This is a tough one for me. I love this quality of semi fast food simple Mexican dishes. My favorite area places were Cilantro which closed down all its stores and then Moe's, which at least closed the store near me. So I'm left with Chipotle being my favorite of what's left. That being said, it's not bad food, but the quality of the meats does vary a lot from visit to visit. One day the chicken is fresh and lean and the next time it's fatty and seems like it's been sitting for hours. My biggest issue with Chipotle is their call ahead take out and their delivery. The servings and the food quality are totally different if you order online as compared to if you are at the counter while they make your food. I feel like this should not be the case and that there should be a set standard of food quality, portion size etc. The other issue with delivery is that the prices are insane! I just went into the store and ordered a chicken burrito bowl with a side of chips and queso. The total was about $16. When I had looked on the Chipotle app earlier thinking I didn't want to go back out the total for this same order was almost $30 before giving a tip to the drive. I understand paying for delivery, but a $14 charge?!? So... that being said, watch the food quality and go in to order for yourself vs delivery or online ordering. Thanks for reading. read more

I ordered Chipotle online today because I had a coupon for free guacamole and chips. When I opened my order, I noticed the guacamole was blackened and clearly not fresh. It looked old and unappetizing. I was really disappointed with the quality of the food and would not recommend this location based on my experience. read more

We usually go to the Lincoln, RI location because it's closer, but now I know I'd make the trek to avoid the Attleboro, MA location even if it weren't! While equally as useless, the automated system probably could make a burrito bowl with more accuracy (and likely be more helpful if not) than the employees. This is real. If this is what they consciously made as a $30 bowl, I can ONLY imagine how much pride they take in the other aspects of restaurant maintenance. Went to grab a quick bite after a long week, when we walked in we should have turned back around. Every table in the restaurant was dirty, I mean food crumbs on EVERY table. My husband convinced me to stay, we ordered, paid and asked if a table could be cleaned off. You would have thought I asked for their first born child, the employee rolled their eyes and said okay. Later it appeared as if a newer employee was training, he walked over to the garbage, another employee from behind the counter yelled "it's not full push it down! so i got my chipotle and i ordered 5 burritos 6 bowls 5 lemonades and 12 packs of chips and 2 kids meals. i'd like to say that it was delicious BUT the fact that they had no beans on a fridays was quite upsetting. i like my beans so i can toot. the service was pretty friendly and there was a hottie i was looking at iykyk. he gave me a little smirk anyways i can't get to carried away. all that food was pretty filling and not on diet plan so for the second time the first at Raising Canes i gave it to my beast bella and jax but tbh bella liked it more especially the sour cream. If I could give zero stars I would. Our meals both arrived cold; so cold that they seemed to have been refrigerated, while our queso was hot (only good part). Chipotle, I didn't select trash as an ingredient yet, there was a string I pulled out of my burrito. You try to call and complain, and the entire thing is automated so there's no way of speaking to a person. I wish I could rate zero stars. I went there after the gym starving and they had no food readily available. Three people in front of me left mid order because there was no meats cooked besides chicken that looked like its been there all day, no queso, no veggies, and the list kept going. The workers said they were understaffed and there was all the trays pulled out all messy dripping all over work stations and grill black with burnt food. Coworkers were yelling at each other that could be heard throughout the whole dining room. If I could give no stars I would. I go in to grab the typically order I get and first off the station is completely messy there's food all over the place. Have finally given up and no longer go here. There's less than a 70% success rate for me at this point. Today I was charged $10 for a half bowl of rice and chicken because they were out of black beans, pinto beans, sauté veg, carne asada, and salsa. Felt like all I could get was guac but then I'd be charged extra. Twice I've thrown meals directly in the trash for being incorrect. Recently drove over to discover they were closed at noon on a Saturday. Don't get me started with the ear piercingly loud music they'll frequently play while you shout your order at them (and I'm not even old)... This business has to be indebted near $100 to me at this point for failing to provide what I payed for. read more

Now Open! So- I am a Chipotle fan. What's not to love about the concept? Mexican food, quick and healthy options. I went yesterday to this new location and it's clean, the staff was efficient and really friendly. The cashier even asked how my day was! Top notch service in my opinion. My only gripe- and it's not with the restaurant- it's with the owners of the mini-mall. Why is the side entrance closed? Makes getting into this establishment coming from mass almost impossible! Asked the gentleman that I wanted 2 veggie bowls the rice part was fine but when it came to the condiments nothing was there almost empty Black beans were super low, fajitas nothing was there looked so horrible, tofu was super dry, no cheese he was scraping to find the cheese, lettuce was at the bottoms with few leaves. I got the chips super stale and salty. When the bowls were made he didn't even have lids to the cover the bowl he used aluminum foil. Waited 15 minutes to pay for the food. I got home in 5 minutes and started eating the food SUPER COLD AND VERY BAD. I ended up throwing it all away it was that horrible. I know rice is the cheapest ingredient out of what I order, they can't have the decency to give a normal portion of rice so you're not left hungry? There are a few particular go-to's that I always seem to choose. 1. Is the : Chicken Salad Bowl: one of the healthiest and most cost-effective items one could get I believe. 2. the Steak Burrito (a huge favorite for my husband who loves meat) and ... 3. The Chicken Soft Tacos if you're not looking for the "traditional chipotle" experience. I find burritos are still a huge hit here, but in my opinion - you actually get more food with a bowl, so I desire to switch it up when I walk up to the counter. Went in for a burrito at 8:30pm on Friday evening. 3 staff members were running the store. 1 working takeout, 1 cutting meats, and just 1 making the food orders for the line & doing checkout. You could tell he had no idea how to make a bowl/burrito, I swear it was like his 3rd day. The food bar was a MESS. Cross contamination, and food all over the bar. Honestly the burrito tasted good, but the team was short-staffed and had no team work at all. There was a man cutting meats & refilling foods while the line was to the door. One new guy who was taking everyone's orders didn't even know how to wrap my burrito. He had to ask for the to-go order guy to do it. Everything needed to be refilled & the guy had to walk over to the to-go food section to get me queso and cheese for my burrito. He physically walked over my open burrito to the other counter. Not his fault, he was trying to do his best, but probably not trained. They also were chatting the whole time about working late and how it's not what they signed up for in front of customers. Two Chipotle employees must have just got off shift, they made themselves food and left. Didn't clean the bar before they went, or even let the customers know someone would be with them shortly. I would strongly recommend management change their hours because they're never ready for their current time of 10:45. I got here at 11:00 and they were still prepping. No white rice, chicken, veggies, queso or ice in their soda machine. I waited. 3-4 people in line left. And when they finally had rice and chicken they were both really over cooked. Nothing but problems at this location. They also somehow take over 30 minutes for a pickup order and just today they get my order wrong and refused to remake it because I ordered on uber eats. I was charged $14 for only chicken and guac and they would not remake it to how it should have been (with rice, beans and what normally comes in a bowl.) they told me to contact uber eats and resolve it with them??? How is uber eats going to help when they are the ones making my bowl. There's always been a lack of service at this location, but I guess its my fault cause I keep giving them more chances than deserved. read more

Glad they open a location here in Attleboro. I use to drive to Mansfield whenever I'm craving Chipotle. This location is okay and the staffs are nice. I wish they weren't too stingy with the rice and cheese. On top of that, they ran out of sour cream on my previous visit. Bummer. read more
