to chipotle for my whole life and that is the worst double meat serving I've ever received, they wouldn't even add a couple more pieces of chicken to make me feel a little better... then they gave me the most laughable serving of lettuce. The tips of all of them were completely submerged in water. The restaurant was loud and very dirty the ambiance was horrible. I previously gave this Chaska, Minnesota Chipotle a poor rating. A couple of weeks ago, I gave it another chance: The restaurant continues to be dirty. Tables are not cleaned and food remains on the floor. A woman who appeared to be a manager of some sort stood aside observing, but did nothing to instruct the staff to clean the restaurant. I enjoy Chipotle, and other Chipotle's do not have this problem. Today, I ordered two burrito bowls online. I thought the order was going to a different Chipotle which is a similar distance from my house, but the order went to the Chaska Chipotle.The online order was very clear, but major items were left off, resulting in a dissatisfying dinner. Overheard the manager an older woman, Patty verbally abusing and degrading her staff belligerently yelling. In addition to this she loudly called another customer looking for a refund "full of shit." The dining room was filthy and disgusting restrooms with a large clump of black hair, menstrual product wrappers and other trash strewn around the floor. Staff is clearly not up to date on appropriate food safety measures as I heard lots of shouting about hand washing and gloves touching faces/the floor while employees handled and served food. They currently do not do anything but mobile orders. Understandable with covid except for the fact that my mobile order was 30+ minutes late, so I sat waiting forever. Once I finally got the food it was cold. Employees were making themselves their own food instead of doing the orders. The bathroom was also disgusting and out of toilet paper. Been to TONS of chipotles. I could eat it everyday of the week (and I have in the past). Been to this location about 4 times now and the quality was so different every time. There is no consistency.... except for every time I've been, there has been something out or missing. It's ranged from no guac, no forks, no napkins, no salad dressing/vinaigrette, no trash bag in trash can, no straws, no fajita veggies.... mind you I've only been four times (never during a busy time) and I have witnessed all of those being MIA. This last visit may have been my last (which is disappointing because it's so close by and I was so excited to know it was built). The past visit not only was put together with a very rude and extremely sloppy salsa/sour cream/cheese girl (glared when I asked for more corn, then spilled more sour cream into the lid and on the side of the bowl than what actually made it on the food . Tip: when someone asks for a lot of sour cream that doesn't mean to lift the spoon out sideways and lazily drag it above the food like a two year that is learning to feed themselves). The worst part is it tasted like EVERY INGREDIENT (dry crusty/extra spicy crunchy chicken excluded) was doused in a bitter lemony yet watery substance. Beans were inedible, corn had more onion than corn, the lettuce?? Ick. I just don't understand how every item could taste so incredibly awful. It's been about an hour since I gave up on trying to pick out anything that might be edible and I still cannot get the bitter taste out of my mouth. What happened chaska chipotle? Threw away 3/4 of this food. Waste of time, money, and waste of a cheat meal.... if you can, just go somewhere else.
