This Chipotle location is one of our frequent go-to's for a takeaway dinner but on this occasion we decided to eat in. We started with an order of Chips And Queso. Their queso is average to above average but their chips are stellar. Really like those. I'm usually a burrito man when it comes to Chipolte and this was no exception. On this one I got steak, brown rice, cheese, sour cream, and their hottest salsa. It makes for a pretty spicy but really tasty burrito. Their steak in particular is really delicious. I love the assembly line style making of a burrito I like also and the service here is very good generally. I have nothing but love for Chipolte and this location in particular. Thumbs up. read more

I love Chipotle but this location just can't seem to get it together. We order for delivery and my order is wrong EVERY time! Most recently, I ordered a quesadilla and I received what can only be described as a burrito/ quesadilla hybrid. You select the meat you would like on the 'dilla and then it asks you to select sides.... Someone missed quesadilla training day because they put everything on it and didn't put it on the grill. A flat, horrible burrito. My orders aren't complicated so I truly don't understand where the disconnect happens. Human error happens but EVERY TIME I ORDER? the service here is not good. they messed up my order so I went back to the store and the lady there was very disrespectful, basically blaming me for them giving me the wrong order. she snatched the order she messed up & they gave me, out of my hand & then basically through my order at me. This location must have smaller serving utensils for their pick up area. Every single time that I order a pick up meal the portions are unbelievably small. I typically am able to eat half of the bowl and save the rest for later. Not today! Extremely disappointed. read more

This customer service and accuracy at this location is horrendous. Time after time I place an online order, it's either someone else's order in my bag, or I'm missing multiple ingredients (expensive ones like Guac or queso that you pay extra for) I've ordered a drink multiple times to show up and their pop machine is down and won't refund my money. On several occasions, I've also had to wait 10-15 minutes after the food was quoted to be ready. The employees could use some customer service training as well. So very disappointed that this is the only location within 15-20 minutes. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

Stopped at Chipotle on Green Blvd Aurora, Indiana and ordered a chicken Quesadilla and they said you have to order that online. I said what? I never heard of such an ignorant requirement at what was once the nations premier fast food chain. Being an inquiring person I said why in the world can't you make one with me here but you can make me one if I order it online? The one person at the line said because they take a longer time to make. I have been to Qudoba, Moe's Southwest Grille, and Hot Head Burrito and never ordered anything that required ordering online. Placed an online order to be picked up at noon. Got there at 11:55 and walked through the line to make another order that someone asked me to get. Guy in front of me ordered 7 chicken bowls. Ended up gettin through the line at 1210 and my online order wasn't done. No one started working on my online order until 1220. Still sitting here waiting for my order at 1223. The food was delicious, but was hard to enjoy it due to how I was treated. I am new to Chipotle and was trying to help my daughter order. The lady who got us started was very nice and patient. But when we went to put the toppings on the next employee was clearly annoyed at us. And then when I asked my daughter what side she wanted (it comes with the kids meal) the lady said they are out of sides. It was supposed to be a choice between fruit or chips. I asked about the chips that were right behind her. Those weren't kids sizes so they weren't available apparently. Another lady very annoyed at me as well finally said, "just give her the chips!" I never felt so bad about getting something I paid for. I have never filled out a review like this. I walked in happy and left the opposite. Hopefully it isn't the normal. I love this location. I frequent it weekly! Ashley and the brunette Manager in Training are amazing! They always make sure I get what I pay for! I pay for extra so I expect to get extra!! I love that they are so awesome this location needs more people like the two of them! They work hard they're nice and they do an outstanding job!! Keep up the good work!! read more
