Hubs just ordered lunch and it was nothing short of horrific- almost everything was out, rice was crunchy and meat super dry- when he went in, there wasn't more then a few customers, it was dirty, no silverware and only 1 of the 5-6 employees was actually do anything (would have been nice to have one of them cooking what had sold out?) but guess they were too busy making fake vomit sounds and goofing off to help the only employee that was trying to do her job (hubs said she was trying her best but seemed defeated in asking for help from the others) can say with pretty good certainty we gonna be skipping this location from here on out- read more

Food was great because it's chipotle we got a steak bowl (4/5) and a chicken bowl (5/5). We also got 2 large drinks and our total was around $36 (including a side of cilantro lime sauce -gas by the way it's so good- and guacamole on a bowl). However where the points get taken off was in the costumer service and cleanliness of this establishment. Just from walking in it looked disgusting. No tables were clean and there was trash everywhere. There was also nothing restocked, no napkins, the lids for the cups were thrown everywhere and there was no lemonade. Also the workers were rude and no expression or any sign of friendliness. They didn't listen to what I said and had to repeat myself multiple times. Usually great. No issues usually with ordering, selection and good quality food. This time was different. This visit the brown rice was slightly undercooked. It had a mild crunch. Wife noticed it a bit less since she had 50/50 brown and white rice. Not sure how a restaurant rice cooker can get the cook time wrong??? Napkins running low, utensils thrown around and very low. Sooooo slow. This is likely the slowest moving Chipotle in the entire country. When we arrived there were about 8 patrons ahead of us. It took 20 minutes to get our orders completed and get on our way. They were definitely 8+ employees working the evening we were there and yet they couldn't seem to grasp the idea of the line. Each person would take an order and stay with the patron all the way to the cashier, rather than passing the item down the line to the next employee. Clearly they need better training on getting people in and out more quickly. They were also low on salad greens an didnt make any efforts to replace it in the entire time we were there. I like their food; everything tastes fresh and good. I was going once or twice a week for lunch. But they keep rising prices and shrinking the size of their servings. Last time they gave me a miserable amount of chicken and guacamole, so I ask them to be fair in their servings. Then they try to charge me "extra" for what was basically a regular serving of chicken and guacamole. I just stopped going altogether. read more

I went in to get a bowl around 8pm. I got everything I wanted but they were out of sour cream on the normal line. I saw they had some on the to go line and asked for a side of sour cream. They told me they couldn't give me any because they need it for their online orders. I asked them why they were saving it for online orders and they said they can't mark an item out of stock online so they have to keep the ingredients stocked for online. This makes no sense to me. They have a paying customer in front of them asking for an item they have in stock but they can't give me any because they need it for orders that haven't happened yet? Chipotle has consistently screwed up every order that my boyfriend and I have put it; this equates to over 5 orders in 5 months. Often times they put meat in my boyfriends vegan dishes, leaving him throwing up for hours. Ok Updated review this month they seem to be improving! I went today and also last week, last week the food was still rly not good at all, the steak was squishy and it seems they don't cut off the right pieces. Also lots of food scraps everywhere on the tables. Honestly i came back bc I just want good chipotle- and whoever was cooking today Saturday Nov 18 they deserve a raise fr, if there was a different chef today or whatever it was really good and like the chipotle i know from everywhere else. I have to be honest, this is by far the least professional/least organized Chipotle location I've been to and it's the only one I've ever been to where I've seen them constantly running out of items. I've never had an actual bad experience with the food itself and go here on occasion but I always keep my expectations low. For example, the other day I came in around 6pm and they were closing EARLY because they had no more chicken, chips, black beans or white rice and that was not the only time I've seen this happen at this specific location. It's just strange to me that all other Chipotle locations don't run out of items or close early at the last minute. Like I said, if you plan to eat here just know they will probably be out of stuff and the staff will look overwhelmed as a result of it. Also find it odd they are located in a mall. read more

Not surprised why your reviews are so low. We were just in with a large order for flood victims of Whatcom county. We were just told we couldn't be served without a mask because we forgot ours and they didn't have one for us. Yet you can sit down without a mask? And you can serve me with your mask below you nose and take my card with food gloves on and than go touch food with those same gloves? I can't walk 15 feet without a mask on but can sit down without one? We weren't given the option to even order online- we were simply told that we couldn't be server. So now we will bring our service and our large order for hurting families elsewhere. And we will never return to this location. I look forward to passing the word around. read more

*3.5 stars* Chipotle always reminds me of my adventures in LA and I'm a sucker for a bowl of anything with guacamole, hence the extra 0.5 star. The times I had a Chipotle in LA were far different from this visit, no line (but I guess because we came on a Thursday late afternoon). I ordered right away - Chicken bowl with my customs faves. You have the choice of brown or white cilantro/lime rice, black or pinto beans, sour cream, salsa (mild, medium, hot), corn, cheese, lettuce and a MUST-HAVE their Guacamole (extra $2 charge though). The chicken was okay, not dry not moist and had mild grilled flavour, the rice had a pleasant taste of lime and cilantro, no beans for me so I don't know how they tasted, the sour cream was thick and cold, salsa wasn't as fresh as I hoped and it didn't have as much flavour I'm used to, corn was sweet and crisp, cheese was light in flavour, and the guacamole was creamy and fresh and helps bring all the flavours into a delicious mouthful of yumminess. I felt like they were skimping on the amount of ingredients but the bowl was just big enough to satisfy my craving. Service was nice and quick. Seating was clean and there were outdoor tables to enjoy the sunshine. Out of all the food court options at BellisFair, Chipotle just has the perfect mishmash of ingredients for a delicious meal for around $7-10 depending on your options. read more
