I went here during a Saturday night rush. There were a ton of online orders coming in and the in-person line was about 30 people long. It was a little frustrating to see a bunch of online orders being fulfilled while the people standing in line waited. I wonder if this is the best way to prioritize orders. It would have helped to have had one or two more employees behind the counter. However I feel that the employees that were there really did the best they could to handle the rush. When they were making the orders they moved at lightning speed and were still polite. Kudos to them for keeping up the energy and doing the best they could to serve us! read more

Complete disregard for food safety. A worker went to clean up a mess they made by using a rag from the sanitation buckets and once they cleaned it up they did not switch gloves before handling my burrito (they haphazardly wiped their gloves on their apron). I can't believe how bad this chipotle is too. Absolutely horrible customer service. I placed three orders of sofritas at 2:00pm to be picked up at 6:00pm so I knew I would get it before it ran out. When I show up they haven't even started my order and then they tell me they ran out of sofritas and then proceeded to ask me if I wanted a meat option. I'm clearly a vegetarian because I ordered the tofu option. They didn't even apologize for running out and it took them 15 mins to make 3 veggie bowls. Worst chipotle ever! Worst service! They are incompetent and in such a rush that only half of anything you ask for actually makes it into your bowl since the rest just falls out to the sides. Some of my food fell on the counter and the hippo with the dyed pink hair had the audacity to grab my fallen food with her hand and put it right back into my bowl! Last time a burrito actually unraveled itself and they decided to not re-wrap it again right in front of me during slow hours and of course burrito disaster happen. The Food: We ordered two chicken bowls, kids meal, and a side of guac...$22. They were very stingy with their veggies (sautéed green pepper & onion). I asked for extra and maybe got the equivalent of 1/2 cup. Sometimes the chicken is good, sometimes it seems dry. We so love their guacamole and chips. The Service: The customer service at this restaurant leaves something to be desired. The staff could be more friendly and welcoming. Every time we've been here the servers seem indifferent and patronizing. They rush you through the line even when it isn't crowded. They have a kids menu, but we didn't see it posted. The Atmosphere: Mostly bar stools and long tables with two 4 top tables and some outdoor seating outback. We believe it said maximum occupancy is 67. Most people get it to go. Cleanliness: Seemed clean, tables could be wiped down more frequently. We seem to always get a table right after someone vacates. We like when they posted they were out of antibiotic free chicken at the time. read more

This was my first Chipotle experience and while I'd heard some overwhelmingly bad feedback from people on here I'd also been told by others that I NEED to try Chipotle at least once and I would "never go back to Moe's." I've been there multiple times.. every time is getting worse than before. The chicken has fat and viscose stuff that they didn't remove and you can't remove them too ... because of plastic fork and knife. If you find yourself coming here and the line is only to the door, turn around and leave because you will waste your life away there. Line was nearly out the door, so I had to wait for my order to be made. Kind of defeats the purpose of online ordering. Ordered a burrito bowl and the portion was extremely skimpy. I asked for corn and I found a grand total of one kernel. I'm glad they're opening another location in Blacksburg, maybe that one can get some sort of efficiency and consistency going. read more

Compared to all the Chipotle's I've been to, I think this has to be one of the good ones. I've been here more than dozen times and the service was generally satisfying. The food was sometimes cold and dry, but it was mostly fresh and cooked deliciously. The portion of the food to price ratio is pretty balanced too. It really is based on how and what you ask the workers there. The environment of the restaurant is vibrant. There's limited place to sit and eat, but generally, all the tables are cleaned for the consumers to use without losing their appetite. As for the location of the restaurant, I'm not a big fan. Finding a place to park is almost impossible at busy hours. read more

I saw the guy in front of me ask for nothing extra and got at least triple the amount of portions as I got. Barely gave me a scoop of rice and a quarter scoop of beans and didn't give any time for me to think let alone ask for more. When I actually asked for more meat they charged me extra which I know is a charge but they also gave barely any cheese or lettuce. Very frustrating to see someone right in front of me get 3 scoops of everything without any extra charge and then to get barely anything. read more

