The team was super organized, friendly and ready for me before I even pulled up. Was in and out so quick, my lunch break won't even be cut that short. I came before the rush of course, but they're ready for that too! read more

Service was friendly but it was only 3pm and everything looked like it had been sitting out for hours. Crusty and gross. The counter was covered in food too so it got all over the bottom of my bowl. Very unappetizing. read more

I went to chipotle today so excited for my loaded bowl after work but I was not so excited when I got there. Yea the guy decided to put a bunch of rice and NOT EVEN half a scoop of chicken. I also decided to get corn, tomatoes, sour cream and lettuce. he gave me the amount of corn you are supposed to give so I appreciate that one thing and the biggest possible scoop he could of tomatoes to fill the bowl then he proceeded to put two drops of sour cream and a small amount of lettuce. I just want to say please put the proportions I am paying for. and an add on to that, the guy looked like he hated his job. I appreciate the guy on the register very respectful. read more

Worst service ever, fire them all. I went in this afternoon and the staff was incredibly rude to the people in front and behind me. Do not give this one your money go to the heights. read more

Worst restaurant ever, the staff was insanely rude to everyone in there and too busy arguing with eachother to get an order right. The staff was males but acted like a couple of PMSing females. Stick to the chipotle in the heights. Until they fix it, don't give them your money. You will regret it. Place was super dirty, you can tell they don't care when you walk in. read more

Worst service out of any food chain, the workers were to busy fighting each other to get orders right and then proceeded to give the worst attitude to anyone trying to get food. If i was the owner id fire all of them, that was insane. Also the place was trashed. I downloaded yelp just to leave a review in hopes the owner sees this. Wild. read more

The smallest burrito ever been received from a worker named owen and he gave me the bottom of the barrel rice which was hard and crunchy when I bit into it and another worker came out with new fresh rice in hand and he didn't bother to use the brand new rice and the burrito could fit in my palm. read more

I placed an online order during my lunch break (I'm a nurse so we only get 30 minutes) and I ordered a bowl with various toppings. When I finally made it back to the hospital to eat, the staff only gave me rice & corn... I ordered chips & queso and I didn't get that either. Probably the worst chipotle experience I've had. read more

Walked in, about 6 workers sitting at a table, 2 behind the counter. Those 2 looked at each other like they didn't know what to do. I sd "well, who wants to wait on me" The black beans & pintos were all dried up. Didn't look good at all!! read more

What could be improved upon? Everything, beginning with the food. First off, this place was out of most everything and what they did have, they had very LITTLE of ~ in this case the fajita vegetables. Anything served up at 'room temperature' would have been a vast improvement to the selections served from their stainless steel containers. Is there no longer even the expectation of getting warm food on your dinner plate? Cold food from Chipotle is inexcusable. And, of course, awful. By the way, what do you suppose has happened to the standard Chipoltle tortillas? They neither look nor taste like their traditional corn and flour tortillas. These things roll up to resemble the rice paper wrappers that are used to wrap spring rolls in Chinese restaurants. Honestly, you have to see it to believe it. Tasteless, to boot! Finally, I would be remiss if I ended this review without saying something about the young man who was cleaning the tables. He came out from the kitchen & walked by the tables squirting each one of them once, maybe twice, but he on kept walking. What? !!! Aren't the tables supposed to be WIPED following being sprayed? Guess not. It seems clear that this restaurant could use a good manager, one who is On Duty. It's unfortunate, but we'll be surprised if this Chipotle will be in business for much longer. Our experience was something we don't plan to repeat. We're not even remotely interested in trying this place again. (Truly, we would have been better off eating at Taco Bell.) So, that being said, Adios Chipotle. read more

This is no different than any other Fast Casual or Fast Food restaurant in the World today. Dirty, tables not wiped off, disgusting bathrooms, surly workers, out of iced tea, and rarely are all the food selections available so eat what you can. Still pretty tasty. Just disappointing. There's nowhere that's any better though. If you go early the chances of clean tables improve, but the missing food items to select goes up substantially. read more

