My 2nd runner-up for the letter B for 2025, I wanted to give a shoutout to B is for Bubbakoo's Burritos. I remember seeing Bubbakoo's Burritos in the Baltimore area but hadn't been. Then, they opened this location close to my home. They opened just under a year ago. They had a BOGO deal opening week, and we went for lunch on Sunday, June 29, 2025. We decided on the quesadilla as we didn't want to overeat that day. Wow, it was delicious! My issue that day was that it took about 25 minutes just waiting to get my food. They were pretty busy but not horribly busy. So, I was kind of annoyed as we had a movie we were trying to get to after lunch and felt they should've been more efficient. I felt that it'd be unfair to give them a review based on that as I figured they'd work out their kinks in the coming weeks. On my subsequent visit in November 2025, I wanted to try their namesake item, Burrito. I wanted to try their burrito because it's not Bubbakoo's Quesadillas, Bubbakoo's Tacos, Bubbakoo's Bowls (which would still have the alliteration); it's Bubbakoo's Burritos! Wow, the burrito was big & delicious. Staff was friendly and efficient. Also, I had free cinnamon churros. Wow, those were amazing! I ate very well that day and skipped dinner that night, maybe a snack or something. It's rare I actually want a burrito, but this is place to get one! But their other items are great too, and I try to follow whatever deal I can get. I went a few more times since then both through mobile order & walking in ordering. I got the tacos before when they had a special, which were good. Quesadilla has been the most common thing I've gotten as I usually don't want to overeat. I did get the burrito again in 2026. I also tried their new beef birria crunch wrap (or maybe it's not new, but they were just promoting it). This thing is a big & filling hexagon shaped wrap of goodness. I loved it and got again when it was a $3 off deal. At regular price, it's a bit more expensive than some other items, but it's worth it if I was paying full price. Staff is always friendly and efficient. Mobile orders are generally ready at/before promised time or maybe only a couple minutes off, and I never have to wait too long when I go order there. In summary, all delicious food, some good deals, good rewards program, and I'll keep coming back.

While waiting, I noticed the food is cooked fresh to order on a large grill, which is always a good sign. The place itself is located in a strip shopping center with other food spots, stores, and even a laundromat nearby, so there's a bit going on in the area. There are also a few tables inside if you want to dine in. The Birria Dilla was good, flavorful and satisfying, and I'd definitely come back to try more items on the menu.

I wish the bowl was a bit bigger but still so yummy. I've been coming here since middle school so I know they rarely disappoint.

While Five Guys (in general) always has been on the "pricey" side for burger, I was not expecting to spend close to $30 (with tip) for this meal. Ok, so I probably should have paid more attention to the prices while I was ordering, but my stomach had more control over my brain. I have nothing to complain about regarding the service at this Five Guys. Also, I thought the restaurant was pretty well-maintained because I did not see dirty tables, floors, countertops, etc. The self-service condiments (e.g., ketchup and malt vinegar) were well-stocked, and the restaurant had PLENTY of peanuts. While I probably will not go out of my way to visit this location, I probably will return if I'm having a burger/fries/milkshake while in the immediate area.

But every time I stop into this location, I'm disappointed. This time I told the woman so many times how I wanted my sub, first I listed everything out one by one. She says oh, you want everything? I said almost everything but absolutely no sauces. Then I listed what I wanted, again. She smiles and laughs and says ok. I get home to enjoy my sub and there is mustard and some other sauce completely drenching it!!!! It was so nasty like why would anyone want a ton of mustard on a chicken and cheddar sub?! I just don't understand! Please please please - pay attention to your customers requests!!! This is why we come into the store! It's totally disrespectful to not take the time to listen and serve. I tip and treat with courtesy but sadly every time I come to this location, something I didn't ask for is added to my sandwich. It's made in such a way I don't think they'd even want to eat it. I hadn't been in over a year and have a craving today, but I've learned my lesson the last time. The last time I recall the two associates were fighting in front of customers and no one would even start making mine or the other folks in lines order until whichever one of them was the manager demanded the other to start the orders.

The chicken was char grilled chicken breast chunks and made the the majority of the burrito, nicely cooked. What I liked was that it wasn't sauce laden and soggy, nor did the contents leak out. The meal came with a small order of warm tortilla chips. The salsa verde from the salsa bar went well with the chips and the burrito (was medium spice).

Overall, I thought the prices were fine. For my order I went with the family deal A (I'm not sure what it was actually called) which included six pieces of chicken with two sides for about $21. Although I thought the chicken was pretty good, I was expecting to be blown away based on reviews that I've seen regarding the Jollibee brand. While the breading did not have much seasoning (for my personal tastes), I thought the chicken excelled in its 'juiciness'. From my experience, it's very arre for friend chicken restaurants to have falling off the bone fried chicken.
