I went to chipotle today so excited for my loaded bowl after work but I was not so excited when I got there. Yea the guy decided to put a bunch of rice and NOT EVEN half a scoop of chicken. I also decided to get corn, tomatoes, sour cream and lettuce. he gave me the amount of corn you are supposed to give so I appreciate that one thing and the biggest possible scoop he could of tomatoes to fill the bowl then he proceeded to put two drops of sour cream and a small amount of lettuce. I just want to say please put the proportions I am paying for. and an add on to that, the guy looked like he hated his job. I appreciate the guy on the register very respectful. read more

The smallest burrito ever been received from a worker named owen and he gave me the bottom of the barrel rice which was hard and crunchy when I bit into it and another worker came out with new fresh rice in hand and he didn't bother to use the brand new rice and the burrito could fit in my palm. read more

I placed an online order during my lunch break (I'm a nurse so we only get 30 minutes) and I ordered a bowl with various toppings. When I finally made it back to the hospital to eat, the staff only gave me rice & corn... I ordered chips & queso and I didn't get that either. What could be improved upon? Everything, beginning with the food. First off, this place was out of most everything and what they did have, they had very LITTLE of ~ in this case the fajita vegetables. Anything served up at 'room temperature' would have been a vast improvement to the selections served from their stainless steel containers. Is there no longer even the expectation of getting warm food on your dinner plate? Cold food from Chipotle is inexcusable. And, of course, awful. By the way, what do you suppose has happened to the standard Chipoltle tortillas? They neither look nor taste like their traditional corn and flour tortillas. These things roll up to resemble the rice paper wrappers that are used to wrap spring rolls in Chinese restaurants. Honestly, you have to see it to believe it. Tasteless, to boot! Finally, I would be remiss if I ended this review without saying something about the young man who was cleaning the tables. He came out from the kitchen & walked by the tables squirting each one of them once, maybe twice, but he on kept walking. What? !!! Aren't the tables supposed to be WIPED following being sprayed? Guess not. It seems clear that this restaurant could use a good manager, one who is On Duty. It's unfortunate, but we'll be surprised if this Chipotle will be in business for much longer. Our experience was something we don't plan to repeat. We're not even remotely interested in trying this place again. (Truly, we would have been better off eating at Taco Bell.) This is no different than any other Fast Casual or Fast Food restaurant in the World today. Dirty, tables not wiped off, disgusting bathrooms, surly workers, out of iced tea, and rarely are all the food selections available so eat what you can. Still pretty tasty. Just disappointing. There's nowhere that's any better though. If you go early the chances of clean tables improve, but the missing food items to select goes up substantially. read more

Whenever they are out of something (usually the peppers ) , they would apologize, let me know when the item would be ready, and offer me a beverage while I wait. DO NOT EAT HERE!! I've ordered from here twice. Going in line was fine, they actually get your order right. Ordering online is awful. They missed salsas, veggies, and queso in my bowls, the bowls were put together in a messy way, and in one of the bowls there was a bug. They also missed our chips in our chips and queso. So disappointed by this store. I love chipotle and this store let me down. Save your money and time and eat somewhere a bit cleaner and more organized. read more

The sooner this place goes belly up the better. I have had poor service, lack of listening on an order, when I order something extra and the container is less than 1/2 full, or I cannot get something or get 3/4 rice, I call them on it and they act like they don't know what I'm talking about. A few of the staff members were rude. Overall they had a cold and impatient demeanor. The man taking part of my order interrupted me several times while I was trying to order. I knew what I wanted, so it wasn't like I was holding up the line. I did a pick up order from chipotle this morning to be picked up at 11:30 a.m. I picked up my order and went back to work. When I opened my salad, it wasn't what I had ordered or specified on the app. I tried to call the store and was told to chat w the app, when I opted to talk to somebody I was sent to a call center and someone who doesn't speak great English answered. After confirming that I didn't call the actual store, I hung up and left work to go back for a new salad. The kid that helped me was in a rush and busy, but he seemed annoyed that I wanted a salad made how I specified in the online order. He didn't take a minute to look and see how or what I wanted. Instead he shouted at me from behind the counter asking what exactly I wanted, threw it all in a bowl & handed it to me. He did apologize, but then when I got back to work he didn't listen to me and my salad was still wrong. I messaged the app, I wasn't confirmed the refund I requested. So I am voicing my feelings on here & as much as I love chipotle I probably won't be back. Probably one of the worst salads I've had, and what's the worst is that I NEVER eat out. read more

I really like chipotle. That being said, I can't recommend this particular location. Staff is often incredibly rude, which is not something I say lightly as I tend to give workers in the food industry the benefit of the doubt. Makes me wonder how they treat their employees :/ Ordering online is a nightmare, food quality is ALWAYS worse when you order ahead. When you're really craving a burrito, Chipotle is serviceable. 50% of the time you'll be satisfied with your service and meal. While on a road trip, my family and I decided to take a detour to Montana (which is not one of our destinations) to go to Chipotle. We did a mobile order. When distributing the order to my sister, I noticed the containers for our quesadillas were not secure. I then looked down, and see salsa has leaked out of her container onto my white blanket ( see image). The salsa was also all over our other orders, AND my mother's shirt (see image). In the end, the food tasted good as always, but I am so very disappointed that my white, freshly washed blanket has been ruined by salsa. read more

I have celiac which requires that I take my diet strictly to the T and I can only have their chicken or steak. I asked if there was a way for me to order it online.... I went there at 9 o clock at night and entered into an empty restaurant, the lady told me they are no longer doing in store orders despite still being open. She also said they are only doing online orders, so I tried to do it online but my card was not linking to my newly installed app I downloaded to try and eat a burrito. So I asked politely if she could just make me a burrito normally and I pay at the register, she came back and told me in an EMPTY store that I've been in for the past 15-20 minutes trying to get this app to work that she still couldn't make me one in store because she doesn't want a long line to form since she is the only one making food. I mean I was mind blown, no one entered the store for 20 minutes and she was worried about a line. So I left the restaurant empty handed because I couldn't get my app to work and she couldn't make me a burrito in store. Does this even make sense to anyone? Am I overreacting? Or was this worker just refusing to do her job. I mean I came in happy and left upset. I love chipotle. But that was terrible service, i mean she saw me walk in, try to install an app for 20 minutes, I physically showed her it wasn't working and she STILL said she can't make me a burrito. I mean what.