I go to Chipotle as often as possible. Whenever they are out of something (usually the peppers ) , they would apologize, let me know when the item would be ready, and offer me a beverage while I wait. If you know of a few fast food restaurants the treat you as well as Chipotle has been taking care of me for years, please let me know. In my opinion, there isn't a better value for your money in Billings. read more

Out of everything, even CHIPS. How can you be a chipotle and be out of salsa, grilled veggies and chips. Come on

Last month when I was there they didn't have chips. This month, we had to order online during regular business hours to get food. Still don't understand why. Food was good anyways. read more

Arrived about 5:30 on Sunday evening. Counter was covered with food....lobby very much needed attention. When ordering food, several items empty, including several proteins. Only lemonade available, other in-house drinks empty. When staff notified, was told, "well, I would have to mix it!" We're planning to eat in house but no clean tables. Where was the manager of this establishment? read more

What the heck chipotle? Every time I try to dine at this restaurant it's order online!?! This has happened 3 or 4 times! I'm not interested in ordering online and waiting 30 minutes at the restaurant to get my order... I'd go to full service restaurant if that were the case. Not to mention, what my kids prefer to order is not even available on the app. GET IT TOGETHER CHIPOTLE! Also, if chipotle management sees this- I saw 3 cars leave, in addition to us, as we were deciding where to go (because we didn't want to stay and wait). You guys are losing major money with these crappy business practices! read more

DO NOT EAT HERE!! I've ordered from here twice. Going in line was fine, they actually get your order right. Ordering online is awful. They missed salsas, veggies, and queso in my bowls, the bowls were put together in a messy way, and in one of the bowls there was a bug. They also missed our chips in our chips and queso. So disappointed by this store. I love chipotle and this store let me down. Save your money and time and eat somewhere a bit cleaner and more organized. read more

I believe Chipotle is getting their act together, thanks to an adequate staff of great employees. They have fajita veggies! They get the orders right because they have the products that are listed on the menu! I really like the fresh foods at Chipotle, and they are doing better! read more

I walk up to the counter to order and it's online only? Why can't I just order with the employee directly in front of me? What if an older person came in and didn't know how to order? It absolutely stupid! This chipotle is always making things incorrectly or something is always missing. It's like a bunch of stoners work here. read more

The sooner this place goes belly up the better. I have had poor service, lack of listening on an order, when I order something extra and the container is less than 1/2 full, or I cannot get something or get 3/4 rice, I call them on it and they act like they don't know what I'm talking about. I leave without paying and they can dump the order. If you are in service industry, you work to earn business. Dump this place, it sucks. I truly belive yhose good reviews are from employees or owners, they can't be true. read more

We were there twice recently and they didn't have much at all to sell. Said truck hadn't come in and they were out of everything.

We ordered the burrito bowls for delivery and loved them. We liked that we could choose which extras we wanted. The portions were very good sized. We both had leftovers for the next day. We will be ordering again. read more

A few of the staff members were rude. Overall they had a cold and impatient demeanor. The man taking part of my order interrupted me several times while I was trying to order. I knew what I wanted, so it wasn't like I was holding up the line. He would repeat himself impatiently if I took even a second to think before answering, even if I was in the process of telling him my answer. It's worth mentioning the female that first took my order was friendly and professional. Maybe the others were having a bad day, but I'm not to first person to call them rude in a review... read more

Well when we went they only did digital ordering. Ordering some things that were not available the staff seems Shell shocked for some bizarre reason. When I told them you don't have this they just weren't aware. So it's not some place I'll be going back too soon. read more

I really like chipotle. That being said, I can't recommend this particular location. Staff is often incredibly rude, which is not something I say lightly as I tend to give workers in the food industry the benefit of the doubt. Makes me wonder how they treat their employees :/ Ordering online is a nightmare, food quality is ALWAYS worse when you order ahead. When you're really craving a burrito, Chipotle is serviceable. 50% of the time you'll be satisfied with your service and meal. I'd recommend Rockets (located in downtown billings) as a better alternative. read more

