Great food, clean restaurant and solid customer service. We eat there on a fairly regular basis. They are often out of salad which is frustrating but the management has been very kind and helped find ways to compensate us for the trouble which we really appreciate. One of the worst chipotle locations in the South Hills. Generally an unclean environment, and the portion sizes are straight up absurd. The worst part is absolutely the staff, acting as if doing their job is an inconvenience. I don't blame employees though, there clearly seems to be a lack of good management and training. I would personally skip this location and visit another. If you must, only order in person, online orders will usually be wrong or very small because you're not there to see what's being made. A chicken burrito with white rice, corn salsa, fajita veggies, lettuce, sour cream and cheese came as the following: chicken, rice, cheese and lettuce... which like okay, understandable but the next 3 times I ordered, I had missing guac, no chips, or no queso. I got 2 bowls and a large order of chips and guac. One bowl was chicken and one was steak but I was charged for 2 steak bowls. It's not the end of the world, but make sure to check your receipt before leaving. Any bowl that you get is always super filling and is good for it's price. Sometimes the guac is brown, so it can be hit or miss but it was really good today. Everyone was wearing masks and social distancing, plus from what I could see it was very clean. I will be back again. Also I recommend checking out the app. Every purchase adds up to points and you can get frequent rewards. I've ordered from this location with the app in the past and it was always a good experience, plus you have the option to pick up as early as 10 minutes after you place the order. read more

After today, I don't think I'll ever go back during the lunch rush. This place is a total zoo! A million people both inside & out, absolutely no where to park, and a line so long. Thank god I pre ordered! When I finally got a parking spot in the lot behind chipotle, across the street, I was greeted by an employee at the register immediately who got all 3 of my orders (had to pick up multiple orders for other people in my office). This employee was incredibly polite and even offered to help me carry my bags to my car. Everyone's order was accurate. How sweet was that?