Blonde racist and really cold chicken. First Issue: I usually eat at Chipotle in my town, and I know how their assembly line works. Tonight they only had one person crafting the orders. She started out fine. After she put the meat on the tacos she pushed the order forward as if there was a second person on the line. Then she proceeded to take the order of the guy that was standing behind me. I waited, and waited some more. Then I asked the cashier if they were waiting on a third person to show up in the line. She stated that her co-worker was the only one working prep. Now, common sense would tell you to finish the order you started before starting on another order. I asked the cashier to go ahead and ring up my order because this lady was wasting my time. I left there thinking this young lady had an issue with my skin color. Even her response to my comment is the type of behavior I tend to receive from young racist white chicks trying to impress "their" men. She literally took her time finishing my order, but looking at the customer behind me as if to say "watch me fuc* with him some more." Second Issue: I get home and the chicken is colder than room temperature, which means it was sitting in the bin without proper heat. I think the board of health should take a gander through this place, and the management should definitely train their line preps how to properly attend to an order and leave their racists bullsh*t at home. You go to Chipotle for a quick, stressless good bite to eat. They failed on all accounts. read more

Honestly, I love chipotle but this location does not hire good employees. There has been TWO employees that has been any sort of nice to me. The other employees either have attitudes/ just negative vibes. Fake it till you make it people... put a smile on. When I was getting a steak bowl I noticed that (since it was late at night) the steak had been gone except for what had been sitting at the bottom (for what looked like a while.) I noticed that the cook was just about to finish the new batch of steak so I told the girl who was starting to make my bowl that I wouldn't mind waiting and to go ahead and serve the people behind me (with a smile on my face.) She continued to scoop up the leftover steak about to put it on my bowl when I said "I really don't mind waiting, I'm sorry but I'd rather just have some of the fresh steak"... she then threw the serving spoon down and slid my bowl back to the start with an attitude, ROLLED HER EYES and sighed and (with a HUGE attitude) proceeded to serve the next person. Now I understand that it was towards the end of the night and she could have just had a bad day, I am very understanding towards other people. But honestly, I wasn't in the best mood in the world so I put a smile on my face anyways, and was very polite if I must say, yet this girl was extremely rude. Look when I'm paying almost NINE DOLLARS for my food I want what I am paying for to be worth it. I work hard for my money and Chipotle isn't cheap, I was treating myself. So, to the girl with the attitude: not only did I hold back from giving you a piece of what you deserved but my steak was undercooked and I kept my mouth shut. I was SO hungry that I took pictures of the meat in case I got sick and ate it anyways. In addition they always short the meat.... like I said please give me what I paid for, not 5 pieces of steak. I drove 30 minutes to this location time after time trying to give it another chance. Learn how to fake it till you make it in the foodservice industry... or find something else that suits you. Visited 5/31/15 at 7pm. It was a line but Chipotles usually go pretty fast so our party of 4 got in line. 1st mistake. It took almost 30 minutes to get through the line. I couldn't tell what the hold ups were because when we got to serving line we got on through. The servers were the non-personality crew. They looked like they wished they were anywhere but there. Skimpy skimpy portions on our items except sour cream. The the bowls and tacos were specifically requested as, "Light on sour cream. Just a little!" That guy must have rounded up the spoon of it and plopped it on. The other portions were so small that the sour cream covered it up. I am glad I don't like sour cream and didn't get any. Our bill $42 and change! For what we got? Two bowls and one taco were not finished. They couldn't find anymore food swimming in the sour cream. Yuck! The food was really spicy even though we requested mild. The dining room was not clean. It is not that large so someone to wipe down tables and at least sweep up floor would be nice. A worker came out to hand someone something in dining area with his gloves on. Touching door knobs and whatever in dining room. He goes back into kitchen handling food without washing hands or changing gloves. We were already done with the place, however, that action pushed us over the edge. We can get better $42 worth of food elsewhere. read more

Compared to my other experiences at Chipotle this has been subpar. There is always a long line no matter what time you go and they barely give you rice or meat. I went with my boyfriend and he had asked for double meat (which you pay extra for) and she gave him maybe one full scoop. He politely asked for a little more and she gave him literally two more pieces of chicken. He said if he could have a little bit more and she rudely said that if he wanted more he would be charged for triple meat (didn't even know they could do that). I'm not giving a one star because other times I've been the staff has been nice and respectful besides this one experience. If we are being charged extra for guacamole and double meat we should be getting fair portions. Management needs to teach their employees to be respectful and what a correct portion is especially if you are charging more for it. read more