I did a pick up order from chipotle this morning to be picked up at 11:30 a.m. I picked up my order and went back to work. When I opened my salad, it wasn't what I had ordered or specified on the app. I tried to call the store and was told to chat w the app, when I opted to talk to somebody I was sent to a call center and someone who doesn't speak great English answered. After confirming that I didn't call the actual store, I hung up and left work to go back for a new salad. The kid that helped me was in a rush and busy, but he seemed annoyed that I wanted a salad made how I specified in the online order. He didn't take a minute to look and see how or what I wanted. Instead he shouted at me from behind the counter asking what exactly I wanted, threw it all in a bowl & handed it to me. He did apologize, but then when I got back to work he didn't listen to me and my salad was still wrong. I messaged the app, I wasn't confirmed the refund I requested. So I am voicing my feelings on here & as much as I love chipotle I probably won't be back. Probably one of the worst salads I've had, and what's the worst is that I NEVER eat out. read more

While on a road trip, my family and I decided to take a detour to Montana (which is not one of our destinations) to go to Chipotle. We did a mobile order. When distributing the order to my sister, I noticed the containers for our quesadillas were not secure. I then looked down, and see salsa has leaked out of her container onto my white blanket ( see image). The salsa was also all over our other orders, AND my mother's shirt (see image). In the end, the food tasted good as always, but I am so very disappointed that my white, freshly washed blanket has been ruined by salsa. read more

Why is the music always extremely loud and super annoying? It's like they do it purposely because they don't want people to dine in. Also is it that hard to roll a burrito so that it doesn't make a huge mess while eating it? I've never had a burrito that was easy to eat. Such a mess. Foods ok so I give them that. read more

I'm not a huge fan of walking in to the restaurant to get 2 dinners to go and being told that they are only accepting online orders at 6pm. There were plenty of employees working. I went somewhere else. This is not something caused by covid. This is just really poor customer service. read more

Worst service ever. Out of sour cream, skimpy on everything, rude employees Don't support this business

this place is a joke. I kindly asked for a side of chicken. they can't because they have to prioritize online orders.... there was two... I have celiac which requires that I take my diet strictly to the T and I can only have their chicken or steak. I asked if there was a way for me to order it online.... The manager told me that there is nothing that she can do... If it's not online, which is ridiculous, because it only takes two seconds to just do a side of chicken and just rang it up as a side of chicken like I have before..... instead, they wanted to charge me for a full bowl which would only have chicken and rice in it which only costs 3.50 for a side of chicken instead... I am sorry, but this company is an absolute joke. and their prices are insane and their customer service sucks. read more

Your employee on Wednesday afternoon August 17 at 4:30 informed me they were only taking online orders .... This was the 2nd time I have tried to order food at this establishment . I went there at 9 o clock at night and entered into an empty restaurant, the lady told me they are no longer doing in store orders despite still being open. She also said they are only doing online orders, so I tried to do it online but my card was not linking to my newly installed app I downloaded to try and eat a burrito. So I asked politely if she could just make me a burrito normally and I pay at the register, she came back and told me in an EMPTY store that I've been in for the past 15-20 minutes trying to get this app to work that she still couldn't make me one in store because she doesn't want a long line to form since she is the only one making food. I mean I was mind blown, no one entered the store for 20 minutes and she was worried about a line. So I left the restaurant empty handed because I couldn't get my app to work and she couldn't make me a burrito in store. Does this even make sense to anyone? Am I overreacting? Or was this worker just refusing to do her job. I mean I came in happy and left upset. I love chipotle. But that was terrible service, i mean she saw me walk in, try to install an app for 20 minutes, I physically showed her it wasn't working and she STILL said she can't make me a burrito. I mean what. I'm sorry but the more I type this the more mad I get. I'm going to end this here. But terrible service. I hope she reads this, and realizes how much of a moron she is. Thank you. read more
